Near metro station, clean and very comfortable. With three supermarkets so close and a shopping center nearby. The staff IS so helpful, and speaks spanish a little bit. Would stay again for sure.

Absolutely terrible… do not recommend the rooms are small and smell. Not to mention parking is terrible and the hotel does not pay for it. Breakfast is horrid and and the best of all they charged my card three times which ended up being over 1000€ and when I asked the front desk the man said that’s not my fault and I can’t do anything. Will never come back to this city but would rather chop my leg off then stay in the establishment again.

I got sent to this hotel because my original hotel got overbooked. It is very small and very loud, you can hear everything from outside your room. I might seem crazy but a pair of my pants went missing from my room. I am a young woman travelling alone and the man at the front desk was very creepy with me. He would stare at me for long periods of time not saying anything. It was quite disheartening. Good enough for one night but make sure you count your clothes before you go to bed, some might be missing the next morning.

The hotel is good in terms of price-quality.

Hotel with two faces, unfortunately for this place, we were very badly greeted, completely exceeded the boy was very rude. At the return of the dinner we were able to see the difference the change of staff was beneficial.
Smiling, welcoming, we took the time to talk a little with him. Really the difference is striking. Damage!

3 star hotel, quiet and close to the Metro (Porte de Montreuil).
Friendly and attentive staff.

As a comfort Hotel regular in Canada I think it is a very good hotel. The room, bed and breakfast were just right. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had any questions. It is close to the metro which we got the adult tickets a package of 20 for the 2 of us and it was easy to figure out the metro system. There was a grocery store that had everything you need for a decent cost.

The room we stayed in was very small. Our two suitcase in it were able to. The distance between the beds was almost impossible to pass at all. Only one lift, which is not convenient when arrival group. We had to climb the narrow steps where there was still no light: (for breakfast went down at 8-9 in the morning, but the food was almost there, as well as plates!

— Didn't manage to get a full night sleep during the 4 nights we spent here due to that the walls are very thin and you are able to hear your neighbours like they are in the same room as you. Also, we got a room with a door connecting to the next room which our neighbors kept pulling on in the middle of the night. It made us feel unsafe. — The room was not properly cleaned. + Good thing was the breakfast buffet which had a good selection for the price.

Very comfortable, clean, and organized. Our room was great and the hotel was so close to the metro we could get there in 1 minute of walking.

Pity that in the bathroom it is a bathtub and not a shower which is more convenient for the workers coming to this hotel. My room was a bit noisy as just next to the elevator.

Bad experience.
Several annoyances: Foul smell in the room when arriving, bedside lamps that do not work, shower drain clogged (unable to take a shower).
Not to mention the excessive noise (window overlooking the Boulevard Davout, and a small place, very noisy).
In short, for a 3 star hotel, the service was not on appointment.
I had chosen this hotel instead of another channel, I will change my mind.

Very good place to stay, close to metro station and very comfortable and clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. I only would recommend placing a refrigerator in the room.

We arrived on Friday, January 5 thover around 11pm for 2 nights. The rooms are nice, practical and simple, but what makes me especially put 4 is the welcome we had! This gentleman was really nice and professional! He fixed our room trouble in 5min! Thank you again to him!

I've been 4 days and 3 nights and the truth that the hotel is quite simple that is why it is 3 stars… but cosy room, bathroom good, bed very good. The girl on reception called "Getty" is great as it has treated us great and the only worry about speaking to us in Spanish and so as to make our stay welcoming. A very kind person.

Contrary to some opinions, and having lived several years in Paris, I did not find that the sector is particularly sensitive. On the contrary, I am pleasantly surprised. The hotel is rather quiet, the room not very large but well decorated and functional. Special mention for very good quality bedding. For the welcome… Having arrived at night, I found it friendly and discreet.

Don't fall for good fake reviews, rooms are so bad and rooms look like red light area. This place sucks. Honestly night shift agent has bad attitude. Wifi suck as well. Parking you pay 20 EUR per day down the street. We only stayed 1 night there, that's how bad it was us to leave. Please friends don't ever say at this place. Night shift was so bad. No good communication. Its like Red light area rooms. Bad attitude night shift agent. All I can honestly say.

Breakfast is good but not worth the cost. Rooms are tiny which is on par for Paris. No frills apartment. Some staff is mediocre while others are very nice. Surrounding area is not necessarily the safest at night. Metro station is really close to hotel however.

Double room large enough. Noisy in the morning that can wake some. Neighborhood that does not look very serene which does not reassure too much.

Small but cozy rooms, discretamentamente clean, few extra services but all in all for a weekend goes more than good. Don't expect services not even close to the hotel, the neighborhood is Arab and there are only them as traders.

The location of the hotel is quite far to the east of Paris, and so if catching the metro to the Eiffel tour it will take a good while, almost an hour. However, the metro station is very close to the hotel — only a five minute walk! The rooms were quite cosy, with air-conditioning or heating that you can control yourselves. The bathroom was tiny, and had no ventilation so sometimes smelt funny in there. A good value for money hotel, prepare to be out and about all day!

The staff was mostly nice! A woman at the breakfast was really unfriendly… The cleaning ladies wanted to work under no circumstances… The cleanliness was worse than we thought! Generally okay.

Small but very comfortable hotel in the 20th arrondesment. Metro nearby makes hitting all of the tourist sights easy & economical. Friendly ethnically diverse neighborhood with some really good eateries nearby.

The wall has been paved, the doors to the bathroom were closed. And there are a lot of little things causing rejection.

As hotel for business people that simply going to sleep is not wrong, is tiny and service is very good, they are very friendly. That if, is located in a seedy neighborhood.
In addition the photos do not agree too much with reality, not you guiéis by them because they are very well retouched with photoshop.

I had a marvelous time in Paris and staying at this hotel with its helpful staff, convenient location and affordable price made my experience all the better. Yes, the rooms are small but for goodness sake's you're in Paris go out and do stuff. The staff that I met were all very conversant in English (among several other languages) and also very kind with my attempts to speak French. In fact when I needed to practice a conversation for instance to rent a piano one of the staff spent 10 minutes with me rehearsing and refining what I should say and what to expect. Brilliant! Stay with these folks. They are good people.
