Very nice hotel! Great decoration, friendly staff!

A rarity amongst rarities. Effervescent, yet elegant staff, effortless comfort and a decor that does not leave you wanting more. Even the elevator is stoic and lighthearted, with a touch of old-world sarcasm. A great "boutique" pick with ornate touches. Not to be missed.

Very charming hotel in a very good location. Room was very clean and had a cool decoration. Only downside with the room was the veeery thin door to the bathroom. Breakfast was very French. Not very healthy but super tasty. Hotel location is perfect. Close to several metro stations and a lot of nice restaurants close by.

Absolutely horrible check-in was terrible. Very unorganized if I could give it a zero I would! The noise level inside and out is beyond loud. The location is terrible. We ended up having to walk to the Metro to get to our flight because a taxi couldn’t be called even after asking for one to be reserved for 2 days. With the strike we were lucky to even make our flight it took us 2 hours and switching crowded trains to make it. Don’t believe any good reviews! I would pay double to have been anywhere else!

Very efficient and affordable hotel close to amazing attractions in the 11th Arrondissement. Small but smart rooms and bathrooms. The street-facing rooms can be very noisy at night. The breakfast is OK, but you can get amazing pastry and coffee nearby for much less money. The staff is very friendly and attentive: our favorite part of our stay was Frédéric, the night manager, who was amazing — funny and attentive and very helpful in getting us checked out and into a cab when we had to leave ungodly early. I would stay here again.

Lovely Hotel. Warm and particular atmosphere given by the artistic estrositá of those who decorated it. Vintage style furniture, with colorful upholstery. Although the rooms are a little small we stay there gladly and the bathroom is lit by LED lights which make it really unique. The lift has a singular name "Chanoir 19" and takes you to the floors with the accompaniment of classical music. Breakfast at the Bistro full of everything. Also, the hotel is in an area full of locals open until late at night. The Metro is four steps away. I highly recommend it.

Incredible bad service and arrogant staff. I arrive at 7 in the evening for my check in. I am when I am already there rudely informed that they there was no longer an available room for me. The room that I had recieved a confirmation for 16 days earlier!
They explained that they chose to prioritize guests who will stay longer than one night and therefor took their booking instead! Not even a call or nothing before I was there!

We were graciously over-graded. The room was clean and well appointed. Friendly staff. It adds a price defying any competition for a 4 star next to Bastille, 85euros a night to two by having booked a month in advance directly on their site. What better to ask?

Beautiful little hotel with the decoration Super studied and chosen. It's a real pleasure. Do not let yourself be outside a bit… any. Once you're in, you'll travel:)

Some rooms are quite small but still comfortable. The lights of the bathrooms as small inlaid stars add particularly to the charm of the rooms.

Tiny little rooms, with funky decor and a small price tag for Paris. Great neighborhood for dining out as there are many Cafe options nearby.

I REALLY REALLY SUGGEST this wonderful hotel because of the people who work here especially Fred and Vicky, because of the design and the comfort of its rooms, because of breakfast, because of the location (one of the best for the night life and for restaurants) … really you should book this hotel if you want to visit Paris! Great hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are small but well decorated and have comfortable beds and an amazing rain shower. The staff is super friendly and the restaurants and shopping nearby is some of the best in the city!

Ac is not working. Safe box is not working. Stuff is perfect!

This hotel is absolutely wonderful. It's in a great location near a lot of wonderful bars and restaurants, plus a close walk to the metro. The staff is lovely, welcoming, accommodating and available. The atmosphere and decor is very fun and unique. Staying here made my first visit to Paris marvelous.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful decoration. The room is quite large and the bathroom very nice. The reception at the front desk is perfect. I just regret the pretty aggressive passages of the maid who knocks at the door and immediately returns to the room and who comes back again and again until we leave the room. I think it lacks the possibility to put the indication on the door "do Not disturb… "That would surely be more comfortable for the client but also for the maid. Otherwise apart from that, for me it was very good and I think I will return to the occasion of my next stays in Paris.

This strangely beautiful hotel is located in a 'cool' street with plenty of restaurants and is at walking distance of a subway station.

Great and easy service checking in and out. Our room was small but perfect. Everything was clean and neat when we came back everyday.

Nice comfortable hotel with arty decor. Rooms are very small, but well equipped. (The bathroom in particular was very modern and beautifully decorated. ) The street outside is quite noisy, but there​'s good air conditioning in the rooms, so you can keep the windows shut. Breakfast was excellent.

Un hôtel qui bénéficie d'un décors original et qui a l'avantage d'être situé dans un quartier très vivant et agréable. Chambres au calme. Attention à certaines assez petites. Petit déjeuner correct.

Very accommodating. Great rooms great staff. Shower is in with the room. Fine for couples but a bit weird if you are not so close. 200m from the nearest metro. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant and quiet location with some restaurants in the immediate area. The rooms are very clean and individually decorated. You feel right at ease. Sleeping in the beds there is very pleasant and without noise from outside a dream! On arrival you will be made directly acquainted with dining options and evenings to enjoy! The staff is very friendly and helps where it is only desired. Several days of Paris were therefore fantastic! Thank you very much for this!

This is a very unique hotel — the rooms are slightly smaller than average but are elaborately decorated with unique art and layout in each room. The staff is very friendly, eager to please, and very knowledgeable about local attractions and cuisine. They even provide you with a list of directions to major attractions in the city and a list of "unusual" or otherwise remarkable bars, restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Paris.

Fabulous hotel and competitively priced. Avoid the lowest cost rooms as they lack any ventilation and get very hot overnight. Great staff on reception arranged for a floor standing fan to cool the room down. They speak excellent English and are very polite and go out of their way to ensure you have a great visit to Paris. Definitely returning to this hotel at some point, but will upgrade my room.

Service is impeccably perfect. Very good staff. Very helpful with recommendations and smalltalk. Location is great, just outside the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants and bars very close. Rooms are very small, but so fancy and eccentric. Fancy art and colours. The lighting in the tiles in the bathrooms is spectacular.

Hotel out of the ordinary for well the fantastic price the situation to 6 minutes from the Bastille safe area small room But new this is important as the hotels regularly are old. The staff was very friendly and the service was very nice.

We stayed here for 5 nights in May for our honeymoon.
Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. It is a quirky hotel with fun decoration.
We did not use the bar or breakfast but it looked very nice.
The staff spoke perfect English (I have very little French). A phone is provided loaded with maps that was very useful and could be used for free calls.
It is within easy walking distance of lovely restaurants, a wonderful patisserie and a ten minuet walk from the Bastille.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The exquisite hotel is very well located in the street of Charonne. The district is very lively with plenty of good restaurants and bars. The decoration is very colorful with furniture hunted at the flea market. The staff is very welcoming and there is plenty of choice at breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Paris.
