Room and bathroom quite small. But it didn't bother me. Breakfast was sufficient. Location very good. If you are well on foot, you don't need a metro for the main attractions. You can run it all.

The rooms and bathrooms were very small we had to request to switch and it was still small… had to finally swap with my family… the people at the front weren't always happy to help… the first day I arrived the man in front was not accommodating at all and while speaking to the person relieving him he said in French these ppl ask a lot of questions not knowing we know french… however the next 3 days the ppl were pleasant they seemed like the helping kind… another thing to know is that you cannot go out after 2 pm or 3 pm they lock the doors even if you wanna go out for a smoke it's no dice.

Brilliant budget hotel with lift. Good service, very clean.

I think it's a nice little hotel. Our (bath) room was small but clean.
Breakfast is typically French. For each two pieces of baguette (1 wheat, 1 I say added value now) ; 1glass of O juice (not fresh) ; 2 jams; 1 honey; 1 Nutella; 1 cheese. Choice of coffee, tea or cocoa. I hope I haven't forgotten anything. If you absolutely need a sausage cut, you can easily roll back from home in one of the countless supermarkets worth buying directly from home. There was no refrigerator in our room.
In the breakfast room there are 2 round tables for up to 6 people and I think there were 6 tables for 4 people each.
We did not use the existing bar.
Since we only had our room on the 2nd floor, we preferred to use a couple the stairs rather than the slow elevator.
The staff were friendly throughout. German was also spoken at the reception.
There are two metro stations and Gare du Nord (North Station), which can be reached in just a few minutes.
Since we spent the four days from morning to evening on the streets of Paris and were actually just sleeping in the hotel room, the room was enough for us. We didn't need any more than that.
Highly recommended for a short holiday.

The hotel has a passable location about a 15-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof train station. The rooms are tiny but clean. My bathroom had little more than a square metre. The walls are extremely clairvoyant, any entertainment as well as the televisions in the area can be heard. The house is located on a busy road. My room was unbearably hot in the evening. An AC is missing. The window could not be opened because of street noise.

1 night spent to attend a show at La Cigale. Very well placed hotel halfway between the Cicada and the North station. Clean room. A little bit old but it's OK for a quick stay. Quiet (room overlooking the back). Professional welcome. Attractive price to Booker directly on their website (see also promo on site).

According to the photos, we had a water flow problem that was set as soon as we reported big advantage, the hotel has a partnership with a garage 3 min walk, €20 the 48h parking we did not test the breakfast small inconvenience, no hair dryer in each room, you have to go to the reception to have a friendly welcome.

We spent about Easter 4 days at this hotel. The staff is really very nice.
Breakfast is not comparable to German breakfast, but plentiful. Baguettes and croissants that were really delicious. However, only packaged jams/butter/cream cheese was available as a base. Sausage eaters are not at your expense.
The rooms are quite small and the bathroom is tiny. Since the shower enclosure is too short, the bath is put under water in all cases.
For a city break the hotel is perfect. You can, if you are walking, explore everything by foot, and of course discover some things that you will not see when you drive by Metro.
The train station is also easily reached on foot (6-8 minutes).
The rooms on the street are very noisy as they are heavily used.
The beds are classy, no through mattresses.
Price/performance in any case good!
For a short stay the hotel is recommended.

REPORT QUALITY PRICE IMBATTABLES! Service super friendly cleanliness blameless only flat no shower door in the bathroom so a little water on the floor. Cheap 2-star hotel that deserves it. A little age the paper bread peels off in places peeling off the full in places not bother at all since everything is very clean! hot water takes a long time to get to the sixth and top floor 2minute… Breakfast (7.30am-10am) served at table with a very nice service, fresh baguettes croissant cheese cheese spread with orange juice coffee all very basic but very sufficient to attack a long day opportunity to take a small lunch near the train station if you really like.
Se do not have a luxury hotel but perfect for a short stay in love in Paris… Staff listening I asked for a room on the top floor and I found it very quiet when you hear the noise of the street very bright (it's in Paris) I was surprised by the calm of the top floor on the inner courtyard side. Hair dryer available at the reception. Very comfortable bedding changed every day towels also.

Hotel quiet and good service, small negative point is that the room was made while the sign "Do Not Disturb" was hanging at the door. Aside from that, nothing to say, everything was fine.

First night past. Very friendly and clean Summary but well enough. Small toiletries, enough to make his shoes shine, everything is there.
Very easy to reach from the North station.
In short "It has everything of a great".

Good for a short stay, very close to G-du-nord, kind staf, reasonable breakfast, maybe a bit too sweet. room was small, but ok, although the room was at the street side, with windows closed we had no problem sleeping, no noise.

Our room was clean, small but nice, and we don’t need much space. Check in / out was easy. Everything was good!

Cheap hotel, Breakfast unfortunately not good (every day the same small selection, no buffet and for example underground quality of cheese).
Rooms and the hotel itself are frumpy and tiny, yet exude a certain charm.
The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the metro, restaurants, supermarket and North train station in the immediate vicinity.

Very basic hotel, worth it's 2 stars rating. The hotel is placed near the North Station, that is very convenient to get to. The staff is very friendly. The room was quite convenient though tiny. Air conditioning, refrigerator, and kettle are not present in the room. The breakfast is typical for Paris, I guess — baguette, croissant, butter, cheese, jam, tea/coffee/chocolate.

Cheap Hotel Vintage. The rooms have carpeted ground a little worn by the weather but clean. The bathrooms are newer and are always clean and provided (soaps, shoe polishes, etc. ) a slight odor of naphtha in the corridor of the fifth floor, perhaps due to the heating system.
The simple breakfast (tea, coffee, milk or juice. Baguettes, croissants and bread. Nutella, jams, honey and butter) kind in the service, especially for breakfast.

2 Star hotel — nice clean friendly hotel, the rooms could do with a bit of a refresher. But it is indeed a good 2 star hotel. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is a bit too much bread for me, but there is plenty of it — you wont be hungry! Desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location!

Small, as you'd expect in Paris but ample room to maneuver, especially for just one person. The space saving shower in the cubicle with the sink didn't seem ideally designed but otherwise a very clean room, comfortable bed, utilitarian desk and closet and surprisingly nice towels—at far and away the best value of the three hotels I used on this trip. Reliable Wi-Fi is one of my most important criteria and their zone Wi-Fi system was excellent. As with many older hotels noise insulation between rooms leaves a little to be desired.

Everything here is just about enough. The room is tiny yet enough for two. So is the bathroom, just enough space for one person. The shower is tiny however making it quite difficult for an average sized person to bathe in.

All very well as usual.

Close to the Gare du Nord. Not the safest area. Fine for overnight stay but you will find other better options for this price. Super tiny elevator.

Well, we paid 274 (tax included) for a private double room for four nights, which is good in Paris. Location is perfect… Close to M7 M2 M4, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Very central although the area is not fully recommended at night. It is a 2-star hotel so you have to see things in this light. The service is good but essential. Cleanness must be pointed out. Sheets and towels were changed daily and also the room was cleaned daily. This property has a lift which is good (not everybody has got a lift in Paris) but it's very small and slow. 2 of us with a stroller we had to take 2 journeys every time. If you travel without stroller, I suggest to avoid taking upper floor rooms in a way that you can just climb the stairs. In its whole is a good, cheap property especially for long weekends. Ther is no conditioned air and it was very hot so we kept the window open with the consequence that the traffic noise was quite loud. Breakfast is sold for 8 euro and we didn't try it.

Polite staff, good breakfast, confortable and cleaned bedroom, close to the station. The bedroom is soooo hot after a sunny day. There is no air conditioner or fan.

Our expectations are completely met :-) We had a very nice stay.
