Nice, place and central to everything. It’s been over 20 years since the last time here. Lots of change, beautiful and extremely friendly.

EV charging stations work well. The rooms are clean. There's a gym. Staff are nice and friendly. They speak French and English well. Great location. Strongly recommend.

The room was beautiful! The dog bed, treats and water bowl were a very pleasant surprise. The shower is poorly designed as it's impossible to shower and not get water all over the bathroom floor. Overall though it was a wonderful stay!

Overall I found it to be a great hotel, staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. Food is great and the hotel restaurant is quite popular even for non guests, but that’s where I find you have a massive problem because mon guests essentially take up lots of parking spaces from actual guests who 1 — have paid to be there and 2 — are most likely not from the area and so don’t know where else to park. Would definitely recommend the hotel but if I’m paying this kind of price I should be sure I have a space to park when I get there, for that reason I can only give it 3 stars.

Super nice and helpful front-desk staff. While rated as a 4-star hotel, the building is showing its age, and you can find much cheaper choices, same distance from old city, which are do not have that 'aging' feeling. Room was very nice, and better finished than aforementioned cheaper choices. During my stay, I did have a slightly negative experience with noise coming into room from hallway around 6AM, waking me up, which I later found out was from maintenance staff having a chat from a maintenance closet next to elevator. Since not many reviews mention noise, this may be an isolated incident. All-in-all: I feel the hotel as a whole is a bit of a stretch on the 4-star pricing, with some 3-star choices beeing a better value.

I was at ALT for a meeting and the room was fine. I had a favorite by the lunch offered, it was delicious! ♡

Have these got yelled at by the Resto valet next door We were parked at the Movais place. We were misinformed by the person at the front desk. When I came back to talk about the hotel manager told me it was my fault!
He is still going to talk to the valet but good funny experience. The room was clean very nice the comfortable bed and the pool and the gym very well!

Very nice hotel, the staff is helpful and the fact that there is no time for check out is a big plus for business people.

Situated downtown Quebec City, loads of restaurants, shops and attractions around. Hotel is clean with helpfull and respectfull employees.

We loved our stay. The hotel is very well located to have access to restaurants on foot, as well as to the bus.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and relatively modern. A nice bathroom and a good size shower makes the experience enjoyable. Also the good quality of the Wi-Fi is not negligible.

We were greeted very friendly at the front desk and we were already told the first info about restaurants and activities nearby. You can also buy tickets for $6 p. P. Buy for the bus to get to the city in a relaxed way for sightseeing.
The room was very clean and modern.
Unfortunately, the underground parking spaces are very tight that there if the drivers do not put their cars exactly in the middle, hardly a second car with between the piers fits, which was almost everywhere the case.
I would have given the hotel 4 stars, but our room went out to the back and unfortunately we could not sleep with open windows because there is a noisy refrigeration unit somewhere between us, which always starts again.

Great staff, very clean, great location. Definitely not a family oriented hotel, more for business travel. I did find the rooms a little cramped but it's fine for business travel.

Very European in feel. The queen size room quaint in size and practical. The room had nice finishes and eco friendly.

This is a great hotel! It's modern, fresh, clean and located right at a mall with all the amenities you might need while traveling. Wifi is fast and reliable. Beds are great. We are repeat guests at this hotel, and it has quickly become a favourite.

It was for a wedding reception! The all went very well! Except that it had been indicated not to have seafood in lss sofas and it was! Everything has been fixed by a server who came to bring a plate to hand to my spouse who is allergic! It seems that there lacked also a table to mount d guests! Otherwise, the service was impeccable! Beautiful room!

We called when close to QC at end of a long drive from Nova Scotia. The last available room was held for us by Benoit. We arrived to be met by him in parking lot wearing a huge smile! That began a warm welcome where they found us a parking space for our truck and trailer followed by a welcome wine and one of the most comfortable beds. We say hands down the nicest service experience we have ever had at any hotel. Close to the highway with easy access. Walkable restaurants and shops. We would definitely return. Thank you Benoit and team.

The hotel is fine, but there are corrections to make in the service to make the experience pleasant. Too long has explained, the service is in the details. I probably have too much experience exceptional. This is not my first time, and in the past it was satisfying, but this is my last time.

The room is beautiful. The comfortable bed but no room with 2 beds in this hotel, it's a shame.

What more can we say, we visit the ALT hotel in Quebec City 4 to 5 times a year and are treated like royalty every time. The location is close to great shopping, restaurants and major highways to other Quebec City attractions. The Bistango restaurant is excellent for evenings you wish to stay in the buildingnot go out. Bravo to all the people that make our stays so remarkable that we always come back, they remember our dog Barnaby each time we visit! See you in December!

What is there not to love about the Quebec City Alt? The location so close to great places to eat, means of transportation practically at your door. The malls, 3 of them located across the street one after the other. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. … There is a Starbucks next door and of course Bistango with the most amazing food. The rooms are perfectly functional, the mattress is like sleeping on clouds and the bathrooms? … well that's the best thing about Alt as far as I'm concerned. Beautiful glass enclosed shower with hand held shower head. Don't bother bringing your soaps, shampoos and conditioners it's always there for you. What else would you want or need… absolutely nothing… LOVE ALT.

Very good value for money! Charming hotel in the trendy decoration, the Alt hotel is clean. The bed is so comfortable and curtains so opaque that it is easy to sleep until noon! See the staff warmly welcome, by taking the time to highlight the tourist attractions on a map according to your needs.

I love down at this hotel when I am in Quebec, chic, clean, good location (nearby Highway, shopping center and easy parking) the service is always impeccable and the rooms very comfortable. In addition, the hotel the bistango restaurant is exceptional!

Great price for the area.

A modern hotel with minimal services. The mini bar is at the reception desk and to brew your morning coffee you must buy a Keurig cup at the desk the night before which is somewhat annoying. There is no gym and the TV is a dated slim screen but still acceptable. The highlight of is really the look of the room which is very appealing. The proximity to some very good shopping is a big plus as well the delicious Bistinguo restaurant downstairs. As a seasoned business travelers I will probably not be back though, the bed was not on per with larger chains such as Starwood and Marriott, and the lack of a gym just does not compensate for the look of the room. It is nevertheless a good choice for price-conscious travelers looking for a modern/trendy feeling.
