I ask to have the photographer's contact. His photos are in the realm of magic. The shock when I was able to access my double superior room full of mold and nails in the bathroom. Shabby fan supplement as air conditioning. Special mention to the receptionist who can be found in socks from Midnight. The person who serves as head of the school crowns this all with professionalism. Next time I'll pay myself the luxury of going to Formula 1.

The hotel was in the perfect location for transport links to transfer to the well known site seeing attractions. Local restuarants and bars reasonably priced. The hotel staff were professional friendly and helpful. The room was nice and cosy. My husband liked the hotel so much he is intending to return as well as myself.

Friendly hotel. Close to metro line 1. Ask for a room on the courtyard side because the street side is very noisy. I asked to change and the staff was responsive. On the other hand the coffee is really not top (warmed) little effort on this side and it will be a joy in the morning.

Whatever budget reasons you may consider to check this place out, if it’s sleep you intend to find, you will not get it here; thanks to a powerful combination of noise, smell, itching, and sweating (no ventilation). Scaling down on amenities goes as far as not having a Privacy sign for the door, and your soap coming in one tiny single use plastic pouch… amongst other problems, but need I say more?

Paris 2-star hotel, €90 the room. So yes, room a bit stale and small but friendly staff. Breakfast a bit fair but reminder: 2 stars in Paris. The patio is still pleasant especially when it is very hot and beautiful as the we of May 26th. Ideal situation when you come to see someone at the trousseau hospital. Beware room under very hot roofs prefer to a lower floor.

Room was small but what made up for it was the nice little courtyard. Shower was very small; I kept changing the water temperature just by moving in the shower. Located in a very nice residential part of Paris with massive sidewalks where local children play. The hotel does has one fridge, a but don't leave anything in it for long. Our half eaten cheeses were gone by morning. Conviently located near patisseries, boulangeries and the Metro. Wi-Fi was good but the TV did not work. Slept comfortably. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Would stay at again.

Nice 3 star hotel, reasonable price… very small space rooms but nice all the facility's have… very bad customer service, no friendly staff.

Good hotel, clean, rooms for Paris are quite spacious, from the Metro 2 minutes, near the bakery, shop, many cafes.

The room is rather small. No elevator. Little choice for a breakfast at 9 € 50. Only one kind of yogurt, no fruit, no fruit salad. Otherwise the hotel is close to the Metro or buses. Welcome to the reception.

We stayed one night and fortunately no more,,, not clean at all! Hair from everywhere, bed, bathroom,,,,, The TV remote was just imworld, dust galore the lamps and the defective plugs, not to mention the little visits of ants to the bed!
For the breakfast Ben frankly I just dared to drink a tea, the rest personal J is not touching for fear of being sick (the slices of cheeses were all dry, the coffee not spawning, the smell of milk I do not talk about it, no fruit no cereal,,,, ) frankly I recommend not at all, but then not at all at the reception I was told "I would talk to the maids, I am just at the reception"

Very well located, clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast French, fresh and always redefined!

Booked a single room the same day. It was a very nice hotel. I'm happy to stay at this hotel:)

Good how to say to flee HORRIBLE!
Very noisy hotel. Lousy breakfast. A cereal bottom, poor quality bread, little choice for 9 euros. Not get fruit.
I had the misfortune to look for my earring falling under the bed and the! Used handkerchief and good big sheep! Cheap but dirty.

Small and inexpensive hotel.

Very well connected with the points of interest of Paris. The hotel if you only have it as accommodation well I know that the rooms are very small and lack of services.

If you can find another one, better. Only accessed by narrow staircases, bad Internet sign, slow to solve.

Thin doors allow noise from neighbors. Shower temperature varies by usage in other rooms. But, not expensive and well located. Friendly staff.

Small and inexpensive Hotel. Arranged on two stairs of 4 floors each without elevator. The rooms are very minimal with a French bed. The negative note that one evening on return to the hotel we found the room open and inside were missing 200 euros. We communicated it to the reception which is not interested in anything even normal apology.

Located in a quiet area near the metro station.

Finding a Hotel in Paris without going to a 5 star was very difficult. For the first time I found many inconsistencies among the reviews on the various Hotel search sites and after a meticulous selection I chose this accommodation because it was the one with the most uniform comments. From my point of view I can tell you that it served very well by the means (i recommend to buy the Paris Visite), 5 minutes from the Metro and several bus stops. Hotel Twelve is located 3 Metro stops from the Bastille area, great for going out in the evenings and having dinner or a drink. Between the 30/45 minutes by Metro or Bus from the most important areas: Louvre, d'orsay, Place de La Concorde, Champs-élysées…
On the main road, a 3-minute walk from the hotel, there is a market and a Baker's front. The rooms are small but comfortable. With two trolley we got stuck well but if we had a larger suitcase there would have been serious problems of space. There's no Elevator. The room has many power outlets and for us between cell phones and miscellaneous cameras It was a nice surprise, but remember to take a two-pole plug adapter.
Pros: great location and quality price cons: the POS did not work and if you book through booking they can not help you to resolve this problem possibly because the structure does not accept payment via Platform. The first day we had the stained blanket and they changed it only two days after 2 Reminders.

We had a small room under the roofs. The heating did not heat up enough and the room was really rustic. Although we had booked a superior double room… Really disappointed with this point. On the other hand it was clean.

Ideal location for public transport However the room was disappointing, spacious but a decoration recently remade no finish (paint trace on the switches, copper pipe of the old installation coming out of the wall…). The quality of the Wi-Fi signal is deplorable, as much on the 4th floor as in the breakfast room. And the breakfast itself was laborious on the 2 mornings of my stay (almost empty dishes on my arrival, no table to rid, 1 person only to look after the room that seemed overwhelmed and not know how to do…)
Too bad because this hotel is promising on the part of its location and the charm of architecture.

Clean and practical rooms.

Very well located, the staff are very welcoming.
It just lacks a little rigor on the household! And breakfast is a bit primary.

Very good value for money. Nice terrace area in the summer. The only downside is the insulation of the rooms that we are not top.

To Myphone. Request at 21.00 O'clock. Was pulled over the Table. See my bill for a double room for one night.
In the shower area was even mold on the walls.
Although we had breakfast at 8:00 a. M. I had to ask for the sausage Plate. Unfortunately there were none! There was only a little Ham. There were no balls, no scrambled eggs, no cheese, no sausages etc! ok, there were various Croissants. We didn't find any tea either.

Full program France feeling.

Clean, comfortable and cozy. But, NOT wheelchair accessible.

The price was great for a single room in Paris not far from transport and not far from the city centre. The level of hygiene was not great in the room.

Excellent staff and good position, close to the Metro and restaurants. The staff went out of their way to assist us for which we we are grateful.
On the downside, no lift and the showers are tiny, but not a deal breaker.
Would certainly return.

Friendly welcome and recent renovation for this well placed Parisian hotel.

Well well, super disappointed! In the light of current events (attacks on Paris), they were not merciful to postpone my date of reservation (because Yes, they already charge my card and a cancellation is not refundable). I would have paid two rooms for nothing…
Too bad! Sympathy is also part of the quality of an institution.

The image of Paris the best and the worst… for 1 night it's going to. Very loud and slightly run-down. Deco has again…

Pros: Feels clean. Furniture looks new. Wifi in room. Front desk closes at midnight; great for late arrival! The room is supposed to be 100 sq ft only, but feels bigger. No AC, but our window faces interior courtyard. So, we can open the window for air and not too noise. Inexpensive. Only 3 subway station (on M1 line) from Gare De Lyon train station and a short walk (less than 5 min. ) Helpful and nice staffs. Cons: May be a bit far from city center (still only about 8 stops from M1 line).

Stayed at the Hotel Twelve with my wife in July. The hotel is quite inexpensive and not perfect but. You really get what you pay for :)

Good but nice…

It's really horrendous. The photos posted on the internet are not truthful. I was four days with my husband. The rooms are very small as well as the beds, the old bathroom and not too clean. Convenient to the metro and free WI FI. Only good thing.
