Quick check-in, welcome hostess available, smiling and pleasant, spacious room. Located 5 minutes from the centre. Adequate gym, small downside: the TV is a little small.

Good for an overnight stay. Rather 3 than 4 stars. Breakfast could be a bit more choice. Dinner was good.

I found the room not up to my expectations a summary cleaning restaurant without much choice an overpriced parking only positive point a very smiling helpful and welcoming staff.

An establishment that is suitable for the reception of participants in Clermont Ferrand rooms and meals very correct however the price seems a little high even if the situation in the city centre militates in favor of its selection.

Superb hotel located 800m from the center. Nice room good quality bedding impeccable. Gargantuan breakfast.

Too expensive for the benefits. Room to can loan correct. … floor carpet not really clean. Bathroom not practical at all as bathtub. Water from everywhere. The glass is not enough. The mirror of the dusty bathroom. Sleeping mattress of 160 but 2 box springs of 80. The staff are very welcoming. The Bistro is too expensive! Damage. I have to go back to Clermont-Ferrand for work every month. I will not come back because the worst of all services. It's the parking lot at 15. €50 per night. And 14. €80 for LR breakfast. Not at all justified.

Room very well. Silent a very good comfortable bed. A hearty breakfast with good fresh produce. Too bad the sauna was down.

Negative: The rooms seem another time. TV on a desk. Tiled bathtubs also antiquated. Pretty vertical mirror posed… before the throne. We're taking advantage of the conversations in the next room.

Well placed because very close to the Hyper City center. Very nice staff. Has parking under the hotel, a restaurant and a room service rather convenient if you do not want to move! Only small downside… The rooms deserve a little rejuvenation.

Extremely disappointing, vetustes rooms without air conditioning as Indicated. Breakfast at 16 euros…

Small rooms, deco vieillo and very poorly soundproofed, sauna down, a dinner completely different from the one advertised by Groupon and inedible brief to avoid. Only positive point is the welcome of the staff.

Average hotel with small rooms… location is convenient and accessible.

Good 4 star hotel at a reasonable rate, located 10 minutes from the place of Jaude. Breakfast limited.

As far as all good air conditioning didn't unfortunately, welding driving.

A hotel with the new corridors are redone, a fitness, a sauna, a space be and made available to bike especially when the tram does not have bra team.

It's amazing that for a hotel of this sign of "prestige", the internet connection (although free) is abominably slow. It is also surprising that the Toilets are not equipped of the famous small brush that is essential in any WC self-respecting history that the user leaves no trace behind him. Of the hotels which offer an internet connection free, unlimited, and very satisfying, less expensive, and just as comfortable rooms with a more than adequate breakfast, and properly fitted to their toilets, it does exist! And even in the city center.

The smile and the availability of the team, 7: 00 or 22: 00, is a very pleasant aspect before or after a big day at work.
The restaurant is nice, if we except the blocks separating the spaces of the two people tables. The menu is quite varied and for the more grumpy, there's the buffet.
The room is functional and once the door is closed, it is quiet. Small flats:
-curtains letting a little too light for my taste (but the pilot light of a television seems to me sufficient to guide me in a room)
-It's too hot in the room (even with the air conditioning at bottom), therefore the duvet (there is that fitted a sheet) becomes a real sauna! (but then again, for me, 25 ° is already the heat wave)
Among the most free Wifi access to which it connects in less than a minute.
Finally, the environment of the hotel is quiet and 15 minutes walk from the centre.
