Very soundproof. Very clean. Very professional service.

I went a few times in the Jaro hotels and I never had such a bad experience. Room very very ordinary. Messy. Twenty pieces of broken glass in the bathroom… I had not seen before enter, so I enter a piece in the foot. When I went to see the reception… there was only the young man at the front desk for a dozen of customers… Very friendly, but completely overwhelmed by all the demands of the customers… he then offered a sweep. I went to do the sweeps in the bathroom… there was beaucouo of glass… It is really deplorable…

Nous avons resté ici pendant 3 jours. Je crois que pour le prix c'est bien, mais par contre les managements ne font pas d'effort de faire des rénovations pour améliorer l'hôtel. On remarque des petites choses qui grade l'hôtel à 2 étoiles.

The room was really clean, and the employees we're really nice. Great location, really close to the malls. Strong smell of cigarette in the elevator. Apart from that, great stay!

Rooms a clean, but our room, 216, had some strange smell of humid. Bathroom was clean, bed cloth was changed every day and rooms kept tidy. We've had a breakfast included, but menu not to much for real breakfast. Outlets in the room were too loose, so not in every outlet we could charge our gadgets. Closet was to small for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, but we've had a drawer, so it more or less compensated the absent space. Fridge was tiny, so we really couldn't store our food for 4 people, but at least it worked. Over all it was a good place to stay for 3 days.

For the price, it's worth it, if you need a place for the night this is a good night stay. Breakfast in the morning too, car rentals if you need be and awesome staff that take the time to speak both languages. Pictures are from the room I stayed in.

The kids loved the bunk beds in the room. But the room was hot and stuffy. Ok breakfast. Good location just off the highway.

Great place to stay if you are on a budget. The staff were friendly and attentive. Not sure why alot of people give this place flak. For what you pay it’s well worth it. The beds were quite comfortable and the ac worked like a charm. My only major gripe would be that the key card would frequently not work and we would have to get them swiped, and even when we kept them away from other cards or electronics as was suggested to us it still happened. But nevertheless we were still able to get into our room fine at the end of the day!

A budget hotel. Bed below par for comfort. Pillows very sub par. Clean room. Decent location though no restaurant on site. A minimal breakfast offering toast and cereal.

Good hotel. Simple, elegant & sweet. Patrons who burn their toast need to adjust the knob on the rolling toaster.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It's a pity there weren't any closets or bedside tables. Also you could hear the neighbour's very easily.

Chambre parfois difficile à trouver dans l'établissement dû au nombreux passages mais rien de grave, les chambres sont très bien les places de stationnement y son nombreuse. Situé à 10 min du centre ville et à 5 min de 3 grands centres commerciaux.

The hotel and rooms are quite outdated. The rooms are crowded with outdated furniture, however the staff is friendly and the location is great if you need to get on and off the highway easiky, it's a bit of a drive to old Quebec.

The rooms are disgusting. She smells like dead babies in my garage. The walls are cardboard, we heard the neighbors sleeping together and a homosexual couple makes a lot of noise especially when they are sadomazo. The staff is not pleasant, in addition the Plupars are black, at least it is not arable because the bombs it does not tempt me. Besides, there are human limbs in the Boubelle outside! #

Not the run of the mill hotels like I normally stay at. Bedroom was in a loft, staff was great and didn't mind speaking English. I would go back.

The staff was nice, the hotel is old and has not been renovated since a while, the air conditioned was noisy but tolerable, the breakfast was very basic. It was ok what we needed, just a place to sleep for one night.

The rooms were clean adequately sized and met what was required. The addition of the sports team room was very helpful and made the stay much better for our group.

Merveilleux séjour! Lit très comfortable et personnel très acceuillant! L'ambiance est par contre un peu défraichit.

The room was okay, but nothing extraordinary. I didn't appreciated the comfort of the bed and I didn't slept well. Also, the "continental breakfast included" is very poor. You can only eat cheap cereals, toats or a bagel. This is probably not a place I'll go back in the future.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. Service is okay. Food is so so. Bit smelly carpet floors. Pool was inaccessible despite in summer. For four people, two towels were offered. You can hear noises from everywhere in your room, especially from upstairs. For the price, it is okay.

Paper thin walls and ceiling meaning we could hear the ppl up stairs. Old wall paper in bathroom was peeling. Mattresses felt like plastic. Vibrating cock rings sold in bathroom next to lobby.

It's an ok place. Rooms looks a bit old, which makes it look like an inn. Looks like a maze to get to the rooms. Service is good, staff friendly.

My room was simple, but very clean. The hostel is well located, close to all services and the reception staff is VERY welcoming and flexible. Me who does not know at all the city of Quebec, they have me very well oriented, and responded to several of my questions about the area. I really Very appreciated. For a small getaway fast and cheap… this is the place to go.

Very good for the price. Breakfast minimal but fresh. Person to restore the map of the room in the morning.

We always take a room with a loft. Large space and the sofa bed is always useful! Not very expensive and in ste foy which is perfect for us! … however, the decoration is not to the taste of the day and I don't like the carpet in the rooms.

Dirty, noisy and Not what it was billed to be! We specifically asked for 2 double beds and got one "small" double bed in a room not much bigger than my walk in closet. When this was addressed at the front desk they said they were sorry but we could upgrade for an additional $25 :/ So at that late hour we did upgrade, to a bigger dirtier and noisier room. We complained about the drunk people fighting in the hall and about the other drunks jumping onto our balcony and across the roof top. Oh the staff said, they were so sorry, but no compensation whatsoever, even from the supervisor that night or the next morning. Never stay at this hotel! Definitely has a long way to go before it can ever be compared to Comfort Inn!

3 of 5 stars to a two star. Damp smell when we arrived. Mat has the size of the hotel. Decor of the 80's. Not expensive, clean and bed still comfortable. Perfect for a night out or a small budget.

Very friendly staff, clean, and has other great tourist services. Close to the highway and to other attractions sites. Would highly recommend it.

I wouldn't say this is a 3 star hotel. It was fairly clean and friendly, just outdated and smelled. Old. Not moldy or dirty. Just that old folks smell you'd get visiting your grandparents. Same decor too. For a last minute reservation on a budget, it worked fine. Just don't expect too much.

Please think twice about going there, was in quebec for 2 days… was charge 157$ for one night 'cause I had 3 kids with me… as soon as I entered the room it smell like urine, disgusting I couldn't even sleep well that night, the only reason I didn't went out and look for another hôtel is because we were very tired walking for 8-9hrs in old québec and no data in my cell… (i usually read reviews before going into a hôtel) the toilet was gross I think the smell of urine it double, empty box of kleenexand that smell of urine the whole night it was a nightmare… next time I go to québec i'll rather go to best western hôtel I know at least there I won't be dissapointed.

The rooms are pretty nice and the have a cute little balcony facing another hotel. Continental breakfast is acceptable but I missed eggs and bacon. The outdoors pool is a really nice spot to relax if you go there during the months of summer. The service is good: they gave us extra towels and fixed a lamp that broke down. Convenient location, no problems for parking and there are several options for food walking distance.

The rooms stink disgusting, especially in the bedspreads and curtains depends on the fusty smell, which seems to come mainly from the bathroom. Air can only be door to the parking lot, but this is not an option for the night.
The longer we stayed in the room, the worse it became. After about an hour, my wife and I both started to scratch because we both got a strange itch. The reception did not take our problem seriously at all, and during a visit to the room with the gentleman of the House security (! ), probably also expert for house keeping, found that everything was in the best order. The repulsive odor was completely denied and the itching was dismissed (we would not have red spots on the skin, so be it not bad). How good that at the front desk had a hobby dermatologist service.
The general cleanliness of the room and the bathroom is not going to let me out. What I found exciting was the adventurous cabling of the electrical appliances.
Thanks Tui, for this very special experience, holiday is then something else.
The location for tourists is rather a bad joke, the center is about 10km.

When we were staying here this past weekend, we had car problems. The staff went above and beyond to help us arrange for transport. Can't thank them enough!
