The hotel is located in a good area of Paris. There are numerous cafes, the bars, restaurants and shops. On foot, you can quickly reach the JUNI Pillar. Bus and metro are also just minutes away.
Rooms at the hotel are clean.
Breakfast is very good and adequate.
However, the beds are very hard and the mattress is already a bit well located.
But highly recommended for a short stay.
For the value for money it's ok.
The staff are very nice and helpful.

The building is old but has charm. We took a large room and is not bad. Fixed and enough for what we want. We don't think to be much in the hotel so it suffices that it is clean and comfortable. They are fixing the hotel and let's hope there's a lot of noise. If you're tight on budget it is an option considering that Paris is very expensive.

For a cheap stay, where you don't need any fancy extras this is the place to go. The price is ok, the neighbourhood is very interesting and far away from all these terrible tourism places. Don't go to breakfast in the hostel, go get some croissants, a baguette and some fresh pressed orange juice and chill in one of the cool garden areas. Metro also not far away and bike stations around the corner. Enjoyed the stay but more because of the surroundings then the actual hostel.

The hotel is very friendly and attentive to the Metro.

The rooms are small but clean the breakfasts are plentiful.

We discovered this hotel as a couple on the occasion of a long weekend in Paris. We stayed there for three nights and were located on the 1st floor in one of the decorated rooms.
The most: — the reasonable price — the living area (bars and restaurants not far away) — the welcome is pleasant and smiling — the possibility of leaving the suitcases on the day of departure — the unusual decoration, including the stairs — the size of the shower, great!
— Heating, hot water… all good.
— House remade between each night less: — The breakfast is quite limited — the size of the room (but good at this price we do not complain) — the hardness of the mattress — the soundproofing on weekends (we were still lucky noise level, apart from that D are suitcases on the stairs but that depends rather on travelers who are not able to carry their suitcase on a few steps…)
I would recommend this hotel, especially in terms of value for money.

Spacious room. Good heat. Close to the Place de la Bastille and the centre of Paris. Highly recommended.

Cold room. A bathroom without heating and freezing. A moldy wall. Another hotel in Paris that doesn't care about people!

I think it's better than normal a pleasure!

Excellent location in a lively neighborhood, with lots of restaurants, bars and services, and close to several metro stations. The hotel itself seems cosy but at least I had a poor room in the last floor (6th), poorly decorated and quite cold, where the elevator didn't arrive (it only went until the 5th floor). I didn't take the breakfast since I considered it to be quite expensive (especially in Paris, where you can find lots of places to hace great coffee and pastries).

Excellent location, near Metro and bus stations. Nice and polite staff, reception and ground floor in art style. Stayed for 2 nights, room small, clean, every day cleaned, Windows overlooked the city. We were satisfied! The price and quality is consistent.

The room was very good.

The shower doors are full of mold, unfinished finishes, no Deco. The rooms are poorly soundproof and the street is very noisy.
But every time the reception is blameless. My room was on the last floors.

It was my second time staying at this hotel and I just love the relaxing vibe that you can feel the moment you enter. The lobby guys are friendly and very helpful, don't hesitate to ask them any question. Unlike my first stay, I was now on the highest floor, the 6th one and I noticed how floor 5 and 6 were not really decorated in the stairway walls with art like the other floors nor was my single room. So this time around, it felt less like Hotel des Arts to me. However, I had everything I needed up there (aside from a mini fridge), plus they made my bed up each day during my 3 nights stay! The nearest metro station is a mere 5 minute walk away, if not less, so it is easy to go where you wanna go, if you just follow the color lines. And for the cat lovers out there, there is a cat café nearby, just a 15-20 minute walk! Merci for having me stay there and I will be back for sure!

Quiet area The Metro to 5 minutes and the bus below home.

The elevator was so small and walking up the steps made me dizzy also alot of laundry bags everywhere but otherwise really good.

Room was never serviced during a 4 duration. 2nd day into the stay I reached out to the front desk for the room to be cleaned, went out for the day and once arriving back in the evening the room was never serviced! I Had to go to the front desk late night to ask for more towels and the 3rd and 4th day the room still remained untouched. Very Convenient location and decent price but their are far better hotels in less than a block radius without the hassles.

Very small room; Too tight for two; Extremely soft mattress; No climate; Badtür cannot be closed properly. Windows you can barely open daytime u at night as much traffic — noise u exhaust. Wireless internet does not work well.

Room sizes vary, some can be extremely small and others are alright. Lift is tiny but location is convenient.

Loved it. Great location. Clean. Best Wi-Fi I've had in a hotel. Shower excellent. Will stay here again when I come back to Paris. Would have been 5 stars except for the skylight making the room too bright in the morning but another room might probably be different. We were on the 1st floor. Also no air con but the fan is adequate.

Great hotel for the price that we paid. The staff are very friendly and I like the decorations. The rooms are decent, nothing special. Pretty good location as well.

A little noisy from street noise but you are to expect that in a big city. Beds are very comfortable. Amazing shower — ask for a room w black tiles! Very modern, has a lift and bfast for 9eu is very good.
