Very nice and good staff. Rooms somewhat tight but still very nicely organized. Beds are very cozy after a busy day in Paris. Breakfast is varied and has tasted very good. Happy Again.

This hotel scammed 85 euro from me! At checkout we were overcharged and when I went over the receipt with them to see why it was so much there were extra charges they couldn’t explain. They refused to do a return, saying they needed to “investigate” and since my shuttle was there I wasn’t able to press the issue. They promised to follow up — that was weeks ago. I have emailed them several times and even reached out to the Mercure corporation. It doesn’t look like I’m going to get my money back. be careful!

Excellent location in Paris-clean and comfortable-close to Metro, restaurants and tourist spots.

Thw worst place to stay in paris… they are cheats. They offer you twin sharing room but you wont be alloted twin sharing room once you check in the hotel. They will give vague excuses… rooms are so cramped and of the size of a bed only… there are many good hotels at the same cost so,,, please dont get trapped here… we had tough time staying here…

Very small rooms, elevator noise and breakfast waitress made a huge noise by storing her dishes and kitchen. Or how to start stressed out a day in Paris. I will not go back.

It’s not a bad hotel but it’s not great, therefore the average 3 star rating. Room was very small but we came here as a couple and needed a clean bed to sleep in for 3 nights and a hot working shower. Which is what we got so can’t complain. However, breakfast is very expensive as it is €17 per person and the cleaning staff do not come and refil what you have used like your tea bags and sugar etc. Good location only a 2 minute walk from the metro station. Friendly, polite and approachable staff. Would stay here again if the price was right.

NOT A 4 STARS HOTEL NOT RECOMMENDED I wouldn’t give one start but otherwise I can’t post it. We reserved a double room for 3 nights and we regreted from the moment we got in our room. The room and bed was very small for a double, the bathroom had a sliding door and a shower curtain just at the end of the bed. It was like you’re in the bathroom and the bedroom in the same time. Also we found ants in the bathroom’s floor. On the first morning we had breakfast at the hotel “restaurant”. They were “cooking” omelette, bacon and sausages. The omelette was like a ready meal. Took it out from the frozen box and place it on the pan. It was not enough bread and juice. We had to ask them twice to provide us more. They had a fridge with yoghurts, chesse, watermelon and pineapple. Second morning we hoped that is gonna be different but no. Same omelette, bacon, and sausages and leftovers of chesse, watermelon and pineapple from the previous day which was left uncovered. Breakfast was from 6-10 am. When we went to the “restaurant” at 7:30, again it was no bread. I asked a member of staff for bread, which was the receptionist, no one else was in the kitchen, he replied that the delivery comes later on in the morning. Eventually he went next door to another Mercure hotel and he brought us bread.

Very disappointing to be a Mercure.

We had an experience here. It was not quite as good as we'd like it to be. We got a very small room since we were sent over from a sister chain. The location is fantastic. We were a 6 minute walk from the Cadet train station which is on the Metro line as the Louvre. We won't boom here again, at least not on purpose. But if you don't mind reducing amenities for location this is the place for you.

Highly recommended Hotel for a stay of 5-7 days in Paris.
A very central location, close to the GrandBoulevard Metro station. Walking is located 15 minutes from the island of the city and Notre Dame.
Clean and with a very friendly treatment on the part of the staff.
To put a stick: the standard rooms are very small, leaving only a corridor of less than a meter between the bed and the walls. Small bathroom, but clean, well lit, and shower with good pressure.
We stayed there from 31/10 to 5/11 from 2017. Our room had a nice little terrace.

Really small rooms, to open my suitcase I had to put it on top of the bed, there was no other space. It is very expensive for what it is.

Got a relatively larger room that was still small but comfortable and clean. Staff can be nicer. Got a good price online. No parking.

Hotel make bill not actually, and direct in our creditcard without inform when we check out. Not proffesional.

The location is very good for a starting point, the breakfast is very nice with plenty of choice on offer, staff are pleasant and helpful. The rooms are the only let down being on the small size, but the beds are very comfortable.

Very expensive for what it is. We had to have breakfast several times in the nearby hotel.

Shocked at how bad the room was! Walls were chipped, room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in and the fact its 4 star hotel I expected much more. The radiator in the room was constantly hot and wouldnt go down. Cleaners didnt even clean our room. No clean towels on day 2. When asked to move room was told they are all the same. Staff were very helpful and accomodating was about the one good thing about this hotel. If you are looking at 4 star hotel this surley falls well short and would personally only give this a 2 or 3 at best.

The rooms are renovated but still dated. Only the bathtubs are modern. The breakfast is just catastrophic, the eggs are liquid and not cooked and bathed in water… just like the bécon which is in 3cm of water. Croissant and chocolate bread not cooked either. In short horrible.

Unworthy of a Mercury: Home nice limit, poorly made room, holes sheets, duvet cover put on backwards, … Avoid it, especially at this price there!

This is now an Ibis Style hotel and actually not too bad.

Attention to the options taken for the rooms (they are not always respected)
the insulation between the rooms is bad (heard the neighbors talking or the water flow in the pipes)
Clean leaves to be desired (cigarette smell and saucer already used).
