I visited the Hotel on 5 occasions as it is excellently located.
It was always within my expectations but on my last visit in May 2018 I found the hotel very run down and lacking paint and arrangements, the breakfast service lacking assortment and variety.
The staff is ungainly.
There are other hotels of the same category and price, better and recently reworked on the same block of the hotel.
I highly recommend the strategic location of the area.

Beautiful location, decoration and layout of the hotel. During our stay the air conditioners in the rooms stopped working but fixed it right away. Instead we had to use the service elevator because the other one was not working. Cleanliness, and so on, Perfect.

The best of the best location in Paris! The Hotel is great, good breakfast, all day snacks and drinks complimentary, as well the mini bar in the room free of charge and refills every day, don't hesitate, guaranteed! Yossi & Michal.

Charming exclusive hotel situated in the midst of so much. Uber was the best mode of transportation for us.

Le pera hotel location is a very good place to stay here many times walking distance, rooms are clean, staff is friendly and very warm I would advise you to use taxi and paris dolmuşu unless you need it very much.

Excellent food, excellent service and good value.

The reception was nice and the breakfast was fine but the carpets in the rooms left more to be desired. I wish they would change up the breakfast. It was off boring eating the same things every morning for a week straight. The location is great if you're looking to shop but that's about it. The first level can be a bit nosy.

Great location, but rooms are depressingly poorly maintained and during our stay, the air-conditioning has not worked, meaning we slept very badly. Receptionist said that the hotel couldn't control when ac us switched on… strange…

Good hotel near Paris Opera. Room was good size and clean. Friendly staff. Complimentary bar with water, juices and snacks. Tasty breakfast. Metro stations nearby.

I stayed here last July. The location is great to everywhere. Direct bus from the airport to the Opera area just two block from hotel. Its located on a quiet street with pharmacy and supermarket close by, and a lot of restaurants open late so make the street very safe. I was travel alone the single room is clean and cozy. It was a very hot week about 91 degree every day. Air condition works very well!

I have been a week and if it is true that the hotel is very well located but not of the category that is hired, it is run down and the rooms have nothing to do with the photos on their website. I don't recommend it at all.

Not recommended. Price/. Performance is not correct.
Absolute no go was for me the mouse that ran around in the lounge/breakfast area in the evening. On complaint it was called that a company would be commissioned. The problem is well known.
A health inspector would close the house with us, as far as I know.
In the shower, the water was not running off.
Generally quite habitual condition.
Positive: Free Wi-Fi, minibar with soft drinks and free snacks and drinks in the lounge. If you like to eat there after mouse sighting…

The room was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during Paris Fashion Week for a few days. The location was very convenient and is walking distance to Opera Garnier. Stay away from the chocolate muffins because once you have one you will want them all! I would like to say a big thank you to Juliette, Anastasia and Viktoria who made my stay at Astra Opera memorable. I hope to stay again in June for Men's Fashion Week. Merci Beacoup! Andrew.

Great clerks! We could speak only English and they spoke easy English too so we understood clearly. And they asked for us the tour will be held, and emailed. Really kind. Free juice and snacks are good! The place of hotel is good.

Good place to stay in Paris! Perfect location although I do prefer other hotels of Astotel such as Joke or Joyce which are more modern …

For 4 stars a bit loose 2 stars spain.

Very good location, you can easily get to the Eiffel tower or the Louvre Museum walk, is also excellent your mini-bar included, the bad thing is their Wi-Fi service, disconnects all the time and also has new rooms and rooms are little old ladies, out of that yes only you are looking for a hotel to get to sleep after a long walk through Paris, this hotel is a good option.

I really enjoyed this Hotel. Upgraded to Superior room. Open bar and drinks at discretion. And especially the friendliness of the staff at the reception.
I will certainly come back with pleasure.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel! -The room size was enough, it did not felt small. -The room had a free minibar with soft drinks and bottled water that was restocked every day, which was very nice. -The room we got was clean, and it was cleaned well everyday. -We got a free breakfast with our visit, which was fine. -The hotel staff were nice and friendly. -The hotels location is great, close to the Opera and metro stations. It is very close to the roissybus station that brings you to the airports which is very comfortable. By the hotel there are a few bars and restaurants, and there's a cute bakery that you can grab a few pastries there. -The hotel offres asto-tour, which let's you go to any astotel hotel in Paris between 1-2 pm and get a few drinks and snacks. We used it in 34b hotel and it was very nice. Great hotel, very recommended!

Very quiet hotel but would need a little paint shot. Bedding very good, perfect for a night or two if you want a little getaway in Paris.

Nice personal and great location. Walking distance to many shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to RER train and metro stations. Rooms are quiet and clean but a bit old.

Easy to access from Metro, secured entrance, friendly staffs with free for room bar. Big supermarket located beside on a same street.

It is a place very well located. Very acogwdor. Has a bar free. Don't expect hayade all the same.

Perfect room. If not it does not make the complete black because we had no shutters. Perfect welcome also.

The beautiful pictures on the website don't really match what we got to see First. After room change it got a little better. Not a 4 * star hotel as we are used to in germany! The bathroom is too small, a bathtub for showering, but nothing for disabled people (there are also ones without a wheelchair) that cannot rise above high edges. Wardrobe is passé. It's enough for jackets and trousers to hang. The minibar is refilled free of charge with soft drinks. In the lobby you have the possibility to eat and drink a snack (free of Charge) from 13-21 pm. Otherwise there is House No. 7 a small Supermarket. The ladies at the reception are very anxious. The hotel has a good location, all sorts of sights and Metro — as well as bus stations are really within walking distance. The lafayette, by the way, too. With the Roissy bus within an Hour. From the airport to the Opera Garnier and then about 300m on Foot. Perfect Location. Look at the bus ´. It's safer and you can see more! Have fun.

Nice place with great location to restaurants and shops. It offers a decent service with free soft drinks in your room. Also you can stop at any of the chain's sister hotels and enjoy a free soft drink or a snack. Staff very nice and helpful. The room a bit small but very comfortable. Can't complain as we only used it to sleep over night and we're out all day.

This hotel has a very good location, closer to Opera Garnier. Location is very good for whom wants to make shopping from big department stores. Many restaurants and coffee Bars nearby.

We were staying at Hotel joke, and as part of the astotel network we were able to drop luggages at Hotel astra to leave for the airport from opera. Friendly and welcoming staff!

Very good chic clean hotel just the open bar not very provided in salty choice but an excellent breakfast with a very varied choice of products.

Friendly welcome, by trained staff, only blemish, communication problems since no one had German or good English skills, one should actually expect from 4 stars, rooms clean, mattresses in the king size bed world class, very central location, very good starting point for the excursions, and other projects, breakfast typical of the country, but very good selection.

We only go there because we were residing in another Astotel hotel and there is an open bar (tea, fresh drinks, hot drinks, cakes, chips…) offered for guests. Nice Hotel (after the lobby) and tourist area.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Paris, easily accessible and with the metro station Maddaleine at two steps. Clean, breakfast offered as well as the minibar. Only small bathroom.

I'm afraid to stay with you, the hotel Astra, because I loved the Hotel 34B but I didnt like the Caumartin opera so much, the reviews makes me worry. Is a shame because your hotel idea is very nice and I loved. I hope you take care of this hotel because I tell for all my friends that going to Paris to stay with Astotel hotels.

Sub par check in experience. Got a smoking room, not a smoker. Card didn't work first time, Wi-Fi is slow and hard to get operating. "Open bar" without alcohol, "free minibar" also without alcohol. A juice bar semester juice, a sandwich bar serves sandwiches. A "bar" bar should serve alcohol or change name.

Paris Hotel Astra Opera is for me! I have always found very well there. Shopping Central for sightseeing. Very good and well served by public transportation. The rooms are clean, spacious and recently renovated.

Nothing good here. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, especially really good coffee drinks. Room was clean, bed will make you very comfortable here. The location of the hotel is also very good, in the city centre. Hotel also has a café, coffee, soft drinks, snacks and cakes are provided free of charge to the hotel guests. We will definitely come here again. Two small complaints, first is a 5-floor carpets are a little older, and the second is the bathrooms not equipped with a toilet brush.

This is a real 4 star hotel. We were hosted with great care, the room was spacious and homey. All amenities were available. Room service is spotless. Isn't great when you visit a city all day long and come back to pure comfort to rest and recuperate? My only suggestion is to maybe change the deco in the hallways. But then again, it's all about taste, isn't?

We have been early June of 2012. The truth is that we had a pleasant surprise since it is a centrally located hotel, close to the Madeleine and the Opera Garnier and the Galeries Lafayette. Hey, you can walk even to see the square of Concord or the louvre. The hotel is a small hotel with few rooms.

We spent 5 days at Astra hotel and had the best vacation. The hotel is great, the stuff was so professional, rooms are clean and very comfortable and the location is just perfect. Close to everything by foot. Attractions, shopping, restaurants… Everything is just a couple of minutes walking.   The hotel offers a very nice breakfast which was great to open the day with.   We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it!  

Our reservation was transferred here by the hotel we originally booked. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, the location is superb, the hotel lobby was very clean, the amenities were great. The hallways leading to the rooms were pretty worn and dated, but the rooms themselves were great. The rooms were fairly noisy, but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We were staying from May 9th to 12th. Thank you so much for the staffs' warm hospitality. We had a wedding at a church in Paris. Thanks to their help, we did have a wonderful wedding withour no problem. At the cafe and the lounge, we were able to enjoy our stay and relax. I'd like to send photos with the staffs.

Small hotel near the center. The rooms are average in all respects. Very good breakfasts.

Rooms are adequate, small, clean, simple decor. Beds soft, bathroom ok. Nice view partially of Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff. Restaurant is nice, the street outside is small but quaint. Cafés, gift shops outside. Staff courteous to call taxis, 10 minute wait. Wifi is free, must know how to login, not automatic, use Safari and call up a search engine, will be redirected to login page. Login info with front desk. Outlets easy access to recharge mobile devices. Overall 3.4 of 5 rating. Expensive.

Typical small Paris hotel with small rooms. My room was a little loud and the wireless was free but so slow. For the money you could go a lot worse but you also could probably find something better. It is in a central part of town.

Welcome, the correct room, but I was a can mecantant to other services.

Rooms are adequate, free wireless internet service was terrible. Don't stay here if you need to work.

New structure. Rooms ok but 4 stars are quite generous. Very good breakfast.

Despite the location of the hotel, I'll never go back, stole me the bag during the breakfast, and the staff did not respond as it should in a 4 star hotel. They did not bother or to call the police, or they asked if you want to if I needed anything. Only les worried charge all my invoice, and at the time of asking the book's claims, is denied to give me it. That is why I do not recommend it to anyone, the staff and the address of the hotel are at the height of a hotel of this category.
