Too noisy. Forced to pay separately for parking. Elevator too small.

The staff are very friendly and do everything to make the guest feel comfortable on the other hand the hotel is super well located near the center and the yellow square.
The road side is a bit noisy prefer the other side. I have not tested the pti dej but tonight be the standard kyriad so pretty good.

Room clean, by cons must leave at 11am I find it just especially that the housekeeper pat on your door like the cops lol.

Very cramped room. RedOne at nine but with a paint smell very difficult to bear all night.

Room rather old, no handle in the window, no air conditioning due to work, very average cleanliness. The only advantage is the proximity to the city centre for an affordable price.

Very nice hotel located in the city of Clermont-Ferrand, the rooms are correct neither large nor small revisit a little the rates. Breakfast is ok but expensive. The staff are quite friendly.

A nice small cosy hotel in the city center just a minute walk away from the main attraction. The staff was polite and helped us with information upon our early arrival. The hotel is good budget hotel but a small one. You could chose it if you get in under 50-55 €.

The room was large but very old bathroom with a rain shower head leaking, the maintenance of the sdb not terrible and to complete a bedding that makes a sound hellish when you move… I haven't slept. Note also that we hear the road because the windows are old. Honestly I'm not revenirndans this hotel for my next stay in Clermont.

A great hotel of the brand. It offers quality services, as well as more substantial small as the presence of small slippers in the room upon arrival. All good!

Attention! Busy street, for better calm would look elsewhere. Dated building. Friendly people. More than just breakfast: bread offal and little choice in the buffet.
In summary, a 2 rated two stars. Maybe because it is located 5 minutes from downtown.
