Gave them over a month notice I could not make my trip due to family bereavement and they refused to refund any money back to me absolute joke.

We bought a last minute room for around 110 euros. The room was small, with no view. There was a free mini bar with soft drinks, a comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom (including a bath). There was also a USB charging point. The reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The location is close to Gare St Lazare, which was convenient for the Transilien L train to get to Versailles. The Louvre was around 15 minutes walk. We didn’t try breakfast, but soft drinks and snacks were available through the day free of charge. Overall, we would return to the hotel again for a similar price.

Excellent attention by email. I made several inquiries before arriving and they always responded quickly and very kindly. The host was very friendly and helpful.
The facilities are basic and it is a bit sloppy. But when we were there, they were making some arrangements at the entrance, maybe they're improving it. Anyway, it's a nice hotel.
The best thing about it is that in the dining room you can eat (snacks) and drink for free (water, juices, coffee) until 2am. And they also have agreements with other hotels where you can do the same for being guests of this.
The room has a minibar with 2 small waters, 1 soda, 1 juice with pulp and a can of Pepsi. All for free.
The bathroom is nice and big. It's very comfortable. And everything is very clean.
There is a form that one can deliver before 3 am to have breakfast served in your room.
I don't know who designed the rooms, but it's very funny that in front of the TV there's a column covering it up. Luckily, we're not watching TV.
Breakfast is self-service, and among other things there is Nutella, French cheeses and Segafredo coffee. Milk has to be ordered.
I believe that the service, the location and the snacks and free drinks, make this hotel the perfect choice in Paris.

The hotel was very clean and old had a nice bedroom and breakfast.

Nice hotel to stay in. Spacious and clean room. Free drinks from the mini bar. Helpful and friendly staff. Near to restaurant and shopping mall. Walking distance to Galleries Lafayette (shopping paradise).

Its a very honest hotel, dont expect many amenities but the soft drinks bar every day us very good across their hotel cain in Paris.

Hotel very nice staff very friendly and very pleasant. The room is very comfortable, the more it is the free mini bar in the room and in the dining room. The breakfast is very well stocked with a buffet at will. I would recommend this hotel and when I come back to Paris I retournerrai. Very good reception.

Great location good service especially from Jeremy at the front desk. Do not use taxi service that provides travel to the airport. We booked 2 days ahead & still did not get picked up. We had to book an Uber at short notice costing us €108 (which we'll see if we can get reimbursed for) just making our flight in time.

They were very friendly especially the receptionist who speaks Spanish. Good breakfast And in the afternoon you can have a drink when you're tired comes from pearls. Very well located. Very nice room. Would go again.

Hotel in the heart of Paris Monumental. It offers well-kept and clean rooms at standard prices (for location). Them near you can take the direct bus to the airport.

The hotel is refurbished to the French. In Spain would not have the three stars. The staff were very friendly and friendly. Breakfast is acceptable. You have a free refreshment all day at the hotel and in all of the chain distributed by Paris that is well worth it. The rooms. Modest, has an interior ask you to change. The best location. You're close to everything.

Good hotel, free soft drink bar and Wi-Fi. Check in staff were pleasant and from. Was spacious. It was modern nicely finished. Bathroom could have done with a bit of tlc but in general it was fine. I'd stay here again, I'd also stay with my family as well as business.

Room Excellent Staff Location.

Clean, perfect for a getaway, it's centrally located. Close to the Opera House and a 10-15-minute walk from the Louvre. The bad Q in reception do not speak Castilian and do not have food service, and the first impression is bad, with an old look.

Pretty decent versus the price but the rooms are tiny as often in Paris. Smell of tobacco embedded in the carpet. Breakfast OK.

I have never stayed at this hotel but one of my friends at every professional trip to Paris, it only lodges here so I guess it is satisfied.

Cheap nice staff very well placed.

Nice hotel that is affordable and has an enjoyable breakfast. Don't expect an american style hotel bedroom that is 400 square feet with multiple bed. It is nice cozy bedroom with one bed and a bathroom. Clean, modern design and just what you need.

Remember you are in the centre of Paris, you could spend a fortune on hotels. This is simple, has small rooms but ideal if you are on a budget. Breakfast is excellent, but no bar, but then there are plenty in the same street. When we come back to Paris we will book this or one of its sister hotels.

Very good location in relation to our project. Very competent staff. Good size rooms. Very pleasant.

Room was quite dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. I did not feel comfortable allowing my 8 month old son to crawl on carpet due to stench and lack of cleanliness. Saving grace was the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby available 24/7 this was an exceptional touch on behalf of the hotel.

Good service comfortable and clean breakfast OK but often rooms with window that looks on the inside!

Stayed here during a recent family vacation and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, very accomodating with some of the needs we had with our baby. It was great to have breakfast included and there were lots of tasty options to start off the day. It's located only a few minutes walk from the subway and close to many restaurants, too. Would definitely stay here again.

Any hotel can provide the following benefits would be proud: good location, centrally located, easy access to central Paris department stores, Madeleine, place de la Concorde and the Champs-Elysees in Paris. Shengduonuo black area to spend some money, but this low-key place has it all. This is not a luxury hotel, but for the price, this is Paris the most affordable one. The reception is a bit cramped, restaurants are not luxurious, but here you can get a real experience in Paris, at reasonable prices, the staff warm and friendly …

Hotel tiny very neat, staff very attentive, the room very decent and comfortable, to what is customary in Paris and in a 3-star hotel, very good room, but from what I saw in the flat there are two rooms, the 24 and 25 minimum. Room service very good, breakfast more than acceptable, usual (which is not little), I've been in hotels in Spain with more stars and worst breakfast. In addition 13 to 19 have a constant service of self-service coffee non-alcoholic beverages, FREE of charge, for the price that is customary in Paris a detail valuable.

Very central Hotel, with a good relation quality-price. We lack a bit of furniture, such as a few drawers in the closet to be able to save the underwear.
