27 degrees in the room. The air conditioning is closed for the winter. Very uncomfortable. Impossible to rest well.

They changed the beds, they’re too firm now. Might as well sleep on the box spring lol. Wake up with stiff back every morning.

Friendly staff, clean environment with a central location. Lots of good restaurants around. On arrival room heat control thermostat was not working, but fixed quickly on informing reception.

Loved this place. Free parking, plenty of space. Got to check in over an hour before check in time. They charged my credit card right away and we didn't need to check out at the front desk because of that the next morning. We were on the 8th floor facing the river. Not a great view and the window was small and dirty. Bathroom fixtures were a bit loose. Besides that the room was wonderful. Very satisfied.

Upon arriving we were greeted by courteous and friendly front desk staff. We checked in to a two bedroom suite for a 3 night stay. Once arriving in our room the air conditioner in two rooms wasn’t working and the screen door to the balcony was broken. We telephoned the front desk staff with our complaint, who at first offered to discount our stay, a part was coming to fix the air conditioner, with it being 35-40 degrees Celsius with humidity that wasn’t suitable as we were on floor 12 and it was too warm in the room. The hotel was operating at a very high capacity and the front desk worked very quickly to move us to another room with the air conditioner working. The room was clean and very spacious for a family of 5. The hotel is situated across from two excellent shopping centres and about 15-20 minutes to the heart of Old Quebec. Pool area was kept very clean and always lots of clean pool towels. At first parking seemed very full, but we quickly realized there was another level that people just weren’t using. This hotel was recommended to me and I would definitely recommend it. Cosmos restaurant had an excellent breakfast with plenty of options.

Room with a comfortable bed. Rooms are nicely renovated. That's good. The bad :This is the only hotel I've been to that charges extra for a rollaway bed. There's balconies but no chairs outside. And housekeeping MAY or may not show up to clean your room. And there's just nothing to do at night. Lounge closes at 10pm on weeknights?

I stay here anytime I go to Quebec City for work, because the location is convenient for me. I really enjoy it. Service is good. It is close to the hospital. Close to shopping mall and some nice restaurants. Rooms have always been very clean and comfortable for me. If this location is desirable for you, I recommend the hotel. If you need to be closer to the heart of the city, perhaps look elsewhere.

The place was clean and modern, but why wasn't there a fitted sheet on the beds? Moving a little too much dislocated the loose sheet and exposed the mattress. I can't sleep with the blanket tucked in so you can imagine this was a problem for me. It was still clean, but it bothered me enough not to wanna come back. There was also a faint smell in the room I can only describe as "construction" smell (like it was recently renovated) but apparently I have a super sensitive nose that picks up on everything. My partner did not smell anything. If the hotel reads this: use fitted sheets for those of us who sleep untucked! :)

Own. Located on a boulevard that makes it easy to travel. Decoration to the taste of the day. Courteous staff. No lunch on site you have to go to the Cosmos through an internal corridor. Underground Parking. Pool and small cardio room available.

Nice pool. Good service. Our key card didn't work at first and it took guy from maintenance to figure it out. The bathroom was nice and there was a little kitchenette. The wood flooring wasn't put in well so there were gaps. There was a nice balcony to see the skyline.

Excellent service at anytime and very valuable for the location and the room for the price.

Very nice and clean. The only downside is no dinning area, must go out to eat, Cosmo next door is excellent. Would certainly return ☺

This well is cool but the bathroom of the annotation 1417 when you want to cancel the tub is not cancelled but everything else all right:)

Very clean, spacious rooms, located in front of a shopping center. Only disadvantage is that it is far from the center of Quebec, which is where all the tourist and historical value is, around 8 kilometres, so you should take into account that point, generally worth much worth.

The room is renovated in a non-functional way no soap door no towel door non-available bed lamp. Non-practical furnishings Thank you.

Great place for families! We had a room with kitchenette, everything is very clean, recent renovation, no carpet on the floor. The pool water is hot… Two small downsides: it lacks a little equipment in the kitchenette (scissors, a baking plate for the oven for example) and the elevators really inefficient!

Like the name suggests, a classic hotel offering good service, decent rooms, pool, gym, etc. For a good price.

Everything is pretty good in the hotel, but it is far from downtown. I would recommend to stay in a hotel near the main streets.

The room was clean and the staff nice. The bathroom was renovated and very clean too. The bed was comfortable and the price is reasonable.

Some rooms should be renovated… the carpets are very stained! I was transferred to a more modern room but the toilet flush was malfunctioning. Even after advising, we did nothing. Two nights before leaving, hockey teams arrived and the hockey equipment was placed in the next room. The smells filled the corridor (the hotel Deodorizer was not enough for the task) and by the same time entered the room when I opened the door. It's OK to have these spaces but we should take into account the customers around!

Location: Far from the old city. Public transport was close by the hotel. Amenities: Had free underground parking and high speed internet as advertised. Room was quite cold and we asked for extra heater. Service: Staff was friendly but the rooms were not cleaned on daily basis.

In full renovation work… Noisy. Obsolete equipment and controlgear… but still accessible for our budget, and nice pool, but beware of hygiene.

Old hotel that they tried to revamp either on a low budget or by amateurs. You can see that they tried their best, but it is still sub-par with today's standards and for same price you can get much better and newer. Maybe we got bad luck but the room we got had many issues and was a clear bait and switch if we compared to the online photos. I took many photos if anyone wants to challenge me, but for the money you can do much better somewhere else.

Simple, the rooms have a kitchenette. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. Nearby there is a hospital and a shopping center.

Its so beautiful its Hotel, with excellent treated and comfort, but its city ed impressive.

Do not recommend. I forgot a few items. They didn't call me and are now forcing me to pay shipping for it. I could of come pick it up if they would of call me, but they are too incompetent to do so. The room are ok for the price but nothing very good. Lots of better options. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette hotel. J'ai oublié deux vêtements et il ne mont pas contacté pour m'aviser. Je doit maintenant payer un prix pour le shipping qui est trop élevé. Ils auraient pu m'appeller mais il dise que ce nest pas leur responsabilité. Les chambres ne sont pas super et l'emplacement non plus.

This is a good place to stay for your convenience if you want to visit Old Québec and if you want to be close to everything you need. It's about 10 mins driving from the hotel to the old city and it's facing several shopping centers. It's also close to the highway which is nice. The free gym is a nice thing to have and the room are spacious and comfy. My only grip was the bathroom smelled weird when I got there, but the rest is all good. I guess I was just unlucky. Recommended.

Location was great. Service was great. Restaurants attaches were good. Cleanliness on point. Only 2 complaints would be the elevators which were extremely slow and very small and having our room placed next to the elevator and ice machine was not ideal for noise inside of the room.

We loved our stay. It was right in town so we were close to everything, even a mall that includes a Walmart. Our room was clean and modern. We had a family suite that holds 3 queen beds so it was perfect for our family of 5. The indoor pool is clean but has a lot of chlorine, so much so that you can smell it outside the door of the pool area. There is a lifeguard on duty but not at all times. It's an 8.6 kilometer bike ride along the Saint Lawrence sea way to Old Quebec City. About 45 min drive North into the Jacque Cartier park. It's totally worth the ride to see spectacular views of both river and mountains. You can hike, bike, and/or water sports. Kids are free! The food at Cosmos (hotel restaurant) is delicious as was most food we ate while in Quebec. So if you're looking for a place to stay that doesn't cost much, Hotel Classique is the place for you / family. Most of the staff can speak English as well so no worries.

Very nice place to stay, they have all you need and you can take public transportation to the old city quebec or to the fall's. Bus stop is in front of the Hotel. One fare is $ 3.50. Bus # 800 and 801 go both to downtown old quebec, 801 goes to the falls.

It is a decent 4 star hotel and it is worth the money. Only thing is, they need to upgrade the building and the lobby, because I think that the building commonce to age.

Nice, clean hotel. Exactly what I expected. Nothing spectacular about it but nothing negative either. (One thing maybe, the 3d floor room with balcony they first gave us was so close to the ventilation shafts that the balcony was unusable because of the noise, but they made no fuss to change rooms, so nothing to complain about).

The room was ok. Not much to say here. Since we only stayed one night, I can't really say anything about room service and cleaning. The welcoming was fine too.

It is on the outskirts of old Quebec, near the airport. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a pool, a small but equipped gym, and restaurant. Also has Wi-Fi free.

Easy check in and decent location. Rooms are clean but a little old. There's no hot tub but there is a decent fitness centre. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.

This hotel is not bad. It is undergoing renovation. If you have a large car (larger than a sedan) be extremely cautious parking underground. Beds were not comfortable at all.

I visited this hotel as part of a professional meeting. The meeting room was very large and the furniture was of good quality.
The wireless network was also very robust and fast. It was a good surprise.
Parking was also free and easy to access.
Finally, it is also very good minutes from shopping and major highways from the capital centres.

Arrived early around 11, our room was not ready so we were upgraded to a corner 2 bedroom suite. Front desk staff extremely helpful. Underground parking very convenient with luggage trolleys to load indoors. Nice pool and training facility.

Pleasantly surprised. We had the suite 301. Spacious, clean and kitchenettes convenient for lunch and prepare a light meal for our day rendo. The sechoire not working we have them a quick and very courteous service of maintenance personnel. Great location to visit Quebec City and Lévis biking.

I celebrate my wedding reception at this place. Without being mean, I was skeptical because I did not know the place. I was satisfied a 200% wow the service, the food, the team all lived up to my expectations it was simply perfect thanks again xxx Sophie.

We stayed at the hotel classique for our honeymoon. We had arrived by train in the early morning and went right to the hotel to drop off our bags. We were told they could probably have our room ready by noon. Around 10 am we were tired of going around the malls and decided to go back to the hotel and just wait in the lobby, we didn't mind waiting the two hours. The gentleman at the desk, I believe his name was john actually did some moving around d and got us our room early! He was a godsend! We were so tired from our 12 hour train ride plus walking around the city for 5 hours. Everything else for the remainder of the trip was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was amazing and although we were on the side of the hotel with the Laurier boulevard we did not hear any road noise. The hotel is close to 3 malls and old Quebec is only 15 mins away by bus.

The hotel is modern and well appointed, clean and comfortable. The positive.

We rented a top-floor, two-room suite here on a recent weekend and had a great time. The accommodations were clean, quiet and pleasant. We had a nice view of the St. Laurence River in the distance, with beautiful fall colors all around. When it came time to drive into the city, we found our way to Boulevard Champlain and rode in along the riverfront with the terrific bike path the whole way. This is a nice place if you want to stay just a bit outside the city center.

Good but old and material in the dilapidated rooms.

The hotel entrance was under renovation but that was no problem. It has pool, gym, underground parking, business rooms, three restaurants, laundry sites, drnking and ice machines, free wireless internet, etc. Very kind and respectful staff. Stayed 20 days in the room 923 — it has a small kitchen with minimal cookwares and tablewares. The room has all necessary furnitures, but not all of them are in good condition. The wireless telephone was not working and was replaced by a wired one — this was bad because the computer table was not next to it and there is no other phone in the room. It is a very noisy room — you can hear all the industrial fans from nearby buildings, even at night. You don't have control of the heating, even if there are independent thermostates around — they don't work. The bathroom has leaking spots and you never know the temperature of your shower — watch out, you might get burn. There are no HD channels and the wireless internet has bad signal and connection speed is horrible. But the worst for me was the housekeeping: — Bed was NEVER made — There was dust everywhere, always — I killed a fly on the first week and we stayed together until my check-out — yeah, that kind of bad housekeeping — I found myself believing that the housekeeping was made only in the bathroom.

I am moving several times and I recommend this hotel.

Never again — Lousy Service, dark, unkomfortabels room — rather a 1 star Hotel. 6.30 to 9.30 no water — no note on this shortcoming at Check-In. — — — The same day, in the evening, water is lukewarm — the next Morning the water is still cold to lukewarm — staff unfriendly and absolutely incompetent.
