Good service, nice administrative personal.

I found the room more than adequate for size for Paris as previous visits involved climbing over beds to reach the bathroom! Very nicely decorated. Shower is excellent. Service very good and breakfast excellent. Very close to Metro Line 1. Local brasseries value for money. Nespresso machine in rooms but I couldn't find how to operate it — a pull down lever type with capsules rather than pods. Fridge in room empty on arrival but I stored my own drinks in it. Super king sized bed and dressing table. Plenty of sockets. Hairdryer and wash kits in bathroom too.

Stayed two nights during a trip with my wife. This was an excellent choice for many reasons, but mainly its convenient location near a metro, its price, its cleanliness, and its comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Only positive. Ultra clean room. Silent air conditioning. Double glazing. Calm. Inaudible elevator. Bathroom tiled tasteful many shower products. Full breakfast.

Excellent value for the money. Breakfast is awesome (patio+food). Lovely hotel. Just one negative point. The nightshift staff is not able to do much. He struggled for 20 min to generate a new keycard.

Great! The décor is superb, the facilities are numerous (espresso machine and fridge in the rooms, transfer of Smartphone and tablet content on TV, slippers, hairdryer, etc. ) and very modern, professional teams and symphatics, very good breakfast. Only downside my bed squeaked a lot… Luckily it was a professional solo trip, as a couple it would have been noisy! The bed is comfortable. On the other hand, I do not understand the choice of table and chair so low in the breakfast part…? I felt like I was eating in a Doll House…
I will definitely go back.

The hotel was very clean and very friendly. The management was always helpful in giving us directions. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the Metro station. If I come back to Paris I definitely will stay here.

Amazing stay! Welcoming staff, probably the cleanliness hotel my family and I have stayed in and we travel a lot. Brilliant facilities available throughout the weekend break. Parking available has to be reserved and it is charged for. We would like the thank the receptionists for being so polite and approachable. They also let us use the loby to cut sister's birthday cake as we had family visiting from Paris and the rooms wouldn't have been big enough for all of us. The breakfast was varied and lots to choose from. Really meets people's every needs. Thank you!

Beautiful Hotel. Luxurious, clean, quiet and relatively well placed. Macaroons offered to our arrival. Coffee Machine in the room. Very high quality bed and mattress. A sumptuous breakfast. Go ahead without hesitation.

The Hotel is very nice and clean and quiet.
Perfect bedding, large TV, very nice bathroom with double washbasin and separate WC, mini bar.
Full salty sweet breakfast, quality pastries.
A 200 m from the Subway Porte de Vincennes (Line No. 1) which crosses Paris from east to west and the tram (line 3Bverte) which takes us to La Villette.
During our next stay in Paris we will not hesitate to return to this property.

It's a nice cosy hotel, extremely small rooms. It is nice if you will use the room for the bed. The hotel just got renovated and it's fresh. It is also close the the main line that gets you to the city centre line 1.

We stayed at this hotel for the last two days
I booked online and what I booked was different from what I got when I got there. The rooms were small the service was bad personnel were unfriendly and the room was a disaster to be fare. If you are looking for good holiday don't go there it's hell on earth.

Great value for price. Very nice looking hotel and very clean inside. Rooms are indeed small but everything on its place. Rated 3 stars because of the reception guy on our last noght who surprisingly refuse to let our friend come to our room. Thats rude and not nice.

The rooms are so small. It's really bad feeling when you live in very tight area you feel it's not the place you belong to. However they serve good complementary breakfast and the staff are helpful.

A very service-orientated hotel, staffs are very friendly and helpful for everything, even since the booking stage they have asked us anything if we concerned. Inside the hotel, decoration is nice and modern, and internal equipments are full-range and modern. They got digital air-conditioning, mini-fridge and coffee machine, and good hair dryer inside the room! Hotel's location is also good, very close to tram, metro and bus stations.

Very convenient 200 m from the subway door vincennes so line # 1 which crosses Paris from East to West, putting all the great sites within quick reach the street is very quiet. The hotel has been fully modernized. Earlier this year everything works flawlessly, the rooms are not very large (very nice and big TV) : the value — price is excellent. The welcome is friendly, really full breakfast…

Completely renovated hotel. I just make a stay of 2 nights, I book again permanently for regular periods of 2 to 3 nights a week. Ideal location: close to metro and tram and train station of Lyon. Lovely staff, perfect service, like home or almost!

We stayed the last two days in the Hotel Charma in Paris. And it was the worst. The service personal isn't friendly or polite if you have some questions, so you've got the feeling not to be welcome. Further is the interieur a mess. In the lobby there is goldfish who lives in a simple box of glass filled with water. This box is small and has no plants or stones in it at all. The animal is treated with disrespect and lives under terrible conditions. With this comment I hope the hotel employees will understand that a living creature is no decoration and that the living conditions must be changed!

Modest hotel in the 20th. Breakfast ' summary. Room small indeed but it is clean, this is the most important.
