Missing a restaurant. And hot breakfast, otherwise upto the mark.

Very nice location.

I guess this one is quite newly built, it is in the city center. Parking quite difficult to get nearby. Good place if you wanted to be nearby the city.

Nice staff, delicious breakfast. Small, but clean. Great location.

Centrally located, 2 minutes from Galeries Lafayette. The rooms are simple and plain, but very clean. Good for a night or two but not for a long stay. The breakfast is served at another hotel a couple of doors away. No frills!

The hotel is near some quite delicious restaurants and destinations like Palaias Garnier. Quite disappointing because the room is actually small and the Wi-Fi is slow.

The hotel was very clean and the location was very nice.

They store drinks inside the fridge causing you to assume the drinks are free, only to make you pay 3 euros per drink. The information regarding pricing are hidden in areas one would almost never look. They made us pay 3 euros for each ridiculously small bottle.

Location and Nice rooms are small and not all in good condition.

Absolutely awful place I would not recommend staying here. The walls are paper thin so you can hear absolutely everything. The linens were dirty when arrived. The Wi-Fi did not work barely at all. The staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming. Also, put a no distrub sign on the door and the maid came in anyway and competently ignored the sign and my privacy. Pay a little more and go a hundred and one places better than this hotel.

A little small but clean rooms and friendly staff. Can't complain.

When sit on the toilet I was not able to close the door because my knees were out of the room. Considering that I'm 160cm tall, make your consideration about the bathroom.

Advantages:
1. The location on a quiet street only really 1 minute walk to the Opera Garan′e, 7 min — St. Rivoli. 5 min to major department stores Prènton and Gallery Lafaed. On the contrary — mini bakery, fresh croissants daily from 8:00. Lots of little cafes, and och good seafood restaurant, working non stop 12:00 am! 2.2. Hotel: a small, but cosy hotel. There is an elevator, a breakfast for Paris Hotels 3 * is quite decent. I use a wheelchair. The room, which I provided, though was not accessible — completely allow me to navigate independently, including the bathroom. In the room were cleaned daily, gently swell the "reserves" tea bags and coffee.
3. Friendly staff, quickly praised on my treatment (replaced a faulty kettle for hours, taxi, ordered a table at a restaurant, etc. ).
Disadvantages:
1. Slow Wi-Fi (for me it was important, because it had to work evenings)
2. On the day of arrival (Saturday) wasn't working elevator. Unfortunately only Monday! Alas, the elevator operator on duty, apparently, in Paris, no!
3. Sound insulation in the room is almost non-existent. Benefit Street is quiet, but a morning romp in the buffet allowed without an alarm clock to wake up early!
4. Reception was very close, more than 2 persons is already a crowd!
