Hotel dirty, hygiene has to review totally, full of humidity to the ceiling in the bathroom, furniture that defixes from the wall, very noisy hears the neighbors talking in their room, I strongly advise.

Outdated room (decrepit wall, washbasin barely holding to the wall, 3 lamps out of 6 that do not work, soundproofing, sanitary not clean)
only advantage near the Metro and shopping district. Dear paid (41, 33 for 2) for the little benefit…

Hipotel should be called "absolute filth Hotel. " The room full of dust. Cockroaches in the hallways. The shower filled with mushrooms on the ceiling and bathroom curtain. The bathroom always smelled lousy and was dirty too. I can't believe they have a face for renting rooms. Absolutely disgusting. Travel with my friend and our way of traveling is austere. But austerity doesn't mean filth. I'd never come back. It is preferable to a hostel room for 34 people.

This hotel is synonymous with dirt, not comfort, no hygiene, noisy, dead roaches under the bed, after 2 days I had red buttons all over the body due to bedbugs. (Photos in support)
I left the hotel after 2 nights although I booked 3.
I will sue the hotel for that matter.

This place can ruin your visit in Paris, Horrible, dirty, bad smell, humidity on the walls, lousy attention, the Wi-Fi is not free and shared bathroom with all the floor (one bathroom for more than 6 rooms)

It is fine, but not great. We stayed in a small room, it was really small with share bathroom and WC. The windows were little bad, I could not close it properly and people was walking outside, but it had a blind. It costed me 70 euros per night.

Disastrous experience! Not recommendable and do not let you seduce by the prices! They are at the expense of the quality of service!
The rooms are full of bedbugs, which makes the night atrocious! I did not sleep!

A complete disaster. Dirty room, shared bathroom very very dirty, there were cockroaches in the room, humidity in the bathroom, do not get towels (you rent them), if you want Wi-Fi you have to pay €3 the day, do not clean the room or change the sheets…
The only good thing is the staff and it is next to the subway.

It was better than I thought. Very good heating. Basic stuff but price ok for expensive Paris.

Attention. Don't go for any reason in this species if you can define hotel. Outrageous that booking promotes it. Lousy Hotel. They don't take any paperwork at check in. War Chambers. Dirty. Beds with animals. Broken. Shared bathrooms from fright. You can shoot a horror movie. I also publish real photos and not those that put on the site.

Horrible is a motel not hotel. Dirty Shower was horrible. The two-seater bed had a savannah. It does not have Wi-Fi you have to pay it. The Unoco pleasant is the attention of only one of its employees. Not recommended.

+ very close to the Metro — the cleanliness could be better on the whole, it was enough to sleep and more I didn't expect either.

Freezing temperature, You have to sleep under blankets, rooms look like a prison cell or brothel. Worst hostel ive ever been to.

BEDBUGS! I had a lot of bites. Horrible rooms, disgusting shared bathrooms, you have to pay the Wi-Fi! Even the worst hostel is better than this hotel. Only good was the attention of the receptionist.

Well, we're not going to hide it. At €37 as the first price you should not expect one of the great luxury. The rooms that smell the humidity, the outlets that get off the wall, the cleanliness hardly supervised especially the toilets, the heating that did not seem to want to work (fortunately compensated by some blankets). In short if you are not complicated and adventurous it will perfectly do the trick for one night. Otherwise I would not advise you.

It was a good experience. Annoying problem with the door locking. Key had some malfunction.

Decent place to stay for a few days in Paris and not spend anything. Very good price-quality ratio.

The bare minimum one bed a washbasin. WC and mouth on the landing. I recommend for short stay a maximum. The noises around are even understood in your room.

Good for the price. I just paid 37€ for this so it's very cheap. It was clean exept the bathroom (out of the room). There was also only one light working in the room.

If the-10 stars existed! But the site requires us to put one at a minimum. Lousy! To avoid! One shower per floor. One WC per floor… The other toilets are on bearings in the single staircase that joins the rooms. Disgusting. In addition the shower of the 4th failed, obliged to go to the third. Oh yes a detail, take your towels. "Hotel" that should be shaved!

We stayed here for 2 days but there are bed bugs in the room, transferred to another room and is still the same. Went back from my trip with bed bug bites on my arms and thigh. The hotel attendant is nice though.

One of the worst hotel I have ever visited in Europe. No lift and a narrow stair case drains your energy completely on your arrival. The shared bathrooms and toilets are cramped leaving no space to move at all. There is a very bad lighting arrangement in the hallways and inside the room… Only plus point is its location.

We paid 35€ (+3€ for Wi-Fi) in a booking website for the "economic room". The showers and bathrooms were shared, but the bathroom was sufficiently clean. The walls and bedsheets had stains. There were over a dozen bugs in the wall, including fleas. The édredon was itchy. The room was somewhat warm, and there was no AC, but the windows cooled it well enough. The bed was a little slanted. The walls are very thin and we could hear other tenants through the wall.

I didn't have any interest to took photos. 1st of all, no lift and it is a 4 storey building. We had leagues. So I had to do what I had to do. All furniture are almost broken. Shared toilet between two floors are very small. No free internet, you have to pay 3€ for 24 hours internet for only 1 device. If you ask about transportation, then I have to say that if you are planning to stay in Paris then you don't need to worry about transport. Metro are everywhere. Good luck.

I don't know where these reviews came from. But this hotel is the worst hotel/motel i've ever been to. It took me hours to find it. It's located in a very dirty and nasty place. Went there at 12pm and were asked wait for 2 hours but they had rooms ready in the first place; I don't know why bother making people wait?! were given a key to check a room if we like it. It was weird for a receptionist to do that. Anyways, went upstairs and got into the room and it was the nastiest room ever. It smelled awful. Seriously though… no air condition. The shared shower-room has no hot water. This place has got to be closed! were given another for another room and it was much better in terms of smell. But all towels and blankets were dirty… so we decided to leave the hotel. Thank god our booking came with free cancellation. Otherwise would have paid the whole price for 3 nights. We used the hotel internet which was fine to look for a descent hotel in a descent neighborhood and found one that has a score of 8. It was pricey though. But we went for it. That tells you and gives you an idea of how the bad this "hotel" is… don't stay here.

Unfortunately I was afraid to take pictures for starters. I got there and the small room wasn't an issue but the shower and bathroom was in the hallway and when I took a pick of the toilet it looked like someone had a poop shotgun. Also is located near a metro but in Paris the is easy trasportation everywhere. It was located in a ghetto part of the city. The curtains has white stains all over and the whole deal looked like a house! We had to loose the money and look for another hotel next morning. Also good luck with the showers, that's all I have to say… unfortunately.

Good for a budget and easy access to transit but there is a shared washroom as well as no complementary Wi-Fi.

It was the most horrible place I've ever been in. We've got bed bugs in the room first night. The cleaners didn't even mop or do anything with the floor, leaving it totally slippery and disgusting. Bed so small my foot hung out at night. The conditions of the room was horrid, walls were damaged and torn out and dirty, wardrobe broken, dusts all over tables and the likes. Shower was so small and dirty, some stuff always came off from the ceiling. Common toilets are so small I could barely fit in (i'm 1'60 and 48kg with small Asian bone frame). Our floor was full of people seemingly refugees, shouting and blasting their music early in the morn. The neighborhood was very hideous and not a safe place to walk at night. My boyfriend's earphones got stolen by the staff in the hotel. And they don't ever refund you. If you're traveling to Paris maybe only a coupla times in your life, I strongly warn you off this place. It's just not worth it. Now you may think that it's just a place to sleep and stuff, no need for grand stuff — I know, I travel low budget too. But wait till you got all the bed bugs marks and feeling disgusted and unsafe every time you return, I bet you'll regret it. I'd give 0, 1 star if that's possible, but Google was trying to be merciful.

Low budget hotel up to 50 euro per night. Who wants save Money then try it. There are common bathroom in hotel.

0/5 a tent would have been better pros: you have a roof above your head cons: no lift (no way to get to your room if youre physically disabled! ), no free Wi-Fi, we paid for Wi-Fi and it didnt work, horribly clogged sink in your room, one toilet and shower for entire floor (toilet doesnt have a sink or window, neither does shower), staff barely speaks english and is incredibly rude, entire building smells like a public restroom, we had to pay extra fees and taxes (instead of 89€ we ended up paying 100€! ) no wardrobe for clothes, had to bring own beedsheets & towels. Dont trust photos online that show you a pretty room — if its anything but dirty and broken, its not from that hotel. the room was so dirty you didnt want to walk around barefoot, I dont understand why they make guests wait until 2pm to check in when obviously no one cleans the room during that time. one of the staff didnt even try talking to us in english, she only spoke french. When we checked in the man behind the reception didnt even ask for our name and instead yelled at us saying he didnt have a room for us. He got angry and insisted we had booked the room only a few hours ago even though we actually booked it weeks ago. We finally got to tell him our name and it all worked out but ive never felt so unwelcome — its one thing if your hotel is terrible and you scam people out of their money, but yelling at your guests for something they didnt even do?

I'm rating this hotel 1/5 because there isn't a "0, 1" star. In the hotel details it says "Free Wifi" — well it is definitely not free. It costs 3 euro for 24 hours. Whebut you pay the receptionist gives you a valid password just for one device so if you happen to have a laptop and smartphone you have to pay for both. When we arrived we had to wait till 2 pm. We had 2 double rooms booked. So the rooms — the blanket on the extremely small bed had multiple cigarettes marks, only ONE TOWEL, ONE PILLOW, not a single glass or smth, the bed and that one pillow smelled so disgusting I had to sleep upon the whole thing, didn't even wanna put on my pyjamas in order not to get that smell on it. The toilet is one for a whole level. Same with the shower. The walls are so thin you can hear everybody's conversation and smell what does the people around you eat. The price was 10 euros higher than the one on the reservation page. So nope — not even close to recommending.

It is the worst experience I've ever had, an asquerosidad extreme, a service to fatal customer, rooms without heating in winter, blankets and sheets a disgusting, is more vulgar and unpleasant that I've seen, broken, cockroaches towels in the bathrooms, vermin guestrooms, a total disaster, it does not deserve nor a star.

The cheap comes out expensive, not book here, warning.

Dirty room, defective drains in the rooms and in the showers. Who expected it ain't right here. If you are looking for what little money you can use it for a short trip. It is just very centrally located.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights and let's say: it was an adventure. The bed was dirty, doors and walls were so thin that we had to hear every sound from every room on our floor, the toilet (one for each level) was pretty dirty, the staff was almost able to understand a bit of English and the lobby was a big mess due to some construction works. Anyway, it was pretty cheap for Paris and the location is really great (close to Metro, pretty authentic small shops and Cafés and no tourists). If you search for a roof over the head for small budget, this is the right place to stay. For anything above this, avoid it.

Good location for a short break in paris. Close to a metro station, with shops and cafes nearby. Room clean, but small.

The only thing that pleases in this hotel is the location and the price. The hotel is komnatuški up to 10 kV. M: bed desk and closet, sink. There was no TV set. Toilet in one end of the corridor, shower in another. Begalo is a little cockroach, but impressions are not spoiled. Choose a room away from the toilet and bath, and then the guests clap doors and interfere with sleep. Were there in September 2012.
