Very clean, good kid. Lunch but room not compliant with the photos, they were thought more modern, deceptuo on this side but comfortable.

Everything is great… from the framework to the staff.

For a room over 100 euros it's shameful to have such a dirty room! Doors, wrists, Mirror etc not clean!
Very noisy room you hear everything going on in the neighbor's bathroom (even flushing! )
Not even a small tray of welcome drinks
Restoration level was excellent! On the other hand we propose at 11th the children's menu with only fried nuggets available (we are presented with a menu vec several dishes and dessert and at the time of ordering we are told well it remains that! )
The top pool apart from the cleaning machine which is staying in the water with a cable…

Novotel is often done but this one never again I go back.

This establishment is perfect, mainly thanks to its staff which has the sole objective of satisfying customers. A warm welcome and a high level of service both at the Frontdesk (very professional, and which ensures the comfort of its guests with great attention to detail), as well as the Bar or the Restaurant Room.

We attempted to eat in the restaurant tonight but we were just left waiting while everyone else was served, even those who came in after us. The other customers were French we are English. Blatant racism.

Beautiful hotel well located and friendly staff.

Practice location. We use because is a quality hotel in route through A75, and they accept dogs.

We stayed here for a night, family of 4. Location right next to the freeway was perfect. Room was adequately sized with comfortable beds. We enjoyed the spa with fitness, bubble bath and hammam.

Great location when travelling as it's so close the the motorway. Loads for the kids to do. Nice food. Thanks for a fabulous time.

Been 3 times before aswell. It's starting to look a bit tired. But great night sleep and a good stop before traveling down to Spain.

Room ok but avoid the restaurant! Cold dishes, it's infectious. Horrible meat. Salad without sauce. We were brought a mixed plate of pasta and fries which was not our choice. For a Novotel it's Shameful! And here icing on the cake the rates are exorbitant.

Good hotel for a stop if you are en route.
It is very close to the highway and it is comfortable to stop to sleep.

The rooms are clean. The bar piano hasn't been laid out in time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Too bad it was so hot. Either they didn't have air conditioning or it didn't work for them. Either way, dinner is awkward by the heat.

The pool is very small, but it works if you are traveling with children.

We stopped here on our way to the south of France and after a long day of driving we were extremely pleased with this hotel. Very easy to access off the motorway, our room was upgraded when we checked in, the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. We had a meal at the restaurant which was very good and the breakfast the next day also good. Hotel has a swimming pool and large play area if you have children and also two indoor jacuzzi and sauna for adults.

Great setting to enjoy the beautiful temperatures, with this beautiful garden. Not to mention the pink flamingo buoys! At the top.

Poolside terrace. Nothing wonderful for the price of lunch… Two-course 18.50 and three plates 22.50 with glasses of wine at 5.00 There are 15 Euro lunch formulas that are largely equal to see superior.

Honestly… bcp could take example… a perfect home discreet and classy just like, the service, the restaurant, the bar and the perfect cocktails. Once again discreet and very complete, this is for the human!
We went the outdoor pool was not in service (damage season obligates though! ) But it was very beautiful outdoor magical a great time, perfect Jacuzzi, Hammam always perfect new gym. Room Ditto… a hotel with a bcp of cachet with a tasteful decoration.
Definitely recommend!

What you can expect from a Novotel: impeccable and large room whose landscaping seems recent. The rooms are spotless. The reception is nice and efficient. Possibility to eat at the restaurant on site, whose staff is in small care. A large garden with games for children, a small play room area. The pool was under construction during our stay. A little aloof but still very family!

Great for a stay with the kids. Very good breakfast. Comfortable std room for 2 adults and 2 children. Very nice staff. The only downside, the lack of air conditioning… It is true that 30 deg in April C is not usual.
A very good value for money with the Vulcania pack.

Room clean and in accordance with the description. The staff are really nice and small care and always smiling. The equipment made available is really top (fitness room, Hammam, Jaccusi). The bar and restaurant are really great, plus you eat very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

To be Hotel de Paso is perfect.

The lobby and bar/lounge at the entrance offer a pleasant, peaceful environment, perfect for business appointments.

Clean but without charm. A hotel for professionals.

They ate only small items but they were very good. The service and reception staff were very friendly. But the most important thing for us was the Tesla supercharger.

A comfortable and cozy place near the airport.

Hotel or I stay regularly as a crew member. Own. Quiet and well secured. The breakfast buffet is perfect and very diversified. There are for all tastes.

Very good hotel. The restaurant is excellent, very friendly staff, good condition overall. The gym might use a couple more equipment, but the two hot tubs are a killer touch.

As usual the same thing everywhere go novotel accord almost slaves to their own supply chain. Comfortable and friendly staff however… as usual the restaurant is little more than an expensive McDonalds.

They did the crafty making me pay for the room again.

This is not worthy of a very low level hotel restaurant.
A mimosa egg turns into 3 half hard egg with strongly mustard mayonnaise
A tart returned is not a tart tatin, as explained, it is a tart returned on the plate. I did not manage to cut the pie with a knife and fork.
I made the complaint the next day because in the evening there was never anyone in the restaurant… We were in the back.
It seems that a lot of foreigners transit through this place… What a shame for French gastronomy.

Good rooms, good breakfast, loved it.

Great as a stopover for a long trip. We had a drink in the garden and a refreshing dive in the swimming pool. The room was not spectacular but it was clean and sufficient. Food and drinks were ok but pricy.

Good staff, good rooms, good value for money. Last year the restaurant was good. This year I had an incredible boring and watery quinoa salad. My sons entrecote a point was bloody as hell, the cesar salad for my daughter had anchovis and the sugo for my little one was a precooked boring one. Not worth eating here. Better go for a pizza nearby.

Nice place. The room was very clean. Very good breakfast.

Reception and bar area modern and clean. Rooms good size and clean. Fridge and hairdryer not working in my room but eventually a new hair dryer was sought. Staff helpful and friendly, quick to respond to issues. Great for overnight crew stay due to proximity to airport and nearby restaurants.

Good for work, breakfast and restaurant acceptable.

Hotel facilities are very good but the food in the restaurant is way below Novotel standard! This is the second year we have come to this sadly conclusion.
