Service reception, menage and breakfast nothing to complain about very well. Room a little small and the design not very well designed especially for the open bathroom which is not well designed. Apart from that it slept super well with a bedding at the top. Hotel advised and not to renovate nor watch not related to what I read.

The deluxe room is amazing! Huge comfortable bed. Bath is awesome and overall layout of the room is great. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Confirmation of the reviews seen below: hotel in need of renovation compared to the photos of the hotel website (which hotel in the 21st century still has a shower curtain and more plastic? ) we made two rooms first too small and little storage, the second larger and still more enjoyable. However there was a bad smell problem (bad moisture evacuation resolved by the hotel leaving the window open all day, so cold room when you get home late at night and so not very nice! ) the breakfast staff is pleasant and smiling as well as the night staff. In conclusion the hotel gives a chic image on its website but the reality is quite different. In short, beautiful hotel 10 years ago!

Visit over a few days, I can only confirm the reviews that can be seen on this hotel. Poorly soundproofed room, in need of a refreshment, cramped for the smallest. The high-end, chic print given on the presentation photos is not at the rendezvous in reality. As a concrete example, I will say that in the photos we can see a bedside lamp design that gives a little touch of color and softness. The lamp is no longer present today! In short, poor value for money. The hotel has an interesting concept, but no longer keeps these commitments today. Shame!

So on my last day I posted the following review on expedia: "This hotel is decent value for money but is showing its age. Parts of the room are in bad shape such as a large patch of rust on the bathroom counter. Customer service not great. I arrived only 1hr40 early and had to pay e30 to check in "early". The room was ready and they could have easily let me in and the charge seemed like a lousy way for them to squeeze an extra buck out of a customer. The in-room safe did not work and a staff member tried to blame it on me even though I had followed the instructions precisely. " When I checked out I was confronted at the front desk with "would you like to discuss the comments you made on expedia? " The desk clerk proceeded to tell me that the comments I made are not fair. She tried to tell me that the staff member who came to deal with the safe was a man and not a woman (it was clearly a woman). My wife said that the staff member had an attitude, to which the clerk replied "it was a black woman? " Hmmm… It was a white woman, but anyway rather than simply apologizing for the safe not working and bidding us goodbye, she talked all sorts of nonsense and continued to confront me and tell me that I was not being fair. It was an unprofessional confrontation. We had to just walk away as this clerk's conception of customer service was wholly different than any I've ever encountered, in Paris or otherwise.

Room small not clean, stains on bed top, cigarette burn on the stool, hair and rust on toilet brush etc etc, I will not go back anymore. The only positive thing is the Super staff welcome and the hearty breakfast at no extra charge in the room.

Traces of mildew, white everywhere with traces of passage everywhere.

Good enough. Definitely must know this: if you buy a holiday on the internet with a double room in this hotel they'll give you a single room with double bed. And the room is small, small, small.

Wonderful stylish hotel with minimalist clean design, located in a quiet side street with the many bars, restaurants and clubs of the 11th arrondissement literally just around the corner. Very friendly staff. Room with atmospheric lighting system, comfortable king size bed and thorough room service. Through the mirror walls the bathroom tiles is much larger. Instead of a full breakfast, only drinks can be purchased. Would I definitely book again on the next Paris trip:)

Charming hotel with a real signature because of its peculiarity to be all decorated with white. A feeling of Zen and serenity settles very quickly and makes you want to enjoy without counting the time spent.

Couldn't have asked for anything better. The room being stylish, intimate and clean along with the amazing location in the heart of Bastille made it the ideal place to be. The staff was super friendly and personable and kept the room serviced. I even extended my stay to be there one more day. Will stay again.

There are a variety of positive aspects of this hotel, such as location, public transport, staff service, etc. Room is relatively small but very tidy, and the balcony really offers a great view and experience. The only negative thing is noise, as soundproof is not good enough (residents next to my room kept talking loud and turned TV volume high, which could be heard clearly in my room), and there is a motor repair shop downstairs so lots of motor engine sound at nearly all times. Anyway it was a good stay.

The location was very clean During the weekend I also found the discount at 50% on the room.

Nice boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The location isn't the best as it is slightly outside the city center. Room was smaller than imagined, but not too small. The bed was big and comfortable. Air conditioning worked really well. Great water pressure and shower, but the shower curtain was lacking width, which would allow water to get out of the shower area.

Hotel is very clean and I think here the quality of the breakfast was great, but not much, the hotel is more like a 4 star hotel, instead of 3 stars, comparable to other 4 star hotels nearby, highly recommend this hotel.

Top hotel love this modern and spacious design. Second visit and ask the 603 that is perfect! 6th floor view Eiffel Tower and sacred heart! Room very spacious and well equipped, nice and original Design, it changes. Comfortable bedding bed 180! Original bathroom everything is white but warm when even, we love and we'll be back especially to €110 breakfast included in the room!
Champagne not expensive €40 and very efficient service. Very friendly receptionist. Nice area to qq meters from the restaurant of Cyril lignac (Chardenoux) that perfectly complements this evening.

An address Design where the White is King but not, without heat! A very friendly welcome. A very clean room with a bed ultra comfortable. And I loved the principle of mirrors in the shower ;) A lot of fashion magazines in the room but also in digital format via free Wi — Fi in the hotel. The nearest metro is 2 minutes walk: Charonne line 9 station. Finally the very trendy area full of nuggets for gourmets: Cyril Lignac with its bakery and the bistro the Chardenoux or the Chief Bertrand glass and his seventh star restaurant are just a few metres from the hotel. A very nice experience.

Very nice hotel, design is really superb and staff is gold.
The room we had on the 4th floor was clean, clear, with a large shower, a king size bed and very quiet as well at the level of the hotel from the outside. The room is also equipped with a music player with ambient light.
The hotel is located in the heart of Paris, the metro is 2 minutes walk.
At the level of hospitality, the staff is helpful, always something nice, smiling.
The room price is more than adequate for the services offered.
I highly recommend this hotel, I will certainly return.

The only positive point of the hotel is the decoration that is very pretty. The room is poorly designed, it is not practical for this shower without getting water everywhere, nor to do her hair at the washbasin because the mirror and on the side. The insulation is completely again (means the lovemaking of the other people in the other room). The housekeeping staff enter the room in the morning when you sleep.

I made a reservation at BLC Design hotel, and the hotel proceeded to place a hold on my credit card for the entire intended bill. All other hotels I have stayed off typically place a hold equal to one night's stay, then upon checkout do the actual charge. This large hold pretty much made all the funds in my account inaccessible, and as of this writing three days later, the hotel has not released the funds despite my booking cancellation two days ago.
