Great 3 day stay. Price was right. Great staff willing to go extra mile.

Stayed at this place alot over the years im talking over the last 20, owners were always decent and treated me well rooms were always good, beds are little soft for my liking minor when your tired.

Beds where brand new and room was clean, cleaner then some of the big brand name hotels! Front office couple were very nice.

Excellent Motel, Family run business, well maintained, very welcoming. Even let us use the BBQ at the back! Rooms as what you expect, clean, tidy, and fresh! Would definitely return. Keep it up!

It actually is not bad I loved it only one thing I dis like is d's Wi-Fi.

A cheap motel. Shower was okay only because I'm only 5' 2". Creaky bed. Smelled faintly of smoke in non-smoking room. Mini-fridge and microwave. Fine for one night.

Less than zero. Bed bugs, got bitten all over. Choose somewhere else there are plenty of other hotels/motels.

I was a little concerned because it looked a little sketchy but it was amazing! The owner was super friendly and helpful. The beds were behind comfortable as well as the pillow! I would recommend this for anyone looking for a cheaper room. Plus it's near the mall and Tim hortons isn't that far just a little walk.

Clean, friendly and knowable owner. Close to good restaurants. And large gym nearby. I recommend Jiffy Grill restaurant, a short distance away.

Helped us in a pinch. Such a great place. Awesome people. Clean room and didn't charge any money when every other place was booked up.

The motel is located on Princess Street and provided an easy drive into Kingston. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room was very tired and needed updating. Good value for money.

This is a vintage hotel, much like the motor hotels from the 1950s. Our room, had a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, and microwave. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there is a window unit air conditioner. The bathroom was very small, my tall husband had a little trouble, but nothing unmanageable. We'll stay here again because of Jim Walker, the manager, and Rahim, the owner, and he rest of the staff… they make the hotel comfy and homey.

Very friendly service, clean room with air conditioner, arrive at 11:30 pm and the person at the reception was very nice and came to help with the key nothing smiling has complaints on the service and very comfortable bed and the mattress looked new (visually) packing blankets.

It was cheap and got everything I wanted and expected. Nice comfortable beds, completely stocked bathroom. Everything was clean. Actually can't complain for a place that looks as sleazy as it does.

It's a great place with good prices and staff who are always welcoming and willing to work with you for all your needs! I wish the prices didn't go up though, at least for a single person with no visitors.

And there's smoking rooms.

Last day of my stay I woke up and found blood spots on the pillow and bed. Killed a bug crawling across the sheets and it splattered with blood.
