Good hotel Friendly staff. Rooms being refurbished. Have glutenfree breakfast upon request.

The price is good for being in the middle of Paris. The rooms are not huge but okay. Breakfast is usually quite good for France.

Well located hotel, close to subway. Good room service but the room itself is a bit tight for a triple room.

I hesitate between three and four stars for this chain hotel, which has lots of rooms, and so receives groups. Rather quiet, the rooms are colorful, pleasant, and in the high floors, offer a nice view. A good party was drawn from fairly small pieces, even a little biscorned. The beds are large, the bathrooms or shower set are well equipped.
On the other hand, the staff is sometimes a little stressed.

I wi give a recomendation to stay here, I've stayed there for 2 days, it's really nice hotel with budget price. Got really good breakfast in the morning.

The staff very friendly, però the rooms are super small and the bathroom stuck almost to the bed. Però I have to say that the hotel is super clean. Right breakfast.

It is a small hotel but it has fulfilled our expectations more than ever. Very close to the Louvre where you can walk. Quiet area with lots of places to eat or buy at a good price. The hotel very clean, rooms with breakfast included and access all day free of charge to hot drinks.

Shabby for a 3 star small rooms room of the breakfast very unfriendly when the staff of the hotel very badly high it is very unpleasant to arrive in the evening and falls on the night watchman eating in the living room if you can call it that, and to have a horrible music and jobs that are interplaying from one room to another during the breakfast single point positive location.

Shower too small (60cm) I didn't think shower trays so small could sell themselves.

Small but clean rooms. Breakfast is ok. Reception guy lost my room reservation and told me it had been cancelled because of payment issues. After checking the next day with my agency it showed the payment was ok and it had been confirmed by the hotel. I do not recommend this place especially silly if you arrive at a late hour like me and can't call your agency.

The rooms are small. The bathroom is clearly lacking in space. Hygiene is OK. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is varied. The hotel is located in a very lively area with many bars and restaurants.

Excellent service! All employees spoke very good English which made communication easy and this hotel is next to some of the best restaurants in Paris and are very reasonably priced. The best part was AFTER we checked out they held our luggage for over 12 hours at the front desk FOR FREE while we explored town. Rooms were clean and street noise was minimal. I can't imagine a better place to stay for a Paris visit!

Only two Stars.
Only positive point is the location of this hotel, near the grand boulevards, 20mn walk to the department Stores.
Negatives. For a quiet room it is seen on courtyard so little light. Clean room but low ceiling. Foul smell and almost permanent in the shower room.
Breakfast: small room and therefore too small for guests, tables are located at the reception! Products missing the two mornings, you have to look in the CUPBOARDS.

Reception and service impeccable. Very good value for money. It is true that the rooms are quite cramped, especially for people with disabilities but this is understandable in view of the situation and the staff is doing everything possible for your comfort.

Cheap and cheerful but decent value for money. Room was very small but adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast was limited choice but okay. Metro station only ten minutes on foot and plenty of decent restaurants and cafes around.

Good location, but hotel needed tidying up. Hotel room had a can of beer on the outside window ledge, and the bathroom door didn't lock. The room wasn't ready upon arrival at about 15:30, and took a lot longer to be ready than the 5 minutes quoted.

Extremely cramped rooms… Otherwise all mercury services are present. Very difficult to park by car nearby, but located in a neighborhood that moves tremendously.

This is a good budget hotel. Their personal is very attentive and nice. They do their best to help you out even if you don't speak French.

It was a great hotel to stay in. We stayed at the six floor, an incredible view I must say. The only thing was that the bathroom (the shower) was too small. It was a big bathroom but still the shower was too small. The beds are perfect to sleep in. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK. Could have been more to put on your bread but that's it. Had a very nice stay!

It was ok, the room is a bit small, but the breakfast, is good even its clean and secure, and very good location.

The experience was great, there's a open hot drinks machine and 24H coffee and the attendance was great too! Recommend it!

Tiny, tiny rooms, even tinier bathroom, and no air-conditioning. Not a hotel for a hot summer in Paris I'm afraid. Should not carry the Ibis brand in my opinion.

Avoid: I worked as a trainee end of 2014 in this HORRIBLE hotel and I confirm the negative opinions given by customers on tripodvisor:
"Non-existent service. Waiting 1.5 hours for check-in. While waiting the cleaning employee asks us to stand up for vacuuming! Breakfast for 15 people max so big waiting! "

Small rooms, breakfast scarce, staff very friendly, location is good close to everything and with three metro stations very close with all the possibilities.

Staff friendly but incompetent for the pbs technical. Refuse the 34 room which evacuation of the sink is clogged, that of the shower part, and the very slow toilet tank fill. PBS reported 2 times but, if there was intervention, they have had no effect. Everything is small in this hotel: room, bathroom, breakfast (which is correct). The location from a short walk from grand central boulevard ne opera district rooms nn are the max x with regard to space but cmq are clean and functional. A super merit has the staff and always playful and polite available ok. Paris.
