Thank you for this welcome in your memorable hotel with this great idea of breakfast box tray. Adorable staff and little cuckoo to the Caribbean staff who allowed me to do a little magic tour in the Caribbean islands!

This hotel is 5 stars price but 2 stars quality. Very Poor services expectually captain on breakfast room. We booking direct to Hotel, isn't from tour group but Hotel take us to the same breakfast room with Chinesetour group. And have not a food to serve and not refill. Then they take us to another room. They have a hard boiled eggs but not have soft boiled eggs. When we request soft boiled eggs, They want to charge us 16€ for 2 eggs.

Rooms are not properly cleaned. Bathrooms are dirty. Breakfast was good and the staff quite helpful.

Great location well served by public transport and restaurants. Clean room. But toilets with the minimum union of accessories. The breakfast buffet leaves something to be desired… not working toaster for all the stay despite the staff having been cared for.

Good hotel for a short stay. Very small rooms and tiny cabinets. Kind staff, good cleanliness. Nothing but affordable prices for a very central hotel. Metro a short walk away.

The reception staff is amazing and very helpful and kind. The bathroom is big, the room is kind of tiny but very clean and good. The area is great and safe everything is nearby.

Good rooms, unfortunately the maids don't seem to understand when you don't want to the room cleaned. I got bothered 3 times for one day, then the receptionist called to ask whether I want the room to be cleaned, we agreed to have this done the next day. I went out and wandered for a while. I got the room cleaned at 15:00 and I had to ask for this at the reception even thought I had put the appropriate sign on the door. Also I checked in with a debit card so I got charged 50 Euros which I was supposed to get back right after I check out. It's been a while now — nothing.

The hotel Mercure Paris Opera is a good basic hotel experience that will well serve the needs of most business and tourist travelers to Paris. It's not opulent and the quarters are tight, im not sure if its the place for you if you have mobility issues but it offers you a clean comfortable room decent service and it delivers those for a very reasonable price.

Middle class. Clean rooms. Facilities ok. Located in a side street relatively quiet.

It doesn't deserve to be four stars, they don't have amenities in the bathroom, very small room.

Very pleasant stay. The rooms are a bit small but enough for a single person (maybe 2). Very clean, both in the room and in the bathroom. Welcoming staff — the checkin process was a breeze. Close to a metro station. A grocery store (Monop) is very conveniently located on the next street. Tip: if you stay here over the weekend make sure to ask for a room with the windows to the back of the hotel as sometimes, at night, there are groups of people speaking loud/laughing.

I saw better places, but staff super friendly, perfect if you have a dog, rooms are ok, clean but not super clean.

Very nice hotel in Paris and very well located. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are nice and the breakfast is included and plentiful. The only problem is to park. There are only sites on the street.

Very just as much the rooms as the staff who barely Hablava English. The breakfast was great.

Tiny little rooms with tiny little bathrooms, but everything was new and well maintained. Unfortunately, the morning of my departure coincided with maintenance in the hotel's water system, so I had to leave for a 24-hour trip back home without being able to take a shower. Nobody bothered informing me during check-in about the scheduled maintenance. The cleaning staff makes a lot of noise in the corridors while chatting among themselves. I bet management could fix those issues if they wanted.

Centrally located, the breakfast does not have a high variety, but all products are of a very good quality. The room was relatively small and noisy — doors and windows are not soundproof. The hotel has 4 stars, but I did not find it better than other 3-stars accor hotels.

I wanted to love this hotel but I am having a hard time with the old shaggy carpet, a shower the only got water all over the floor, tissue paper thin towels, and a bathroom the needed a good deep clean. The rooms are tiny, which is fine, but the price $415 night seemed steep. The lobby and the boutique feel of the hotel is nice, the location form the Opera house is fantastic, just the room we stayed in needed up grades and cleaning.

Great place for our week in Paris. Quiet spacious after being told they were small. Breakfast is great. Welcoming staff and a good location for our needs. We would definitely come back again.

Ok hotel. A/C didn't work in my room so I changed. They must have known since it was a heatwave.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I understand that inconveniences happen, but the lack of response and support by the management was simply baffling. Upon waking at 5.30am this morning (Sunday 4th) to prepare to check out and take an early train, we noticed that there was no electricity or hot water. We enquired of the security guard at reception at 5.45am who informed us that the electricity had been out since midnight Saturday and would be restored by 6.15am. This did not happen and we waited several hours for electricity to be restored but finally we decided to check out at 8.30am not being able to shower etc. During this time we were informed by the duty manager that the manager of mercure was unavailable and that they could not do anything to assist. A number of other guests were facing similar issues and I understand from speaking with them that were senior citizens in the hotel — a potentially very dangerous situation. We were informed that no backup generator exists which is quite shocking for a 4 star hotel such as the Mercure. The most frustrating part of this morning was the lack of care and any offer of support or assistance from the staff. They simply said there was nothing they could do, something that is quite shocking for a city like Paris which relies on tourism! I will think twice, four, five times before returning to this hotel. As I've said, inconveniences happen, but the lack of response was worrisome and unprofessional.

The rooms are very small and the hotel is very nice. Value for money correct.

Convenient location, about 30 minutes walk from the Louvre etc. Plenty of good restaurants open late less than 5 minutes away. Very friendly staff. Little touches like free "apple a day", printing and computer facilities and range of teas in the room was really useful.

Hotel very well located with metro very close. In a neighborhood with many restaurants, especially in the passage panorama and 15min walk from the Opera house. The rooms are well maintained and modern although on the lower floors there is some noise from the street.
