Person at the friendly reception, clean room. Hotel well located. The rooms would need finishing, work (taken ripped off, tiled bathroom cracked everywhere) which is a shame, it's neglected! It's great for just sleeping, in a not very expensive and well placed place.

Not very far from the Place de la Repubblique, easily accessible by Metro, this small hotel has an enviable position, considering the central location in the area 1 of Paris. The room I used is small, but the last and essential. The bathroom maybe not the best, but acceptable given the category of the hotel. Friendly staff.

Great value for money for Paris, connected very well and in central area. The hotel is a 2 star so modest but clean.

In a Word as in a hundred… ashamed, seldom I got sent over the Roses (just to stay correct).

Well with the Metro at 100 meters and places to eat next door like Macdonals Otacos Kebap and several bars with takeaways.

A charming family hotel, very well kept, very attentive staff, with discretion also, nicely decorated rooms, very clean, same bathroom, next to the Metro to easy everywhere, a good address in Paris!

Cheap, clean. It doesn't go Wi-Fi. I beat the arch Sopraciliare on a shelf installs in a position by criminals. Room other than shown. Unpleasant staff.

Perfect service, good welcome, hotel well placed.
Well-equipped room, comfortable bedding, on the other hand smells of sewers in the bathroom and mold smudges on the ceiling of it.

Very clean and hot hotel! All employees was friendly and helpful! The hotel was near metro so this was another benefit! I definitely lived again!

Good quality-price, great service in the reception of the hotel, the only drawback I see is the housekeeping. Hotel and clean rooms but one day they forgot to change sheets, towels and plastic glasses for the toilet.

Nice little balcony. Otherwise the person at the reception would need to know how to adapt to the customers request and to be a little more amiable.
We had a bathtub without the closure cap. I called Lai: her answer and the spirit she had to find a solution would be too long to explain. But no reaction and no cork as well as lack of hot water has 2 hrs of mat.

The best thing about the hotel is its excellent location near the Metro. Definitely a cheap and clean hotel well connected for sightseeing.

Good location near Metro station and OSTANOAKP bus. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. The staff is friendly and there is one speaking girl the hotel is small. Rooms no more than 6 to 7 meters. The two of us are cramped and one is fine. Breakfast is regular French-coffee, croissant, cupcake, juice. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Tv. So well.

I stayed, to arrive in a very bad way I said that the Chek in was to the 14HS, were missing 7 hours, wait, at all times the lady who attends the reception spoke in French saying I did not know another language, the last day I realize I spoke the Spanish PE Rfectamente, very bad treatment on the part of the lady at the reception, I do not recommend it, it seems that if you're not French, you're no one.

Discreet… daily housekeeping… breakfast not included in the price of the pernotramento that costs €15 per person additional.

Good location, staff friendly, some things out of shot in the photos are not as high quality as those in shot, the cheeky scamps.

This is possibly the worst hotel I've encountered in my life. The rooms literally stank! And they were in an extremely dilapidated condition. My wife has medical breathing issues. We couldn't bear it and had to leave, forfeiting our money. The person at the counter couldn't care less. Do not be tempted to try this place out even for the bargain price. It is absolutely not worth even zero dollars or Euros. Completely hopeless.

2 star hotel, unpretentious, but to sleep… The rooms are clean and the bedding comfortable. Located just 100m from the subway my room had a breathtaking view of the Boulevard.

Terrible experience. Noisy and stuffy. We had to book another hotel and loose our 2nd night. When we told the attendand, she couldn't care less about the reasons we were leaving. I guess she's just used to unhappy guests.

Great prices, located in an area easy to reach and well active at night. Friendly and helpful staff, I recommend it if you don't want to spend much.

Welcoming Staff, a big plus is that there is always someone in the reception 24/24.

Hotel is very well located the site and tourist monument, the welcome was very friendly.

I had never seen such amateurism at a professional, the pure scam is simple, the speech of the employee is well established, if we try to find out why the photos do not reflect the real state of the rooms. Mold on the ceiling, a toilet broken, a pare broken shower, shower joints surrounded by mold, a shower head for because the shower support is broken. Let's not forget the sound and heat insulation, I pass the State from the rest of the room as well as common.

This hotel is close to some sort of hostel rather than hotel. List of advantages & disadvantages: + Close to multiple metro stations: Parmentier (line. ), obeurkamp (line. ). + Close to many super markets & restaurants where you buy low cost food & groceries. + view from room was good. + very friendly staff. + comfortable beds & pillows. + Nearby bicycle rental stations. — All rooms are very small. Room area is about 16 sq meters. — very expensive compared to service provided — No mini bar in the room. — No closet in the room but a place to hang up your clothes. — No late check out option. — No dedicated parking place. If you arrive by car then you have to look up a place to park your car.

No one. Never again! Report quality / price lamentable. Broken promises. Obsolescence, questionable hygiene.

The hotel is ideally placed for visiting Paris. Very close to the pie, not far from Oberkampf station, it is a perfect starting point! The hotel staff is could not be more helpful and charming. The only downside would be a certain lack of cleaning of the room: Rod broken, broken shower, hairdryer down, no lamp. At night, we sleep, especially since the street is very quiet, so this isn't that spoils the stay.

I never give an opinion to hotels I visit, but this time it is really necessary: Horrible place. Never again. If all 2 star hotels are like this in Paris, it is really worth going for a 3 star (even if you have to pay a little more). The shower was about to break into little pieces. You could see cigarrette burns everywhere. It's not that you could hear people in other rooms. You could maintain a conversation with no voice volume whatsoever. In my first hour in the "room" I killed a few bugs, and at night had an itchy feeling whilst sleeping. Ugly rooms, dark corridors, etc. Honestly, don't go for this.

Smells d drains in the bathroom, room not comfortable, the home is warm but don't chase not the poor quality of service delivery.

Ask them to fix your shower and they'll say "Sure we'll do it right away". Three days later they'll still be saying the same thing.
