Best place in Budapest we stayed so far. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, great maid service, large and well equipped apartments. Breakfast was great too. We really appreciate perfect communication before and during our stay. We had all info we needed about anything. And thanks for the ear plugs ;) The street could stay busy all night. We will definitely return here.

This was a super great find, I was curious if the photos and reviews match, that was more than we expected, the location is great, the cleanliness is 5 star, quiet, Central, I can only Recommend and even (I come very often to Budapest), I remain now only in the 7 Seasons Apartments Budapest, if you come for a day or for a week to Hungary, 7 Seasons Apartments, a super address.

Me and my mom had a great time at this apartment. It was comfortable clean with a good atmosphere and a very good service.

Bad experience… broken flush, shower curtain, AC don’t function until 1st June apparently. So you have to sleep with your window open on a weekend with people screaming around the hotel! Overall, extremely disappointed!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to most sites. Staff very helpful. They have their own shuttle bus which took us down to the ship.

Room was sizeable and in good shape. Bed was also sizeable and actually very comfortable. Cleaning staff was very efficient and did a great job each day. Concierge staff was friendly and helpful in getting around and spoke good English. The shuttle is 30€ but the shuttle drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful if you book the shuttle when you are arriving by plane and are not from Europe.

The hotel charges 1 days charge on your credit card and according to them it is refunded omce you check out. Please be careful as it was never refunded for me and after repeated emails no reply from the hotel. Even after providing them with proof that the money was charged on my card no action is taken by the hotel.

Comfortable bed and a clean, simple apartment. We enjoyed having the balcony and laundry in the apartment was convenient.

Brilliant location, handy for everything we wanted. We were dropped off at the entrance by an airport taxi. The apartment was 2 to 3 minutes walk to the tour bus stops. Supermarkets (including gluten free food supplies), cash machines etc all close by. Secure entrance doors and lifts up to the apartments. Our apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending these apartments to anyone. Join the night time tour bus … it was amazing!

Great place. Very helpful staff. Cleaning every day. Room is very functional. Location is perfect. The elevator is abit slow. They also provide dishwasher soap on demand. Breakfast is only okay.

Location is located in the city center of the most lively place, convenient transportation, downstairs is Bar street, can not sleep is not afraid of no place to go, nearby super merchants, restaurants, exchange are very convenient, large rooms, but air conditioning must be paid separately to use.

We had a pleasant stay at the 7 Seasons Hotel Appartment. Very cozy rooms with friendly staff. Best part is the location of the hotel, you can access all the tourist sites in walking distance between 5 to 30 Minutes. Budapest is a place you should walk around to see and enjoy the beauty of the place.

The rooms are large for the price you pay. The hotel is in the heart of everything and quietly positioned. The staff is very helpful. Panni, the young lady at the front desk helped with finding my way to shows and opera. The professionalism of everyone is a wonderful change.

Good place to stay. Next time I would choose and apartment with bedroom. We had a studio apartment with kitchen and bedroom and one room. It was nice and cheap, but a fridge is noisy :-D Nice downtown location. Many sights, shops and restaurants nearby. The food in the hotel restaurant was not very interesting, so we only dined there once.

Excellent location. Very comfortable and complete, it is almost like being in the house of one.

The apartments are centrally located. Fresh renovation and great design. The room has everything you need for a living, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. There are a lot of restaurants in the circle. Transport within walking distance. Underground parking for an additional fee.

Breakfast at the hotel is not worth it (too expensive) and for children (8 J) same price as adults.

Serednestatic number… But it has everything! In winter it is possible to sleep with an open window airing. So warm there! Everything is great! I'll stop there. The price is acceptable!

Nice and price-worthy apartments. Perfect for larger groups of friends or family. Clean and well equipped apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite noisy in the building and the beds are pretty stiff. But over-all a good experience.

Friends of mine stayed here for a long weekend. I checked the bar and apartments out. Reasonable value for money and good sized rooms. The location is fairly fantastic if you're interested in the trendy drinking side of the city centre.

Good location (200 m from bus stop "airport" and Metro) ; Clean and modern apartment. Only the lobby and the elevator were a little below. Very professional and efficient home.

"PERFECT LOCATION FOR EXPLORING THE CITY" 4 of us stayed in a 2 bed & 1 sofa bed apartment (all doubles) The room was huge, with a double fridge, dining room table & sofa for entertaining. It was spotlessly clean and the rooms were nice and modern. They have a 24hr front desk at the end of the entrance, with a bar and restaurant. The apartments are reached by separate lifts which need a pin number to access, so everywhere felt safe and secure. You couldn't pick a better or more central location, it is perfectly placed to be central to absolutely everywhere (well maybe not the spa) The bus from the airport even drops you off almost on the doorstep.

We stayed in the superior one bedroom apartment and it was an amazing flat. Very large and luxurious. However, there were few issues, the TV in the room wasn't working and although we did contact the reception they didn't sort it out. Obvious stains on the living room chairs and a problem with the shower cable. No slippers or robe provided although a superior apartment. We found that the staff weren't as friendly or helpful as in other places we've stayed at around the world that's why not the 5 star rating. We also forgot something the room that was never returned to us. At least a follow up email would have been nice. The location is wonderful in the city however there is constant noise — it didn't bother us but others might be more sensitive. It's a shame that the service didn't meet our expectations as it could have been an amazing memory.

Very nice and clean hotel. It has only a few problems: the Hall of the hotel is separated from the rooms that are in other buildings which in the runners are a bit dirty. The elevator is very dated and you have to take hours to get up or down. Despite that the rooms are nice, modern and very nice furnished.

Great place at the heart of Budapest. Close to every needed place — metro, restaurants, public points. The apartments are great and clean, very big and well equipped. The smell in the corridors it's terrible. The service is good and they could help you with almost all requests. I would recommend anyone to stay here. When will come back we will probably get here again.

Well located Hotel in the city centre of Budapest. The staff reception is professional and kind. The apartment is clean and well equipped. According to me, the only negative side was the view from the balcony. I also appreciated the dinner in Antrè restaurant where I could enjoy a Hungarian gluten free meal (yummy! )

Fantastic location, very close to many nice restaurants, Budapest Eye and city center. The apartment is spatious, has a big terrace, and nice living room area.

Pictures look nothing like the apartments. Low ceiling dirty hallways. Old kitchens and appliances. Uncomfortable furniture. Felt unsafe. It had all the indications that they did the bare minimum to look fancy and rent out terrible apartments. We turned around and left immediately. Do not stay here.

Excellent location. Just 2 min walk from derek ference metro station, tram line 47 and 49. Also bus number 100e from the airport will drop you about 150 meters away. The apartment is clean with all the required amenities. The staff are helpful and responsive.

Great location, nice rooms. Everything below the eye level of someone that's 6foot tall is spotlessly clean. Everything over it is not. Rooms are well equipped as is the kitchen. I would stay again, but would suggest you supply the housekeeping staff with some portable steps for hard to reach / never reached places.

Read this before booking! burglars broke into our room during middle of the night serious security problem with this hotel. The hotel rooms are located within a completely separated residential building ~ 3 mins away from the reception building. During our stay, someone broke the main gated door on the 1st floor and broke into our room while we were sleeping (at midnight). Two laptops, two iphones, a watch, passports, IDs… were stolen. The hotel staffs helped us to call the police but the they even don't know who own the security camera at the entrance and can't check the video immediately. A formal police report was filed afterwards. During the next few days, no single phone call was made by the hotel manager to see if we need any help, it was a really terrible and frighten experience staying in this hotel. I will Never go back to this hotel. At the end, The hotel still charged us for that night and told us they would not be able to reimburse any of our stolen items. This is a terrible hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights and we absolutely loved the experience. Their apartment was fully furnished and was very tidy. I loved their old architecture, rooms with high ceilings. The staff is super friendly, their restaurant is classy (with live jazz and blues music) and this place is just walking distance from all the major touristic spots. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Budapest.

A great apartment hotel in an excellent location in the middle of town. An efficient and helpful staff at any time. Rooms are clean and there is a cleaning service and a change of towels every day. Very comfortable for families with children because there is also a large living room and lots of space. A free airport shuttle is available for those booking more than 2 nights.

The apartment in "7Seasons Apartment Budapest" were I've been was very big and comfort (3 bedroom apartment). It's equipped with all necessary facilities (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom…). Apartments are very clean and bright. Wi-Fi internet is decent. Free bottle of branded wine is more then very pleasant surprise.

The accommodations were wonderful and we really appreciated the air conditioning since the temperature almost reached 100 degrees F the week we stayed. Staff was very good at answering all our questions and fixing any minor problems that we had. Seating in the living room was not exactly as illustrated on the website and was more geared to extra persons bed rather than comfortable seating for 3-4 people for watching TV. Overall, it was a great choice for our stay.

I suggest to stay at 7 Seasons as these mini apartments offer free Wi-Fi, clean, convenient location close to everything, staff and front desk very helpful and courteous. The solution in apartment is ideal when you are in more than two people because it allows you to share the costs, also with regard to transport the 7 Season is close to the largest subway hub, close to the bus and tram stations, not to mention that there are taxis always there at the end of the block.

Very good location, not very clean and very noisy We got a room on the second floor and every night we had noises from the halls outside. The hotel did nothing to help us solve the problem until the last night that they offered us to move to another room. Unfortunately it was too late.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet aparthotel et ce fut vraiment un endroit parfait pour explorer Budapest. L'aprttement est vraiment parfait et dispose de tout ce dont a besoin un visiteur de courte ou longue durée en centre ville. L'accueil est chaleureux et mention spécial pour le chauffeur qui assure le transfert entre l'aéroport et l'appartement. Il est vraiment parfait pour apporter les bons conseils pour visiter la ville. Je retournerais surement dans cet hotel pour mon prochain séjour dans la ville.

This was our first visit to the city but we will certainly be returning in the future and the 7Seasons Apartments will be our first choice for a place to stay.

I really enjoyed my stay in the 7SA! The apartment was clean, comfortable, plenty of space and next to the subway. The staff was nice and kind, all English speakers! The city center is right after the corner. I was looking for a good and reliable apartment for a long time. Tried numerous one in the center of Budapest. Finally, I found the best one! Thank you 7SA! Definitely recommend to visitors (either business or leisure trip).
