Nice and confortable. Great location, close to the metro and served with many restaurants. The hotel looks recently renovated. The rooms are small but confortable. Personnel very friendly and helpful.

People are friendly and helpful. Clean clean clean.

Everything was perfect. If you have elders staying, please request prior that the rooms would be located near the lifts. If the lift had not been broken during one of the nights of our stay, then I would rate 10 overall.

We had a nice stay in this hotel, the room is clean and well equipped (special mention for bedding). The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Little more, the charming décor and a slight fragrance in the whole hotel, very nice!

Our stay at Hotel d Espagne was excellent. The facility was clean, staff was very helpful, location was very convenient to the Metro and the bus line.

Very good welcome in an establishment located in a very quiet street away from the great boulevards ideal for rest. The room is a bit small but the bed is very comfortable. For breakfast, a small downside, there should be no surplus to get salty food.

Very friendly staff. Room somewhat reduced and no space to store clothes. Top floor by a somewhat awkward staircase, for us it was no problem, but for someone it can be. Proper cleaning. Very reasonable breakfast depending on the value.

The hotel is very well located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are equipped with modern design furniture. The shower and the bedding are very clean. Only one downside for breakfast: you have to pay extra for a little bit.

I missed breakfast which was supposed to be really sweet. I was told I could pay extra for a salty breakfast but didn't wake up on time anyway. The staff was friendly and helped me with directions to the Eiffel Tower and Louvre Museum since I didn't have a phone. I liked that I could fully open the window and peek out at the people walking by, snapping photos and hiding behind the curtain. It felt very Hollywood, I grew up there but never took photos of strangers so it felt cool doing it in Paris where privacy laws are quite stringent. I photographed a lady getting out of her luxury SUV, some French painters, well, painting right in front of the hotel and a few random passer bys. The location was awesome. I had a few shots of London Gin across from the Hotel and ate at a nice Italian restaurant ran by what appeared to be a Pakistani family. I got lost and ended up in an area covered in graffiti. Non of the cab drivers would pick me up when I told them where I was staying. After eating at McDonalds, a cab driver finally stopped and gave me a ride but he left me about a block away from the hotel and said that was as far as he could go. If I had a phone, I might of had a bit more time to catch a show at the theater one block away but didn't have time because it took me 9 hours to get from the airport to the hotel. I had lots of fun in Paris and the accommodations where an awesome part of the travel experience. Would definitely stay at Hotel d'Espagne again.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, however breakfast can be improved, also air conditioner don't work in both of the rooms we stayed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a really nice clean modern hotel. Location was excellent, and we managed to walk everywhere. Air conditioning was perfect as it was very warm in Paris, and the staff were helpful and friendly. This made our stay enjoyable and memorable. My only negative point is that there was too much bread/carbohydrates for breakfast. Some cold meats and boiled eggs would be good. However this is a minor thing.

Everything was perfect but the breakfast was too sweet it would be nice to have some ham, cheese, tomato or eggs. The homeless man outside was loudly sometimes which was a bit annoying. The room was very clean and the bed was very big and comfortable, we slept very well at night (when it was silent). The staff was very nice and friendly so we had a very great time here.

All this hotel needs to make it perfect is a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea! Very good standards throughout, lovely continental breakfast, comfy bed, modern bathroom & great location!

Cedric needs moving on as he is loud at night but didn't bother us too much. We gave him 5 euros to keep quiet and it worked :) Breakfast was nice but a bit more variety would be better otherwise a fantastic stay. There was a man behind the desk in the evening. Dark hair and beard, I cant remember his name but he is an absolute asset. Really friendly and basically planned our day for us for the things we wanted us to see and pointed out the best restaurants and bars. Without him our stay wouldn't have been as fun.

The Hotel is located in the heart of Paris, even then its in a quite environment isolated in a small private area. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants near by. The metro station is just around the corner. The hotel was very clean and room service was efficient. The Staff was very helpful and spoke very good English and she even gave us some local restaurants and insider tips. Over all the stay was pleasant. Nothing specific bad about the room but a fridge in the room would have been good, the staircase and bathroom was small but hey its Paris!

Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Always on hand to help us and everything was available to us if we required. The room was of high quality, spacious and clean. Perfect for our needs. Hotel decorated with modern interior and situated in a fab location so could travel with ease. All in all a delightful stay.

Hotel in work has my arrives (main hall). My room she had just redone being very clean and modern but some fault was correct. Room inoperant light button, chest hard standing on the floor. Breakfast could have been booked in the room and it was very correct. D here a few months this hotel could earn it more than stars in the notes.

Este hotel hace de tu visita a París una buena experiencia. El servicio es muy bueno y eficiente, el internet funciona bien, está muy bonito y renovado y el desayuno es muy bueno. La verdad es que la relación calidad-precio-servicio es óptima. La ubicación de hotel es excelente, de hecho, fui andando al Sagrado Corazón, el Louvre, la Ópera, Notre Dame, y otros. Una gran elección. Además, cerca de supermercados y lugares para comer.
This hotel is a place that makes your visit to Paris much better experience. The service is very kind, nice and efficient, internet works well, the hotel looks very good and renewed and the breakfast is great. Honestly, the relation quality-price-service is the best I've seen. The location is awesome, the hotel it's next to some of the monuments (I walked to Sacre Coeur, Opera, Louvre, Notre Dame and many more). This has been a great choice. What's more, the hotel is close to supermarkets and places to eat.

101th living room, the hotel's Wi-Fi is the shit! First of all, the room location, Wi-Fi signal in the room by the window location either zero or two, and up to two other locations, toilet. What's that supposed to mean? Your hotel break Internet brush your Tweets, check the map and route, but no signal. Or even go up but not used! Log on! Retirement! Log on! Retirement! Or why not to use the net! Internet is luck!
Rooms have a refrigerator, in-room safe, otherwise nothing. Can poor some? Kettle is to find the front desk.
Toilet was not locked, which is the practice in Europe …
Room after closing the window will have a strange smell. All right, sleep. Housing arrangement is reasonable.
