Love this place! have stayed here many times. Great location for a lovely staycation. The pool is always a great treat! and the staff is so friendly!

This is the third time we have stayed here and definitely will again. It is a gem. Very clean with everything you would need during your stay. A home away from home.

We were there a couple of days ago and were not impressed with the room. The rooms where too small for the amount of money we paid. The bathroom was too small and the toilet kept on running when you flushed it The air conditioning was too high and there was no remote control
I could feel no air coming through the filter. The filter had not been cleaned for a very long time. We did complain and did got a upgrade which we were very happy with. We understand that Kingston is a tourist city but so are other cities. The prices are over priced compared to larger cities and you do get far more value for your dollar. Staff was very helpful and friendly. When I talked to the owner, she was very unpleasant and told me that she never gives upgrades and was very defensive. I mentioned to the owner that we only had one knife her answer was? We have a other person coming in tomorrow. With other words we did not matter as we did not pay for the upgrade.
We unfortunately will not come back. And last but not least an inn” should! Be a Inn! This is a Motel! Not an Inn.

Always a treat to stay here. The staff are happy and helpful and the rooms always so clean.

This is a really lovely place. Check in was quick. Daniel was very welcoming and friendly. The grounds look well cared for and our room was clean. We enjoyed the large jacuzzi tub in the room and the spacious king bed. Also affordable. Would recommend. Thanks!

Stayed in the apartment suite above the inn itself. It is an excellent place to stay with two bedrooms on opposite ends of the suite, a nice little kitchenette and one bathroom. The only caveat is the steep stairs to access the suite, which requires me to give it 4 stars instead of the 5 stars for the actual suite itself. The person behind the desk is very friendly and helpful.

Vistited the Green Acres for 2 nights. A friend recommended it. I was very pleased. Check in and check out were by very friendly people, extremely helpful as well. Grounds are charming. Bbq was handy. Pool was very nice but not warm enough to use, my Wi-Fi would only connect while on bench outside of my room. Rooms were small but so cozy and charming. Lots of extras in my basic room with 1 queen bed. Toaster, kettle, micro, fridge, utensils, plates, glassware, cuting board, can opener etc. Nice pot lighting throughout w dimmer switches. I would highly recommend this sweet motel/inn. Thanks for a pleasant stay~

Good clean rooms; hardwood floors — just wish I had one with a jacuzzi tub! Clean bathroom! Excellent housekeeping! Heather Ford and her team do an excellent job!

Had a quick overnight stay here last week and LOVED it! Quiet and spacious room, comfortable bed, great decor, convenient location, delicious breakfast and top notch hospitality. Not sure if it was staff or another guest, but it snowed overnight and we came out to find our car brushed off! We will definitely be back.

Small room, the jacuzzi bathtub didn't work, and it had a bit of a Bates Motel vibe. BUT it was clean, had above average toiletries, and very friendly staff. Good for one night or so, probably not long visits.

We spent Christmas here with our little dog. Worked out great. Our dog was comfortable, not nervous, not a bark! There was a lot of snow overnight Christmas Eve and the parking lot and walkways were cleared and easy to walk with the dog Christmas morning. Our pet friendly room was perfect. Especially appreciated the laminate floors — no doggie smells from previous guests. We will definitely be back!

By far the best place we've ever stayed and we do get around. Very clean, good amenities, we stayed in the "Ford Suite" like a small apartment. We got a great deal. Owners were awesome. The pool looks very inviting but we unfortunately did not use, not enough time. Very quiet. Very comfortable beds! Really good sleep! Fully recommend we'll definitely go back sometime!

Me and boyfriend stayed here on Saturday in the King deluxe room. We receive such good service. Rooms were clean, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom and it had a pool which we enjoyed since it was a hot day. Will definitely return there again.

Nice little motel that's better than the corporate chains. Family business providing great friendly service. Can't go wrong if you need a clean simple quiet room. Near the 401 hwy, about ten minutes into down town Kingston.

As a person who likes to be overly prepared, I packed nearly our entire house to go on our trip, only to find that everything I thought I needed was included in our room at Green Acres Inn. The microwave was nice, as we were able to bring food along with us to heat up so we could save money on breakfast and lunches out and splurge on nicer dinners. In the cupboards we were surprised to find cutlery, plates, mugs, wine glasses, and even travel cups! All the things I packed but found out we didn't need. The usual towels, soap, shampoo etc. Were all provided, as well as a robe. At the office, they even have workout/exercise equipment like yoga mats and kettle balls to use, filtered water, and filtered ice. The grounds were lovely with numerous places to sit in and out the sun. There was even a BBQ on site with a table and chairs to use just like we were in our own backyard at home. While the Inn is on a very busy street, once you are in the parking lot of the building, the gardens and trees make it feel like you're in the country. The pool was a nice size and not busy at all, so I had it to myself most time. It was clean and had lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas around it, to relax before or after a swim. The staff were absolutely delightful — cheerful, welcoming, and helpful! Even after our stay when I returned home with a question about billing, they happily answered all my questions! They only things I didn't like was that the room was much smaller than I expected.

If you are planning a trip to Kingston put Green Acres Inn on top your list of places to stay. Beautiful grounds. The pool is great. Queen room is amazing. Has whirlpool tub, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, flat screen TV, DVD player, alarm clock, iron, hairdryer. Pleasantly surprised with this find. Not right downtown but close enough for me.

Loved everything about our stay, only wish we could have stayed longer. Heard about the Inn from a friend & will be sure to pass along this gem to others!

Ease of access was amazing. Beautiful view. Slow internet. Bugs in cupboard. Room was humid even with the dehumidifier. Helpful staff. Very dog friendly (treats, bed, bags).

Room was very cute and clean. All of the supplies were stocked ; towels, soap shampoo, coffee, tea, milk, cream, sugar. Room was large enough for desk as well as bed. Microwave, kettle and coffee maker provided. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms are far enough back from road to block noise. The grounds were. Well cared for and pretty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

My wife and I stayed for the weekend for the Great Canadian Cheese Festival. Heather and Daniel were amazing. They couldn't do enough for us to enjoy our stay. Very clean room that had everything you need and some. Recommended restaurants that didn't disappoint and suggested a few areas to visit while there. Very friendly, family owned business that treat their guests as friends. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there anytime we're in Kingston!

What a lovely surprise! The location leads you to believe it may just be another rundown motel in Kingston, however this was the cutest, nicely decorated CLEAN place I've stayed in a long time! The staff were amazing, the room was adorable. The fixtures in the bathroom were like being in someones guest room and they actually offered a comfy robe. Only place we stayed on our honeymoon that still does this. Will absolutely stay here again, we had the best first night of our honeymoon here.
