Beautiful very happy of room.

The hotel is a little confusing to find and enter the first time. Reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. Fixtures are present but not perfectly immaculate. No standard tea or coffee in room. Breakfast was good, however the last day the juices were not stocked so I had nothing to drink. The bed was small but very comfortable. Very close to a Metro stop making navigating cheap and easy!

Good location, lots of places to eat around, close to several metro lines. The hotel doesn't have air conditioner but they do provide a fan. This could be problematic in very hot days. It was not in my case, since temperatures were not too high. The breakfast is basic, they don't cook omelettes for you, but there are cereals, boiled eggs, cheeses, cold meats, bread, yogurt, etc. The employees are very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, the toilets can be cleaned better, but it was not bad. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Don't miss creperie Elo, across from the hotel. If you like to bike, there is a very affordable and nice bike rental place, where you can actually get a helmet, called Paris a velo, on 22 rue Alphonse Baudin.

We enjoyed our stay here… the rooms are spacious and very clean and the hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The only downside is that the rooms have no Air conditioning, so they have fans in the room… there are heaters for colder seasons though which is good.

Location is great, rooms are ample and comfortable. The reception personnel is professional and available. We went there during a huge heatwave and the provided fan was completely insufficient, it would have been better if there was air conditioning. Many of the dishes / kitchern ware were not clean enough and we had to reclean it. The fan in the toilet was too inefficient at removing odour.

Very cold home. The hotel managers very haughty and disrespectful not at all welcoming! We are told on arrival that the car park will be paid up to 25 euros a night. The director is held before us as if we had no choice but to accept these conditions. Having personally traveled quite a bit this is the first time that my friend and I have had this kind of experience! I strongly advise against this hotel. There are so many others much nicer warm and above all professional at less expensive in addition.

For those who want a homely hotel. It small feels like an apartment. They do have a breakfast in the morning for 13 euros but you’re better off going across the street to the supermarket. They charged for room cleaning too.

Great. It lacks the bidet and would serve. Adjacent Sporchetta area. That is not the pork to eat.

The Citadines chain is perfect for several days of stay for pleasure or business. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped. Good service, good Wi-Fi, good breakfast which is not always included in the price.
Hotel de Republic is just a few metres from Metro Parmentier Station, about ten blocks from the Republic Square and about 20 from the Marais. In addition the area has everything, business, restaurants, bars and markets.

Best place to stay with your hot model friends.

Good location no air conditioning so very hot a little cramped at the room level breakfast pretty banal helpful staff.

Good location with nice restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartments and clean and pretty basic. Nothing remarkable about besides the fact that they're clean and apartments (not hotel) with a small leaving room and kitchen. The beds were nice.

We really enjoyed the welcome and the responsive staff.

Large apartment for 4, spacious, super baby bed! All the amenities a few meters, welcome smiling and Pleasant, the residence is top!

Nice studio and friendly staff… at first. One night guy had absolutely no interest going the extra mile to setup a room transfer between me and a co-worker, which could be fine by me if he didn't feel the urge to lecture me about how why he would just sit on his hands. To the point I had to mention I had no interest and walked away.

Average hotel in an average location. Unfortunate that apartments do not have a washing machine inside.

Breakfast good, rooms ok, no air-conditioning and neighbourhood can get noisey… Need to have windows open so hard to sleep. Hot water inconsistent.

Pretty basic, odd mini kitchens in the rooms.

The room is very nice. He's got everything. The breakfast is very good and it is very close to the Metro! I loved my time there.

Rooms are comfortable and secure and reasonably sized. Location is ideal; a minute from the Metro and with loads of shops and restaurants close by. Kitchenette is a little small, but well stocked with equipment. Wi-Fi does struggle at peak times.

Friendly welcome and really listening. By contrast, apartment hotel grand word not table. Affordable price but the lack of air conditioning is really the weak point, and also impossible to do air current on the street side too noisy, then you may be able to avoid duvet in the summer to be replaced by bed linen would be more appropriate.

At check in there is a problem, it was not data that I have paid for apartments, English girl on reception did not speak, explained some on my fingers, managed to smooth things over. Apartment 2 rooms and a small kitchen for 2 weeks was great, lots of supermarkets nearby, you can cook what you want or eat in a cafe. The room is clean, was cleaned well. The location is convenient also in relation to the metro.

We had some frustrating troubles with Wi-Fi but really liked our room, a studio with a small kitchenette. Clean, modern, able to cook basic meals for ourselves — plus a bathtub which was fantastic when we overdid the walking and needed to rest our weary feet in the evenings. Very close to metro, felt safe in the neighbourhood and close to convenience stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Pere Lachaise too.

Husband and I rented a studio here for two weeks. It was a great location. We only got cleaning twice while we were here and they didn't refill the toilet paper nor dd they sweep. They failed to mention that their crappy breakfast room costs 13 euro per person, so when we checked out we had a 350 euro breakfast bill when we were led to believe it was free. There is no ac here, just a fa that blows around muggy hot air. The shower was TERRIBLE, water took forever to heat up and there is no shower door or curtain so water gets everywhere. Their free Wi-Fi is so bad my phone would barely run the internet and forget about the laptop. The hotel/apt itself was over all just dirty and smells bad. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever stay here again.

Highly recommend. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Had the one bedroom apartment. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Clean and comfortable. Market, bakery and metro just outside the door. Would definitely use again.

I go to this hotel every year and it is superb I recommend it to all.

Had a stay for 9 nights in the studio apartment. Room was very comfortable and warm staff.

Pretty good for a family housekeeping didn't pass are charged separately to the point where is is very good location.

Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel.
Except that it is well placed, easy access, it is not what I expected of this string.
I stayed there 3 nights, any time the household has been proposed so that means cleaning women in the other rooms.
The kitchen is certainly all equipped, comfortable beds.
The bathroom, takes everything, namely basic toilet material usually included in other institutions.
No air conditioning, room South, ill-conceived window, that window can not close the curtains and the other side is live (can be seen from the bar in the street) …
I could never connect to the Wi — Fi…
Anyway being a regular at the citadines abroad, I expected to have the same quality in paris and I'm really disappointed.
After that's all, just know to organize.
Now you know.
But I would never put the feet.

Good place to stay in Paris.
Clean apartment. Close to the Metro. It is a part of town where the locals live.
Pierre-Henri, on the front desk was very helpful when we were in distress over our encounter with pickpockets and the loss of cards in another part of town. He was a big help.
All staff were good.
Markets, shops, restaurants and bars close by.
