The pictures on the booking sites look fantastic, which is why my husband and decided to stay here for 2 nights, while on our honeymoon in Paris. We could not have been more disappointed when we got our room. We were told it was an upgraded room. I would be afraid to see what a regular room looked like. It had a feel of uncleanliness overall. The bathroom had dirt and dust and hairs. The TV did not work. The rain shower spewed water out of the side at the shower wall and not on you. The floor tile felt grimy. The bed linens had other's hairs and stains, and the bed was hard as a rock. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers with hoodies on our heads. We checked out the next morning and luckily found another hotel. They did offer to change our room at that point, but I question why they would even have rooms like this at all. We did not accept the offer. If you stay here, beware that some rooms are not as shown in the photos. I would not recommend this hotel. This is more like a 2 star with an old motel feel. The location was good. That is the only positive I can say about this place. The elevator was scary too. I walked the stairs.
It's not near all the tourist spots. To some people that may be a negative and to some a positive. It's not a bad location by any means. Right across the street from a farmers market. About 30 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower if you take the metro. Great food minutes away. If you want to see what Paris is REALLY like without all the tourists I would stay here.

I arrived at 6.45pm and was pleasantly surprised by the welcome when at my spacious room large bathtub products available for a nice bath a well-come platter I didn't even need to get off for breakfast I had what it got me and I rested very well.
