Good motel style hotel with large rooms. Our bathroom vanity was granite but the front of it could use a little paint (room 105). Regardless, the room was clean and comfortable with good A/C. The indoor pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was the perfect place to relax. The restaurant is not to be missed as it is a Kingston favourite for breakfast and dinner.

Comfortable beds clean but my son left with a chemical burn from when they cleaned the pool they should be more careful on not spilling any beside the pool! But I would still go back.

Don't let the outside fool you. Rooms are recently updated and nice. Carpets could use an update or deep cleaning but not a deal breaker. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Stayed the weekend for a hockey tournament. Within distances of many great shops and restaurants.

Don't judge it by the old building, it has nice, clean and new looking rooms with great beds, a modern bath and a TV.
The staff is doing great and very nice.
It's located like 10 minutes from the city.

Awful experience! A group of very loud, drunk, and smoking adults — — regulars at the indoor pool in evening, were not respectful of others using the pool. Blood — stained pillow cases and sheets on both beds. Rooms not even close to sound-proof, heard guests next to us talking. Damaged door, run down & completely overpriced hotel.

Great hotel. Not the nicest from the outside, but don't let that deter you. The staff are helpful, kind, and professional. The interior of the La Salle should be a standard against which every other hotel should compare themselves.

Clean room and courteous services nice bathroom to return.

This Travelodge is close to Costco, Cataraqui Centre and a stone throw away from a Chapters. The restaurant at the Travelodge was pretty decent for breakfast. But if you want your coffee, just walk across the street to the Chapters and visit Starbucks. The rooms in this hotel isn't anything major to write home about. It was fairly decent sized and it was clean. I would give this hotel a shot again if I am in the area.

Nice pool didn't like that nudity was allowed. 4th floor smells like weed.

Dining room was a bit noisy (it was very busy at brunchtime) but the food was good and made accurately to order.

We went with another couple and the service was great. I had the Eggs Benedict and it was really good. Good sized portions too.

I have a standing reservation at this location weekly. This week I Forgot my wallet and am 2.5 hours from home. They are so friendly and customer service oriented that they took care of me without Identification. I thought they were great before but they really are about the service. Thanks again to Fred and Jason.

Google said I have to evaluate after the first 26 minutes. The remainder of the 3 days were great. The hotel is comfortable and well appointed with amenities like the pool and a good restaurant.

Nice beds. Cozy rooms. The desk help was great! Only issues are that too much sound comes in from the halls. You can hear everyone's door shut! We could also hear the Christmas party going on downstairs. The Cavalier has a great breakfast.

The room was the perfect temperature and very clean when we arrived. We were just there for a quick overnight stay, but it was exactly what we needed.

Family friendly place with cozy rooms. Close to everything. Restaurant, Cafe, Pool, whirlpool and sauna make this a top choice for Kingston. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

First time at a hotel. Boss chose this one for a pretty solid rate. No complaints. Would use them again.

Room was simple. Clean. Not many luxuries. Cleaning lady did not return after being turned away at 9am.

Staff are professional and courteous. Rooms are spacious, clean and in good shape for its age. Great value.

We ate dinner at the Cavelier Room with a group of 13 people and it was a great experience. The server was friendly and did a great job with our large group. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very well decorated. I would definitely recommend.

We arrived in Kingston and were shocked at the condition of the "hotel" we were supposed to be staying at. In a panic, we called around the city and the Travelodge was the first to offer to help us. Chad was able to set us up with a room for 4 adults and make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, the staff was great and we loved the restaurant! These guys really saved us from a nightmare… we would definitely go back!

My favorite breakfast haunt in K-town. Service is fantastic. I held a star for price point. Everything else is fantastic!

Friendly staff at front desk and good quality mattresses provided for a sound sleep. Stayed on the main floor for easy access to our vehicle for a one-night stopover. Room was clean though a little dated. Would stay here again.

Stayed on the fourth floor, the rooms were lovely. There was a pool on site and staff was friendly. Close location to downtown (5 min drive) with a good restaurant on site for breakfast. Starbucks right next door!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Just loved it. The meals in the dining room were great. And the same for breakfast. Large portions. Good service and the food tasted great. We never had to look anywhere else for our meals. The building is clean and in a good location, right near Farm Boy, Freshco, Rona Building Supplies, Chapters, and the car wash. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Kingston. The only thing I did not like are the following. Once I put my key in the hotel room, I was surprised at how small the TV Set was. I would guess at 27". The bath tub — shower, needs to have a mat there for safety so you don't fall. I almost did. And for breakfast in the restaurant, the $3.00 for a glass of orange juice which comes in a very small glass is not worth the money. Other than these three minor things, ; we just loved the place. The pool and hot tub are a real bonus. Free newspaper in the morning. Lots of people who are not members of the hotel just come here to eat, so that tells you that the food is that good and large portions. Hope to see you again Kingston.

Room is clean and plenty of room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet works fine! Nice surprise because from the outside I expected to find a more run down hotel.

I don't usually write reviews, but wow! I was not expecting this, especially for a Travelodge (sorry Travelodge). I stayed here last minute and got a great rate. I was expecting a crappy old room for the rate I got but my room is HUGE and super clean! Not to mention the great restaurant attached, and super friendly guy at the front desk. Well done Travelodge Kingston!

It's nice. The room needs some fixing in one place. The AC is also very loud, you can't control the fan speed and the whole thing is only controlled from the thermostat on the wall. Overall though, it's a really nice hotel. Would recommend.

Bit older hotel but clean and quiet with a comfy bed. Price was good and stay worked out great!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Our room ha a double sink, one vanity one in the washroom, which was a nice feature. Did not use the pool but nobody in our family complained about it. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ample parking and a convenient location.

Convenient for West end Kingston, close to the Cataraqui Center, Starbucks and groceries are walkable. Rooms clean and nice, extra sink outside the bathroom a nice touch.

Rooms were nice, pool was great with hottunlb and sauna. There was however no gym or continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

First room smelled of smoke. Second room was good. No breakfast included. Lots of parking 6 ft deep kidney pool. Hot tub, and sauna.

Terrible experienced. Seems like waitress didnt want to take my order and she brought me wrong food. Didnt really seem to care but they were taking good care of gentle man next to me.

This hotel is not a 3 star hotel as indicated by Google. The restaurant is average but overpriced for what it offers. The staff were delightful. The rooms were clean. The hotline price offers good value but the indicated star rating made the result somewhat disappointing. If the hotel were closer to downtown as the other 3 star hotels are located, I would stay again. That is preference however.

My mom and I have stayed at the Travelodge in Kingston for years. We ALWAYS book with them during our stay in Kingston for many reasons. The rooms are nice, staff are very helpful, the pool and hot tub are always kept clean and we always feel relaxed when we leave! Thank you Travelodge.

We stayed in August and were very impressed. From check in to check out the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We enjoyed our room, the pool and hot tub and the dining room. The breakfast was first rate and very affordable. The coffee cups are very small but the quality and size of servings make up for that. This is a very pleasant, affordable hotel.

No complaints at all here. The room was clean and up to date. The pool was fabulous. The staff very very professional. We had breakfast in their restaurant and the food and service was very good. It's only a short drive to downtown (10 minutes). A CAA is near by as well if you need maps, etc. I met people who always go back to this Travel Lodge when they stay in Kingston. I went with my two kids who felt the same about this hotel.

We were on our way home and wanted to stop for one night to rest, so we booked here, having never stayed there before. The room was simple, but clean and affordable. The kids really liked the indoor pool, and I liked having it next to a Chapters/Starbucks so I could just walk out for coffee the next morning. I would take my family there again, especially to visit Kingston, as it's only about 10 minutes from downtown.
