Rooms could have been bigger. I know that it's Paris but for three person room, very little room to move after keeping luggage. Location is the biggest advantage in this hotel. Many metro stations, eating options, drinks place, fast foods, park, nice environment even after midnight. Overall the location and the environment is very good. Nice option to stay in Paris if you are not going to spend much time in the room.

Dirty. Very dirty. And very unreliable — they enter your room as they want. Not recommended.

The hotel is pretty standard for Paris, small but clean rooms, and they provide a breakfast service for €10. However upon our arrival the hotel charged us the full amount of the stay in our card without asking, (the hotel was booked through Expedia so they had the details online) although we had booked to pay at the hotel in euros and called ahead of time to double check. The guy we talked to in the reception was extremely rude and unhelpful about the situation. Would not go there again because of the overall experience.

Good room, but the bathroom is in need of repair, especially the shower attachment. Reception desk quite helpful and eager to help.

First of all, the positive thing. The price was ok, the rooms acceptably clean, the bed quite comfortable and the hotel well located. We like to walk a lot and were able to reach everything well. Albeit associated with one or the other longer march.
Now to the negative. Those who are worth putting on a nice room or on undisturbed night's sleep should perhaps look for another hotel. The rooms are really very (! ) small. The bed fits in and you can still walk around it, but that's it. The tiled walls and the leather ganiture can certainly be argued in taste, but visually you already know something about what to expect beforehand.
What really bothered, however, the hotel is insane HELLHÖRIG!
You hear every conversation and furniture backs anyway!

The comforts of the hotel were good. Very good breakfast But we had a room on the ground floor (the number 1) from which you could hear the lift engine as well as all the noises from the reception, which made it a bit difficult to break.

Although the room is friendly, modern with a spacious shower and a large comfortable bed the lack of a window is a real problem to feel good about in this room. No natural light so and no way to aerate the enclosed space. The hotel is also very noisy in addition to the customers who are not always very discreet, we hear continually noises of water flowing or machinery. Finally, the staff is not really worthy of a 3 star hotel the reception is sullen and the services leave really to be desired. So I will go back.

Friendly and efficient staff, speak Spanish. Good connection to public transport. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and supermarket in the area. Comfortable bed and very large bathroom right, with good water pressure, good heating and clean room. There is No closet, so to minimize the maximum luggage. Repetiriamos again in the Aida Marais. Quality/price ratio good, considering the price of Paris.

Nice breakfast, less options but tasteful and healthy. Rooms are very small but nice and clean. Staff from may it be reception or cleaning or breakfast or tech guy… all very very friendly and helpful. Eateries and market and metro station n very nearby location. Great place to stay in paris!

Great localization. When I arrived they gave me dirty room, smelling cigarettes, full of dusty on the floor. I think it depends on the mood of the cleaner, sometimes good, other times poor.

A good hotel to stay with a decent budget. Staff is friendly and helpful. 2min from the main street.

It was easy to find the hotel and the receptionist was very helpful even though it was his first day and couldn't speak or understand English very well. The room was extremely small with not a lot of room. The bathroom was badly designed because when you take a shower the water runs over the whole floor. The internet was disconnecting most of the time and was extremely slow when connected. The laundry service is so expensive that it's literally almost cheaper just to buy new clothes instead of washing them. Yes it's a 'budget' hotel for Paris but I stayed in many hostels for half the price which are way better and I would recommend to anyone!

Hotel was under Renovation when we were there in 2008. Breakfast in the Basement. No Parking. Arrival by Train recommended. For a 3-Star House still acceptable.

We Have been last December bridge… The rooms are good but the space is very small, the bathroom is also small but very clean. Breakfast is not very assortment but enough. The staff is very friendly, attentive and polite. Well located for the metro of the Republic Square. Almost opposite there is a winery of some Spaniards and eats well and not very expensive for Paris prices.

We Just spent five days and everything seemed great. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good Cleaning. Located in a good central location. The Buffet well. Highly recommended.

Quiet and affordable, quick access to the Metro and all Paris!

Best Price/Quality budget hotel in Paris (Trust me, I've searched! ) Modern, all the facilities you need and 5 subway lines 200m from your doorstep.

Cute and cozy, very clean and the staff is very friendly. Only wish there was a bit more space in my room. Very difficult to move when you have two adults and three suitcases.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms were very clean.

The location is great and the price was competitive. The room was clean, quiet and air-conditioned. The staff was helpful. We would stay here again. On the down side, while we expected a small room, the bed took up all but a foot on each side, and there was a metal clothes rack sticking out that we kept bumping our heads on. We could have done with a slightly smaller bed. The Wi-Fi was barely functional in our room. We had to go to the lobby to get it. One thing to note. Even though the breakfast hours are printed on the small receipt looking piece of paper they give you when you check in, along with the room number and the Wi-Fi password, it is not free. They did not say it was, but they did not say that it was not, or how much it cost. The breakfast was good enough but you can do better at one of the many cafes or patisseries nearby.

Manager was extremely unprofessional & treated us and her staff terrible. Booked us into Quad rooms when we requested 2 rooms for 3. Thus, they made us pay for 4 nights for a double room we did not use. Then they rented the room to other travelers to boot. They made double the fare for this room. When we tried to address, they called Expedia and told Expedia it was all settled when it was not. Rita, the manager, was extremely condescending, refused to listen to a word we said, then lied to Expedia. We tried dealing with other staff, but it was very evident they are all in fear of her. Francois and Alfredo were VERY pleasant and tried to be as accommodating as possible. We appreciate their service, but advise against this hotel due to the manner in which the staff and customers are treated.

Loved this hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights and would definitely stay here again. We had a quad style room. At first I wasn't sure how it would work but it was great. We had our space and our teenaged daughter had her own but it was connected in the hall. The breakfast was a very nice way to start our day. The staff was wonderful and very kind and even helped get us a taxi to get to the airport.

Impressed by cleanliness of room. Loved the large bed and style of room. Location was great and staff wer very friendly.

Close to a metro station, nice for a night.

We stay during March 2017 (eastern break). The hotel in well located and near subway. The bathroom and room are really small (no room for anyting else but a big bed) and the bathroom is similar. Only had a shower. According to my wife the bathroom was the worst thing. Very clean and the reception people were friendly. The TV did not have any international channel. We did not have breakfast included but around the corner there is a bar with a cofee and a croisan for 4€ which is a bargain for Paris.

Central and good location in paris, friendly stuff, room is small, especially the bathroom (like most things in paris) but clean. Rooms do have windows but they cannot be opened, only air condition. Breakfast is served in the basement, typical French with croissant, café, fruits etc. Good and fresh. No refreshments were available in the mini bar and there were no drinks in the hotel. I would give in total a 2, 5 star.

I was here in late July, online photos are very nice, but the reality is something very different. Book two rooms three weeks before and got two rooms on each end of the Hall, the rooms are small and ugly and smells a little, bathroom is a shame, very small and outdated, and the toilet almost touching the shower, the shower as if it were a hole in the ground. Room noises are heard of to the side, breakfast was included, but there's not much to choose from, coffee, fresh juice, boiled eggs, cereals and yogurt and little more. This hotel is very expensive for what is offered, if they embraced me a free month would not go. Very close to the square of the Republic but there are many blacks in this area, as if you were in an African country. I do not recommend to anyone.

V good location, pleasant and helpful staff, room compact but pleasant but bathroom far too small.

I called this hotel from the United States as I needed a special request, the man who answered the phone first hung up on me twice when I asked if he spoke English. I later tried a third time and he sounded very annoyed to be spoken to in English, emphasizing how he was French! Looked lovely, however with the first impression I received from the front desk towards the way they treat foreigners I would gladly choose another, more tolerant hotel.

Peruvian receptionist helpful was excellent staff, particularly Alfredo. Bathtubs are great if you like to swim and if you need ice get it at reception free.

Lovely hotel with helpful, friendly staff who speak English. Smart entrance lounge and courtyard area which is very pleasant for relaxing. The room was a bit small but clean and pleasant. Access to a couple of rooms was up a narrow winding staircase which may not be user friendly for some visitors. Next door to the hotel is a Patisserie which makes fantastic pastries not to be missed! Great location, with shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the Metro for travel to attractions. And within walking distance of Gard du Nord railway station. I would return to this hotel, and recommend to other visitors.

Ask for top floor (level 6) and you'll get 'sky view' room.

The smile at the reception is very reassuring. Before the hour, the luggage is safe and everything is set up to access the room as soon as possible.
The rooms are clean.
The breakfast room is very clean with a dynamic and dedicated staff.
Please keep this way, better evolve in a good sense.

When I was on a vacation in London and Paris, I stayed in two hotels. This was the nicest of the two. It actually had something for breakfast besides bread. But then again, this wasn't exactly a resort either. But, it was an okay hotel.
