Great location, close to everything, within walking distance, if not afraid of walking 5-8 km.

A very simple hotel, clean and comfortable, great access to Paris.

Nice location between 11th and 13th arrondissement of Paris but cleanliness which leaves to be desired and obsolete furniture… Deserves a good facelift of the rooms and a change of mattress for a better comfort, and a more assidu household!

This hotel is a 10 — 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The room is a good size but the beds are terribly uncomfortable. They are more like cots. Our room was on the third floor up a spiral staircase. There is a one person elevator but would only work from the second floor. We were able to send our luggage up on it one piece at a time. It was very slow.

The hotel is nothing to it. The room was small and the bathroom even more. To get into the shower you had to climb over the cup. The carpet in the room smelled, so much so that we had to always leave the windows open. All in all I thought it was clean, though. The elevator is single seater (I had never seen a lift so small, not even in the dollhouse). The good thing about this hotel is the location, strategic in a very pretty area. Obviously provided by several Metro lines that allow you to get anywhere. I personally, with a nice walk, got there walking from Dame night. :)

Very neat but rooms here also small and the Wi-Fi does not reach the 5 floor.

Small bathroom, the shower was not good and the bed was also not that good.

Rude staff, room in bad condition, no follow-up reservations on the Internet I did not have the room I had book no possibility of agreement. A hotel that is not worth the trip.

It's in the center, or close to it, not that expensive but it's very seedy.

Good value for money. Friendly staff and room a little small but there is everything that needs.

Heating too light, shower not enough pressure, room without window and no parking. Count 39 euros per day.
And TV is a disaster.
But good bedding and nice room.

Good deal, old hotel missing a general renovation and very little amount of breakfast.

Friendly professionals, but room with annoying ventilation noise, hs heating in December, door closure requires slamming loudly, I think the improvement margins are considerable even if the price is low for Paris.

Near the shepherd subway, very cheap, Carrefour City market across the road. 24 hour reception Service. Clean but really small house. Elevator for one person at a time, for thin people.

Perfect for those who don't have big pretensions, friendly and helpful staff and, minimal breakfast but with all the essentials… Rooms not suitable for particularly formous people… Very narrow bathroom and bedroom. Working elevator at times… If you like, you get to the floor, otherwise you'll go up the stairs… If you're in the fifth or sixth… Wishes!

Very good location and amazing staff! The room was on the first floor and they had elevators that only fit our bags but we made it work. Very close to the metro and great value for money.

We do not expect better for the price and in view of the various comments and opinions on TA including.

Disaster! Room poorly furnished bed hard and uncomfortable.
Mold in the corners. Heating did not go and bath a construction site.
For the price of 120 for two nights actually outrageous.
Never ever sleep there.

Travel a lot and was already in many hotels, but have never experienced such a thing!
Stench, door opens very hard, cigarette stink + chlorine in the rooms, no Wi-Fi, dirty, room temporarily repaired, 1 towel for 2 people.
And very important mold!
We wanted after we saw the room to disappear directly again, that just did not go without the, "manager", this said on the phone only to his staff, either we love the room or not.
The problem was only that it was so very stunk and the blanket in the bathroom molded, that I could not sleep with my mildew allergy there.
Breakfast is a mess, you don't even get water, old buns or croissants, butter and jam.
Better sleep in the car if you can.

Good location but tiny rooms. Elevator too small. My girlfriend could get up I'm heavier No. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Carpet is stained bedspreads. Bed and pillows Scomodissimi. We left the room after only one night.

It was so horrible we left during the first night. The bathroom was dirty and there was mould between some of the bathroom tiles. The bed smell was very unpleasant and the only chair in the room was broken. The desk had holes in it. The elevator was so small it fit only one person and felt really dangerous to use it. The receptionist required us to leave room key while leaving a hotel (even if we were leaving only for a short while). We chose another hotel for our stay even though we paid for it in advance. It was the worst hotel I've sayed at.

. What just happened? My girlfriend and I booked a room here for 3 nights back in February, for our trip on June 19-21. Everything went through fine and we thought we were good to go, but this morning I got an email saying there was a problem with the card. I called the hotel, and they didn't know what was happening, and I called my bank, and they said my card was fine. Either way, the hotel said we had 24 hours to fix the issue before they cancelled our stay; but they cancelled our room not even 13 hours since we were alerted. This was after I tried updating my card info, without prevail, to eventually using my girlfriend's card, which also didn't work. Leads me to think the hotel gave our room to someone else since now the hotel shows that the hotel is sold out for the dates we were travelling. Now we have to search for another hotel last minute for more money, great.

Correct price. The rooms are narrow but clean.

Good for its price. Clean and with english speaking staff. Downside is there's no Wi-Fi inside the rooms. Just in the reception area.

The location and the room Heating not fully functional, the Wi-Fi in the rooms does not take. The lift cannot accommodate more than one person.

Excellent value for money thanks to the Booking offers. One black spot remains: no Wi-Fi.

Hotel with a very good value for money but with spring mattresses that can disturb some people.

Do not stay here. So terrible we left after the first night and found a different hotel for the remainder of our vacation. The pictures and description you see online are completely misleading. The rooms are so nasty and dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, the pillows are old and gross, no ventilation or air conditioning, the Wi-Fi does not work at all, the bathrooms are very tiny (showers are about 1.5 feet by 1.5 feet, not enough room to turn around and very slippery/dangerous surface), and on top of that the customer service is possibly the worst I've ever experienced. The day time manager, Frank, is extremely rude and will not attempt to fix any problems you may encounter. The only positive about this place is the location but the cons far outweigh this one pro. I would imagine any of the reviews that gave this place more than 3 stars are fake. Do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel.

Won't consider coming back.

The hotel is ugly everywhere are black spots on the floor and the top. The toilet makes noises all the time, in the bed are brown spots like on the roof in the bathroom. Never again too much expensive for a hotel like this.

We've stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it's a cheap hotel with an exceptional placement in the city. The rooms are very used and are not luxurious, but they are clean and quiet. The service is okay and the staff speak english and will help you to the best of their knowledge. The breakfast is the traditional french joke, it's just a croissant and a coffee, so don't expect anything like a big continental breakfast. All in all, a nice cheap hotel where you get what you pay for and that is the placement.

I arrived at the hotel, they give me my key, my room was on the 5th floor, guess! not assenseeur! down, I ask how long, told me for some days. I asked why is it not mentioned on the site? They say it's the boss who the not done.
I climb the 5 floors, I immediately try to connect to work on my computer, you need a code for my internet connection, until normal! I dial 9 for the receipt, confirmation that the hotel has no internet connection! The I'm still more effare! I point out everything when I booked through internet it is a criterion that I asked and it is mentioned that your hotel pocde a connection! The answer that you gave me, the same: "it's the Director who don't want to remove this reference". Kindly offered me to go to a bar where a connection is possible if not to work with a non-secure connection.
third episode: so I decided to take a shower, I open the door of the bathroom, already tiny, but believe me I was but out of me! mold on the walls, black tiles to the level of the joints. How long this hotel has not been visited by the health service? someone doing his job? How can I still rent this room?
even worse insulation! the evacuation of water that is in continuous, curtains rooms, old washtable leaking.
I paid for a service that, in my view, is Tan and more which is worth its price.

The only goo dthing about the hotel is his location. For the rest only one word TERRIBLE! If you can take another hotel.

I have spend 5 j in this hotel the room is not very big but clean welcoming good breakfast the less is the elevator really small hotel is very good quality good price places in paris metro is a 5 minute short simple but nice.

With reservation to the hotel de nemours by ebookers, we had an unpleasant surprise! Arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that he cannot receive us and they redirected us to another hotel located to the East station.
Yet we had prepaid 2 nights.
Super convenient with our luggage.! they could have told us before.
The House of the other hotel "North and champagne" was tiny, to reach the shower enjeamber toilet.
Not serious.
