Terrifying. Luckily last night. But church gets to classify a hole like this 3 stars. But the chicken coop in my house is a suite in comparison. Non-existent Bathroom with mould and a little larger than a loculo. One-Door wardrobe for 2 persons. Bed smaller than a normal double. Then What are the housekeeping? Breakfast just acceptable. And they ask 100 euros per night. Madness! Booked sadly with Groupon. Don't be fooled by the offer. Luckily Paris City deserves a 9.

I stayed with a group of pupils and we enjoyed it. It was a very nice Hotel. The staff are nice and the breakfast buffet is satisfactory.

In addition to the price and proximity to the subway, no pluses. In the first room on the top floor, which I was moved to, the ceiling leaked! Breakfasts are very poor.

Bad. Small rooms. Basic breakfast. Terrible dinner outside the property, in a dirty and unreliable room.

A beautiful and cozy hotel. Not far from the centre. The staff were super nice and accommodating.

I believe that in France we need more control over how to manage an activity like that of a hotel. Tremendous, deprived of cleanings, to be avoided. For breakfast it is necessary to pass from the kitchen, among other things dirty, with a limited number of places for a school. I do not recommend.

Tremendous… Tiny rooms if occupied by more than two people, by claustrophobia! Blind bathroom without suction fan and microscopic (on the other hand you can wash your teeth sitting on the cup), for more flooded before use. To access the breakfast room (not enough seats for all the guests of the hotel, it is necessary to take turns) you have to go through the kitchen.
A star for the comfortable bed and one for silence.
Overall to forget, at least for large groups.

Pitiful hotel for the price, tiny room shower absolutely not clean, worn towel, cleanliness in general leaves something to be desired.
Breakfast; Not too much choice it's still the basic and the low-end, mold on the crust of bread crumb sad is not an option eh!

Good quiet place near the metro near Mac Donald, is kind and that q I am colombian but well.

Very good. Plentiful and good lunch. Comfortable bed. The only thing regular is that the bathroom is very small and almost not fit… but I recommend it. I've been very comfortable.

Health hazard in the rooms, in at least one is the ceiling moldy! Moreover, all rooms are extremely tiny and sparse, the elevator is just as small and looks a bit unsafe. The "front desk" has no kommunziert, since it is much better with a flower bucket.
Fingers away, there are significantly better hotels in Paris; Tamaris is a dirty departing in the man ripped off.

Room small and bathroom old-fashioned, poorly maintained, and lacking in ventilation, cf the mould on the ceiling and traces of moisture in the room. The breakfast is hearty, the reception very variable depending on the person, from very good to borderline rude.

Location of the hotel is ideal. Local subway 2 minutes walk and only 1 or 2 stops away from the centre. All staff warm and welcoming very helpful on arrival. Hotel itself is a little outdated. We had mould and damp on the roof of the room and the shower door didn't close. Very small toilet and shower facilities but overall very clean. Fresh towels daily however quite small. Overall a really good stay for a three star hotel.

We had a better experience in another hotel in Paris for the same price. I can't tell I would choose again Tamaris hotel. Pozitive: People at the reception were really nice. It is near to the bus/metro/tramway. Breakfast ok, we had in another hotels a larger variaty of food. No eggs offered, no "pain au chocolat". The juice was not natural. But let's say it was ok. Negative: The elevator is an old one, the walls don't look ok, the room is small. I was about to fall asleep when I could hear my neighbour's steps, the water in the bathroom or if they talk. It hasn't a good isolation. We had only big towels. The Wi-Fi connection was bad. The shower cabin small.

This hotel is a ways away from a lot of the attractions in Paris but the metro station is just a short walk away. The time are small but the service was good. The elevator was my favorite part.

No complaints for one night the value for money was perfect! Good breakfast and very nice welcome! The rooms are clean. Super.

Not even average breakfast, really bad mattress and sharing the night with other guests bit otherwise it was clean!

Clean and tidy very cosy friendly staff local to shops n buses, trains and trams.

Great staff, great breakfast — rooms were small but expected (most importantly it was clean). Unfortunately the Wi-Fi did not work very well, probably the only frustrating thing about our stay at Hotel Tamaris. Overall a great experience, I would recommend this hotel to a friend!

The bathroom layout is a bit odd and the rooms are small, but very clean. Great location.

Horrible experience at this hotel. At the time of going to bed, we open the sheets, and here what do we see? Hair, hair inside the sheets! Fortunately, the night Porter was very nice and we changed the sheets. But this isn't the kind of thing that is expected when we go to the hotel and when you start to bed, isn't it?
But that's not all! The room was comfortable, what makes that we heard our neighbors at night arguing, yelling at each and many other things…
In short we had a terrible night, not to mention that the room was small, and the bathroom so small that when you're sitting on the toilet, knees totally affect the door of the bathroom!
I recommend this hotel in any way!

Management, staff, everyone is friendly. A good place to sleep cheap and without stress.

L don't think that this hotel have 2 stars.

Proximity to metro, 3 eateries with inexpensive food within easy walking distance were all a plus. Most hotel staff were congenial. Rooms are small, including shower, which presents a real problem with self scalding with movement within the shower. Cleanliness was spotty; most days clean sheets, a daily towel provided, but no hand towels or washcloths, garbage not emptied daily, broken toilet not cleaned daily, moldy shower curtain and stained bedspread. No fans available upon request as advertised, no ice, and a daily shortage of toilet paper. Front desk requires that you relinquish your room key when you leave the premises; lock valuables In luggage. A guest on our floor found his hotel room door open and his computer had been tampered with and we found a bent hair pin on the carpet in front of our hotel room. The old adage "you get what you pay for" applies here.

Nice and clean hotel, good location, near metro station. No parking, and very, very noisy rooms. On morning it starts with bangs every time someone closes door. Else nice reception.

Close to metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi in lobby, unfortunately no Wi-Fi arty all in rooms.
