Stayed here through a groupon purchase, the staff was extremely nice and helpful! very close to Heroes Square and a short walk to the metro stations. While it was not central, it was still very easy to get around and enjoy a lot of what Budapest has to offer!

BEST hotel at Heroes Square. I can recommend everyone :)

Basic hotel. No more no less. Only personal plus was the orderly garage parking.

It's quite a decent hotel. If you do not bother about the situation and various trifles. We were only here one night, we were satisfied. Wonderful breakfasts! Very tasty and varied! Croissants are amazing! All the pastries are fresh and delicious!

Excellent location for visiting Budapest, new and cute rooms.

Minimal accommodations. Did not supply hand towels. Location was far from most tourist destinations.

Well below the stars it boasts, breakfast and dinner very bare with very important shortages of operation and basic foods. The rooms like all the ibis, but this particular lack of plugs and the shower tray, slippery.

Good hotel the bathrooms are actually pretty poorly arranged and impossible DZ normally sits. Good location and friendly staff. The parking is a bit pricey, but it's better than getting the car blocked by a hoof… I recommend the baths that are ready to ask the reception it is they who advised me and it is superb…

The hotel is terrible. The toilet is placed so that you can sit on it only sideways. According to the rules at the Hotel 3 * should be provided two towels per guest-one for the body one for the face-we were provided only towels for the body. Pillows on a consistency resemble jellyfish. The socket in the room is one and is located so that the rechargeable device can be placed only on the floor, and charge two phones at the same time. We were in April temperature in the daytime + 25c, Night + 20c, in the room + 27c, and the central air conditioning is disabled, and this is the policy of the hotel-not to include air conditioning in the spring, the administration offers to open the window, but the hotel is central-cars The road around the clock is very noisy. If, you are able to sleep expiring afterwards, then welcome, another advise hotel to avoid, in the spring. If you want to buy water in a bottle, please note that at the reception it will cost 3 euros for 0.5 liters.

It is always great to see this Tory of the place you are visiting. Read the history of this place before you go, so that you know what each statue symbolizes.

Large room with very good soundproofing, well located next to the Plaza de los Heroes, Park, bathrooms… And very well connected with other important places of the city through the Metro1 and the bus 105 among other good Wifi and @point relation quality/price good.

We love this hotel for its location. Great view of Heroes Square. Nearby park to walk our dogs and easy access to the metrolines.

Good hotel, has its good things and its bad things like all hotels although in this particular do not understand certain things like not having a channel in Spanish and the rest of Ibis if and as much as I explain it I will continue without understanding, I am a regular customer of this hotel and when I have had any incidence the director has given me quick fixes.
It is very well located a few meters from the heroes Square, the zoo, the Szecheny baths and embassy area.

Unfortunately the room floor was dirty… Otherwise it was perfect…

What a nice hotel in a great section of Pest. Right near Hero's Square and the Budapest zoo. Public transport nearby. Windows do not open all the way and it was very warm in the rooms, even in November. A delicious breakfast every morning and great late night snacks available. Very fast check in and helpful staff.

Very nice staff! They were willing to call taxis and book trips for us. Our room was very nice and looked out to Heroes Square. We had no trouble walking to and from the Danube River as long as your healthy and energetic.

Service attitude is poor, even the country's options are mistaken! : Taiwan is not China! Room ceiling rupture did not repair also open the room booking-bathroom bath milk is not mended, we use only to find empty, please housekeeping sent up, take the wrong hand wash milk, very angry downstairs please counter processing, but just say sorry and completely do not mean the feelings of customers! Breakfast also saw the kitchen staff in front of my face, handy (not using the clip) took a piece of bread stuffed into the mouth!
Very unsanitary behavior! The housekeeper forget to add the shower gel. Until my friend is taking a shower, he find the shower gel is empty. Then I call the counter ask for a new shower gel, but he send a wrong one, he give me the hand washing gel. My Friend is angry on that. But the counter didn ' t does something about that just say sorry. And he told me the gel is the same, Just different in color! It surprises me! How terrible! I think it should is different for shower and hand. It is really a bad service in Budapest, Dózsa györgyút 106, 1068, Hungary. And my number is 524.

A great hotel for sightseeing, comfortable, clean, very quiet and centric.

For a three star hotel this is great. We went when it was newly refurbished, very modern. Clean, spacious rooms, and comfy beds. Free Wi-Fi is available. It is also located very close to the heroes Square, the thermal baths, the Vajdahunyad Castle and the Metro. The breakfast buffet is not very varied but it is acceptable.

Great hotel in a great location. Few minutes from Metro line 1, so easy access to the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was ok, nothing amazing. Rooms were clean and everything worked as intended.

Great location (Art museum, Heroes square, Zoo, Castle, Thermal baths, 200m to the nearest metro), direct transport to the city center (bus 105). Very helpful staff! Good breakfasts. Nice rooms design but bathrooms is little bit uncomfortable. The toilet is too close to a wall.

Big room but our room had an open shower with no curtain, so the whole washroom was wet. Overall a good hotel and great breakfast.

Simple hotel. Very clean with very attentive staff. All desk and restaurant staff speak English. I had a nice sunlit room overlooking the zoo park. Lifts to all floors. Hotel sits on a junction and traffic can get a bit invasive, but it didn't stop me sleeping. Good trolleybus service to the city. There is a subway station nearby, but I did not get a chance to use it. There is not a large selection on the hotel menu, but what is there is very good. Try the spiced beef and red kidney bean soup. Fantastic. If you want a nice, clean no frills hotel away from the city centre, then this is for you.

It's early April and the room felt like july. AC turned to max and never felt a thing all night. Shower soap dispenser was empty, and no TV remote to be found. Breakfast was included in my package and it was decent and filling. Room provides a safe, small bathroom (beware if you are tall and want to use the toilet) and at the time of this posting, they are going through some renovations. All in all, you get what you pay for. Conveniently near to the Heroes Square.

The person who greeted us was very rude. Housekeeper talks to you head at 8:00 in the morning.
And there were disturbances in the breakfast room even no excuse or arrangement. In short, the. Positive Point is the room and the. Bedding.

Perfect hotel for city trips. Rooms are modern and parking is possible directly in front of the entrance.

Practical place! Have Wi-Fi in the room and lobby.

My wife and I stayed here in Oct/Nov 2014. We were usually out exploring the city but enjoyed the simplicity of the hotel. It was not lavish and grand, but we had everything we needed to rest in order to enjoy the beautiful city… we spent very little time in our room. The staff was friendly with the exception of a bartender who seemed to be having a bad day, but he's human and that happens to all of us. Other than that everything was great. The breakfasts were tasty and hearty depending on a person's preferences. It was nice to know I could fill up on proteins and carbs first thing in the morning so that I could eat a light lunch then a hearty traditional dinner during the evening while out near the river. This hotel is great for a business traveler or someone looking for a comfortable place to stay while enjoying the city. It is rather far from the sights of the main attractions (other than Heroes Square), but very close to a subway line which takes you into the heart of things. We would gladly stay here again.

The Hotel is far from the city center. Parking is small but Ok. Room in the classical Ibis style. Poor and expensive breakfast.

Not for the Sumer! The AC isn't working No frig in the room. & no shampoo.

Although the hotel is close to Heroes Square, it's not close to anything else. There are no decent restaurants for dinner or coffee shops to have breakfast. The hotel want to charge 10 EURO for breakfast and for a small (and I mean small) cappuccino 2 EURO. The room was basic. Wouldn't expect anything better for the price. The room did smell like old smoke. As for the staff; some friendly, some not so friendly. The part of my short stay was the use of the Wi-Fi. The hotel is too far from the action. There a re much better hotels closer to the city centre. Stayed February 2015, travelled solo.

Good place to stay. Quiet and friendly staff. Close to subway. Only about 22k to the airport.

The hotel is a 4 but the breakfast is a 2. Quiet, nice staff, good location and nice rooms. The breakfast is a bit below standard. The dark bread feels old, boiled eggs are cold and boiled til they are green. The variety of toppings could be better.

I recommend this quiet, friendly hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

Not the most centric hotel in Pest, but nice, modern and with near underground stations. Good place.
