I really recommend this property. The staff are lovely and attentive. If problem, very quick intervention. Hearty and varied breakfast. It feels really good. I was there for a 2 day stay in Vulcania; In addition I discovered Clermont — Ferrand which is a very beautiful city.

Traveling for Michelin, this hotel could not be more conveniently located. The hotel is about a 20€ taxi ride from the airport. The entire staff is excellent; rooms are spacious, well appointed and kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. The hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk to the city center, so nothing is out of reach. If/when the tram is running, it's even easier. Breakfast food options are plentiful and delicious. The covered patio is fabulous for taking breakfast out doors. My only complaint surrounds smoking. There is a smoking area right next to the patio and they still allow smoking in the rooms. Other than that — — I highly recommend this establishment. This interesting sculpture is just down the road from the hotel.

Clean rooms, good location.

Clean, modern, deliveries from multiple restaurants, welcoming service, beautiful room BUT mattresses extremely incomfortable and hard, the same for cushions, for the price paid we expect better! I am moderately disappointed with this hotel which has potential but does not know how to take advantage of it.
Does not deserve the 4 star in my opinion, the main purpose of a hotel is to sleep well and there, this is not the case.

Very large family room, comfortable, with all the necessities found in the Novotel Suites (microwave, sink, coffee machine, etc. ). Nothing to say about cleanliness or about the general condition. Friendly staff Maybe the ventilation would be worth a shot of young.

The staff are welcoming and available. The breakfast is great and varied for all tastes. The emplavcement is good, nothing to say at this level. Some bemols however on our stay of 3 days. We did not have any luck on the rooms and had to move 2 times due to a breakdown in the premiere and a second room with leftover food from other guests with little Delicates, the third was the maid, the reception quickly proposed other Rooms each time and apologized for the discomfort. We are accustomed to 4 star hotels and this one corresponds more to a 3 stars. The room is good but the bathroom is average. The bed is queen size 140 while there is room for a 160. The air conditioning is adjustable but doesn't seem to respond when you touch it. The parking of the hotel is chargeable, 37, €5 for 3 nights, it is a pity not to have included in the price and especially not to be able to book it in advance. For lack of space on arrival, it is possible to end up with the car to sleep in the street. In the vicinity the parking spaces are paid during the day but free at night.

In renovation and unfortunately our room was not bcp problems of the arrival to the departure.

Room "Suite" that asks for a small stroke of young. After a reservation by phone, arrived on the spot the request room is no longer available. A room for two people with a bath towel set for 1 person, a smoking room with no ashtray.
A high rate for the proposed service.

Small kitchen is provided, need to ask for kitchenwares.

I really enjoyed the time I was there well located all close by, doesn't have many food options but the attention makes up for it.

The rooms are 30m2… in the rooms fridge and microwave kettle with the chocolate Cafe at disposal and cakes. Bathtub and shower… The bed is comfortable and television. The lunch PTI is really vary I get the advice.

Always a warm welcome, it feels good, the breakfast is very plentiful and the suites are extremely comfortable with all the necessary (flat screen TV, espresso, kettle, fridge…) I highly recommend.

Very nice hotel with large rooms. Rooms heated at night. Night staff very friendly and professional, unfortunately cannot say the same of day the staff, who are unhelpful and impolite.

Good welcome and very friendly staff. A very clean establishment, and quality bedding. Breakfast is just perfect with a very varied buffet. We came as a family and the size of the suite is really appreciable. The only downside is the paid parking.

Friendly staff. Always welcoming when I visit. The tram stop is in front of the hotel making it very convenient for getting around Clermont-Ferrand.

Very nice and affordable hotel in Clermont-Ferrand. A great breakfast selection. Comfortable rooms. Only it's good walk to the restaurants in downtown Clermont but, hey, one will need to work of the calories of all that good food there.

Room not very clean, thorough but not locked window on the ground FLOOR…
Room supposedly PMR but ultimately… small bathroom, WC without clearance at the rear, beds too low and door hard open.
Positives: great gym, convenient parking and tram nearby.
Disappointed delivery because after spending 2 days at the ibis futuroscope I expected has a range above but it is rather a range below.
To improve I advise you to visit a PMR room at the ibis of the futuroscope and put the same furniture and design.
