But! Lingerie was changed every day.

Nice & clean place center in city… every thing very close Stations, Hotels etc…

Very close to the Gare du Nord. Location is Good. Not a upscale place. But not much value for money either. All in all very decent place. May stay again.

Good location close to the North Station.
The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and the room was very comfortable.
Limited breakfast.
I will not come back to that.

The Hotel is really close to Gare Du Nord (Eurostar, Metro, RER, National Rail) Gare de l'est is less than 10 minute on foot. You can easily go to Montmartre and the Sacre Cour on foot, as it is about 20 minutes away. The price is actually much cheaper than other hotels in the area, considering how expensive is Paris this hotel offers a very good alternative. The room was a bit dated and it needed a lot of maintenance works, specially on the walls, but I must say the cleanliness was excellent, specially on the bathroom. The staff was just superb, the receptionist kept our bags as our train was late in the evening, they speak several languages (English and Spanish) and he was always willing to help. The only downside was, there was only one power socket, we were in a triple room and we had a lot of devices. Luckily, the staff was really friendly and the borrowed us a power extension lead for the night.

Great location as only 5 min walk from Gare du Nord and comfortable beds for a good night sleep. However deco needs updating and Wifi was pretty much non-existent on the 6th floor!

I would never put my feet there. Passing on Paris a friend wishing to see me is made to put out with violence and he was forbidden to go upstairs to pick me up in the room. He was killed and thrown out vulgar. I complain against the person who was at the reception Thursday late afternoon.

Central location 2 minutes from the Metro; The property is very simple but clean, very pretty well managed with great prices. In short, highly recommended!

I have travelled in Africa a lot. My first trip into Europe included a 2 night stay in Paris in Feb 2018 during the worst snow storm in 31 years. The hotel was basic and value for money. I was fortunate to have a room on the 6th floor which was fairly comfortable. The main thing I look for in a hotel is the level of cleanliness. Based on previous experience this was basic and clean which suited the short stay. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. If it wasn't for the reliable heater in the room it wouldn't have been as cosy. Would stay again on a short stay.

Cheap hotel, beautiful transport interchange.

The room was very clean and the staff were very nice. The only criticism is, that throughout the room there was only one enchufeee. I've never seen him in another hotel before. For everything else, it was right.

We spent a single night… thankfully… the hotel nn mirrored the photos of Intenet… and also the room… that looked like a cubicle… barely had the bed… no closet and no electrical sockets… We had breakfast but we preferred to eat out.

A 3 star hotel and it doesn't look like it. Good service from two receptionist, except for one who asked for towels because they had not left us in the room and after explaining a thousand times that we had no towels, he was angry at them and gave me in a bad way and suspicious. Good stay for one night.

Very basic. Awkwardly shaped room that was far too hot. The room smelled of smoke but was otherwise clean.

The hotel is perfect for those who love to enjoy the city and not stay locked up. Why? It is a simple hotel, cheap for the high prices of Paris, surrounded by Brasseries where to eat breakfast at a good price and be able to go out immediately to the nearby Gare de Nord which will make it very easy to get to all the tourist destinations, with no more than a transfer perhaps. The hotel is not fancy, does not even have air conditioning, but at least in the winter there is no problem. Yes, it is something old and maybe if you expect all the glamorous parisian look a little disappointed, but hey, that glamour is not how, in the movies and in any case it is outside where you are going to find. The cleaning is good, and the receptionists friendly, the only problem is that you only have a contact by the room and are also old. Yes, one more recommendation, if you can choose, choose upper rooms as the lower ones are asediadadas by the chaotic noise of the busy street leading to the hotel.

For such money a good hotel, almost in the center, not far from the subway, at the reception a little speak Russian. There's a bar. The rooms are small, the toilets are normal.

For that money is not exactly a bad hotel. But if you need quiet and spacious rooms then it will not suit you.

Strategic place to stay near Gare du Nord Station. Classy n very clran room. Like it.

This was the worst hotel experience ever and I literally have been to thousands. I stayed on Christmas and was humiliated when the man at reception rudely and obnoxiously started yelling and barking orders that we could not go up because he was not staying here. I explained he was just a friend visiting for Christmas and not staying the night but he kept being rude and very unpleasant and my friend just wanted to leave which I could not blame him. I was giving rules as a guest which seemed as though I was staying at a jail instead of a hotel. Eventually I come to find out he could come up as my reservation was for two people anyways. I was really embarrassed, angry, and upset. To add to it the hotel was horrible in other ways also. First off calling this a three star hotel is just absurd. Other then the bad staff I could feel the springs on the bed. The walls and ceiling is very thin and it is very loud and noisy even late at night. The shower was terrible. The room is not very nice at all. The sink was clogged and the water would over flowing in it. Also it was weird how you have to leave the key when you go outside. This I have also never heard of before. They had their chance to offer compensation when I checked out and none was offered. Worse experience and on Christmas of all days. Avoid this place and pay a little more for a different place if you have to. You will regret it.

Heating a little loud and noisy on the street but very good soundproofing the windows closed very clean.

Good hotel, the bad thing is that you do not have outlets near the bed, and you ask for an extension.

Staff were excellent. Locatuon really handy to transport and food. Room meets expectations only thing I would say is shower could do with a part screen or curtain to help keep water in the tub.

An old hotel, but perfect for a city break. Central and with the public transport very easy to reach. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is right in the center there is mobility and the metro is half a block away, is very clean, quiet and friendly staff members to come back to stay in this hotel.

It's a nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and ready to give information when needed. Their breakfast is excellent. I will recommend it to my friends cos I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and in Paris.

Great location clean hotel… Unpretentious breakfast out here give it 9 euros… But the rest are acceptable…

Our experience was not very good. The room was not clean, the receptionist attention was horrible and they charge the breakfast for 36 euros each, and they didn’t tell us that in any part of the reservation e-mails.

Big scam for booking conditions > Booking one night for Monday night, we call Saturday morning to cancel following a death in the Family. All of us have been billed! No commercial Gesture. Nothing. A welcome worthy of a machine that recites its little Lesson. Go your way.

Got room on ground floor which turned out to be a wheelchair friendly room, a bit noisy as the bar was next to it and the constant sound of running water from the bathrooms above not very good.

Good location, good service and very comfortable. The bathroom door in our room did not close, it is a minimum detail, but that costs them nothing to fix. Very clean and well maintained. Has an elevator very small and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi is very bad! I highlight the good predisposition of the receptionist that was in the afternoon, that while he did not speak neither Spanish nor English, tried to help us with some questions we had about places we wanted to visit.

Outdated and poorly maintained hotel, tiny rooms with furniture that was falling apart, bathtub without a curtain, only one power socket to be found in the whole room, still surprisingly clean, beds were ok. Staff helpful especially with the luggage deposal. Gare du Nord is just a few steps up the street which is useful if you have an early train to catch. Otherwise area rather to avoid.

First of all, mostly the 2/5 rating from me comes from the friendliness of reception staff. Facilities wise the hotel is not one I'd recommend. Very dated, old hotel with the bed being the only okay part of it (facility wise) which is further confirmed by the room only having one plug spot despite being a room for three. Out. Dated. 2-3min to Gare Du Nord doe.

We came here in late August of 2017 and the room was shabby but fine it was only a 3 star rated hotel. What irked us was the lack of shower curtain in the bathroom and no fan/aC. It was so hot that sleeping in the room was an issue and opening the window was too noisy. The outlet plugs were lose and they don't change your sheets everyday. Would recommend booking elsewhere.

Good location compared to the stations of the north of Paris but it lacks a refreshment and a local standards compared to the competition.

Not recommended. Room smells like moisture was mold in bathroom only 1 contact in bathroom none. A lot of noise from hotel guests. No cheese at breakfast and sour fruit juice. Building was old and unconcerned.

Located right across a bus stop, how much more convenient can it be right? A few convenient store is also located nearby and walking distance to the train station. I would say the location is 5 star. Room is clean. The lift is the smallest one I've ever seen. Fits a person with luggage only. Would be great if it had more power sockets and tea making amenities.

I had a very good stay at this hotel; Very clean, very quiet, very attentive and wonderful staff I really felt at home. I was fortunate to have a room with bacon, a view of Maubeuge Street. The bus bus line that leads to the busiest direction by the tourists passes right outside the hotel. Great thanks to the staff.

Great hotel, a very good price, breakfast was very good, the rooms lovely and warm and clean, efficient free Wi-Fi. Good shower, and very friendly and helpful staff. I have also put a good review on TripAdvisor… Will be back in Paris in October, and would be very happy to stay there again. :-)

You're getting every bang for you buck here. As a hotel on the cheaper side it was very comfortable and affordable. My husband and I were there on our honeymoon. Though the rooms do not have AC and it can get very hot midsummer our room was always shaded by surrounding buildings! It made it way cooler then it would have been with out it. Great location. Not too far off the main tourist traveling road way leading all over. Maids, desk attendants and managers were all very friendly and willing to answer your questions no matter how little French you spoke! I would stay here again if I ever got the chance to visit Paris again!

Close to gare du nord and metro stations, clean, but a bit old, it may need a refurbishment.

This is actually in a great location since it's pretty close to the Gare du Nord. Most anywhere you stay in Paris, it's going to be a tad bit noisy. I discovered that big rooms actually do exist in Paris. Our room is pretty big in terms of room size in Paris. We have our own bathroom with a shower, but the shower does not have any shower curtains or transparent sliding doors. The room is heated by radiator heating, so you can warm your towels or clothes during the colder months — we're staying here in November. The staff is nice, but be forewarned that there are no "do not disturb" signs located inside the rooms to put on the doorknob. As for electronics, there is only one socket in the room — two if you count the socket in the bathroom. I have an adapter with USB and a regular electric plug. I also have an adapter with two USB plugs. Hopefully you remember to bring an extra battery for your phone, especially if you're going to be taking pictures with it. As for Wi-Fi, which the French pronounce wee-fee, you will receive a username and password for each person, meaning if you also have a laptop or a tablet, you may want to ask for an extra username and password as these only accomodate one user access per device. If you want to do the whole Paris experience by having breakfast, typically croissant, bread, café, and orange juice, you can. But if you want to budget your money, you can also walk over to the McDonald's which is nearby.

With the BB fees paid the cleanness and service were really impressive. Bedsheets changed and bathroom cleaned daily. The staff at the reception were very friendly and speak good English. I was really happy to stay there and will certainly revisit the hotel when I am in Paris next. Highly recommend for budget stays.

Stay from 6 to 10 oct. Very friendly, comfortable bedding, room run down but clean, good location. If I come back to Paris, I know or go even though the room was on the street no worries to sleep with the window open to visit Paris fatigue. Good Wi — Fi connection, if you arrive before the scheduled time, they keep your suitcases. Ample buffet breakfast and very good coffee. Very decent rate for Paris reserved by agency Thomas Cook. I recommend.

I stayed here for one night earlier this month and came back to London with bed bug bites all over my face and body. If you are looking to stay somewhere with a filthy ambience, dirty bedsheets and a high chance of getting bitten by bed bugs, then here is the place to stay.

Is a normal, pretty and very comfortable, with a very nice staff. A happy return to all those who do not claim perfection.

Small room (but if you are out all day does not matter), very old furniture and with obvious signs of wear. Working Wi-Fi but for one device.
Pros: friendly staff, close to major subways (gare du nord), convenient for reaching the main airports (CdG, Orly).
Cons: dirty carpet, dirty walls, dirty blankets and sheets, dirty curtains. Absence of a thermostat to regulate the temperature of the room.

Great place. 90€ double room per night.

Scrupulously clean rooms and bathrooms, beds comfortable, staff friendly and helpful (in English), breakfast very good. Enjoyed the whole experience.
