The young brunette lady at the front desk at 20h the 10 of august 2018 was so rude! After 10 hours of driving my car and 130$ for 1 night is it possible to say hello and smile? She said : reservation? Name? And that's it! Oh my Gooood so impolite! No costumer service! For me its not normal at all! Stay home if you dont want to work I am sure someone else would take your place with BIG smile! For my companie I cant accept employee like that because my costumer will not come back! She is lucky. For the room its clean.

Very good service! Love that I always know what to expect when I go! Easy check in, and check out. The rooms are always clean and service is courteous.

It took 20 minutes the check in (there was no line), the two staff behind the desk just seemed to not know how to use their system. Had to pay a deposit of $100 for some reason (more than the cost of a night) even though I paid with a credit card while checking in. The room itself had a really musty smell and very out dated. The shower had little to no water pressure and would barely pass for hot water. The only reason I gave it two stars is location, price, and the breakfast. Would not recommend to anyone. Also checking out took forever as they had to go check the room for damages prior to giving me my deposit back.

The bed frame was broken. Had to ask for a blanket and pillow for the fold out couch. The breakfast was amazing and the eatting area was well cleaned.

For location its close to the highway and the mall and many restaurants. The room itself is not the greatest it's very outdated and the layout of the room is awkward. The bed not the comfiest could need updating. Pillows were okay, bed sheets were okay. The bathroom was nice and updated. The hot breakfast in the morning was good. The hotel from the outside not that appealing. But overall it was clean and for a place to stay for the night it was good and for traveling its perfect for on the road stop.

We've stayed a many Comfort Inn, but this one definitely had above average service (for any Comfort Inn or hotel! ). The front desk called the room about 10 minutes after we checked in to make sure everything was okay. The breakfast worker was super courteous and even made extra stuff for guests who arrived late, and the housekeepers we all kind. My boyfriend and I were running behind at the time of checkout, and the housekeeper let us back into our room to get our stuff without hesitation. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

At first I had major concerns about the room I was given. When I address this with management they quickly insured that I was comfortable and happy for my business stay. The staff was kind and helpful and like other wonderful comfort and the hotel was very clean with no issues. Do recommend this place to fellow travelers.

This is a well-maintained Budget Motel. The washrooms have been nicely updated. The rooms are very plain, no hotel motel art on the wall. The bed is comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

Location is great, super close to the 401. Breakfast is included, there are many choices for food, cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, and more. Rooms are mostly renovated, the heater/AC is old and one of the dials was broken, but the rest of the room was clean and new. The room includes a microwave and a small fridge. Bathroom was clean, though the tub drained very slowly, might be a little clogged. We got a 1st floor room, loved having the patio door.

Nice and clean. Not 5 star $180 a night nice and clean, but $80 a night nice and clean. Plus a free breakfast. Lovely and helpful staff.

Staff are nice at the hotel. It's right next to the mall ns the LCBO, so you have everything you need within walking distance.

The hotel room was clean but tiny and mis matched furniture. Friendly staff, just no amenities. Overall nice for an overnight stay.

The room was nice. Pillows were awesome! Bed was ok not great. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi.

The room was very comfortable, and the staff impressed me with theirtheir service. The Wi-Fi was fast enough, and I swear the wallswalls were slightly soundproof… Either way, a nice hotel.

My first night here I was tierd from the long 6 hour drive. Just wanted a shower and bed. So I get in the shower and it is full of hair. I get out of the shower and the sign hanging on the bathroom doorknob is full of hair. OK so this is gross I just want to go to bed. Go to pull down my comforter and there is some big crusty brown stuff all over my blanket. DISGUSTING! had a hard time sleeping all night just wondering what other things might be in this room. I have 4 more nights to go in London. And am seriously thinking of changing hotels. I was really excited to come here when I read the reviews. But from my own experience. This place is just gross.
