There was pubic hair in all the beds and on the shower curtain. Requested a high chair for my son. It arrived and was filthy. The caked on dried food took half an hour to soak and clean. Jennifer from Stratford was working the front desk on check out and wanted to take back the discount we were offered for the pubic hair. The pool is booked in one hour increments, and Jennifer needed us to be out ten mins early to sanitize when other staff was able to do it in under 5 mins. The remote for. The TV was broke, the handle on the bathroom drawers was broke, the bathroom door didn't lock. Overall a horrible stay. Would not recommend and will never be back to stay. The staff serving breakfast were lovely but the food was awful.

Under renovations… needs it, second floor smells, very industrial area, found finger nail on bathroom counter top, carpets stained, couch stained, not pleased for a Hilton. I should have stayed at a motel.

Clean and Kitchenette with full size fridge, stove, dishwasher!

Linens and pillow cases were dirty. Carpet as well was all in spots. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Kitchen worker did not wash her hands when she was leaving a restroom.

They have a full size fridges and nice size showers. The bed is awesome too. Love it here and they have free breakfast and dinners.

Room 106 has some rather nasty stains in the carpet which definitely leaves much for imagination. I'm surprised they wouldn't spot clean a little. Very prompt service when called about the TV not working! Clean, serviceable room with kitchenette nicely supplied with dishes, linen, paper towel, and dish soap.

We stayed 2 nights at Homewood suites London. Homewood is our preferred chain as we have children so we love the one bedroom suite and free breakfast buffet. However this location seemed grungy (greasy finger prints on back of bathroom door, dried glass ring on side table, lots of dust bunnies in the corners). Not the usual standard we are used to. Also breakfast buffet runs to 9am on weekdays and today just before 9 with a half full dining room all the food disappeared. Seems rather hasty and potentially really wasteful. Most hotels I've been to will go with the flow on their end time. You know supply and demand.

This was our second time at the hotel (in 3 years) and we were not disappointed! Stayed in the king jacuzzi suite with our 4 children and the kids loved it! The pool, basketball court and free buffet breakfast were a hit (kids made their own waffles! ) We asked for a rollaway cot and wasn’t charged for it in the end ($15 fee). I didn’t know this until I received my receipt in my email later. I would recommend this hotel, especially for families!

1 King bed suite. Nicely appointed, clean room. Kitchenette with fridge, silverware and dishes. Laptop sized room safe. Two TVs Quiet air conditioning Complimentary breakfast and dinner tonight (Thursday). $120 (our stay). Will definitely return in the future!

Stayed one night here on a business trip. Hotel was very clean. The pool was small but functional. Great hot breakfast and full kitchen (which I did not use). Great place for extended stay. A bit pricey for leisure single travelers but good value for families (4 members). Breakfast and the light supper are the selling point.

Went for my birthday. Got a king bed suite and the room was stunning. So clean with our own kitchen for my steak and scallop birthday dinner! Loved it.

Very disappointed. We got to the room, we took 2 queen suite with a pull off sofa. It was around 9 pm on a Thursday. It was my husband's birthday and we found out that our best friend died in the same morning. We decided not to cancel our plans of staying at the hotel for the kids sake. We got to the room and we pull the sofa out. Under the mattress we found crumbs, popcorn and something coming out of the mattress like white pellets. The curmbs were on the bedsheets to. We let the front desk know and they sent one of the guys from the front desk to clean as they had no housekeeping on duty (just 2 guys on the front desk). When he came he also had to clean the kitchen floor as It was filthy. My husband had to clean the pot in order to heat something for our son. On the next day when we checked out we were offered a $25 iPhone gift card for all the trouble. I refused and thought that a complimentary night would be more appropriate. The sales manager agreed but had to give us a different room as ours was taken. We left our luggage at the hotel in a room beside the front desk. They told me they'll call me when the room is ready. We arrived at 5 pm to the hotel and checked in and nobody bothered calling us to let us know that the room was ready. When we got to the room the power was off. It was off in all the corner as the stop lights weren't working so we had to wait about 45 min for the power to come back. We pulled the sofa and discover the same dirt.

Stayed with a group of 50+. Organized check-in and check out. A few of the amenities need a face lift. For example, BBQ grill grates are rusted over and need to be replaced. Will stay again though do to cooperative and accommodating staff.

Design feels a bit dated overall. But the rooms are large and the beds are quite comfortable. I like that they have a kitchen, but since I'm mostly business travel it doesn't really do me any good. Plenty of USB ports for charging and plenty of plugs. Wi-Fi can be a bit of a pain sometimes. Biggest complaint is the lack of food. They have a hot/cold breakfast, which is standard, but the dinner is specific and light but lacking options and no room service.

This hotel provides a grocery shopping service. The king bed studio was spacious and had a kitchen. Good for a budgeted business trip. The cleanliness was an issue though. Fridge was covered in dust. The sinks and drawers were covered in soap scum and there appears to be a small amount of mold in the showers corners.

Very clean and comfortable suite. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but… you know how the standard hotel fare is… lol, still, maybe this one might be better? Something else to note: good convenient access, very close to the highway (401l and easy to get right into town, although beware, London traffic is a PITA!

Clean and spacious suites. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Only complaint is the lack of hot water and rather small fitness centre. The cookies they put out at the front desk in the afternoon is a nice little touch.

Great one night stay. Free hot breakfast was more than expected, rooms were spacious and had everything we required. Nice clean hotel.

Room was located right behind elevators so much noise from mechanical room and kids galore some hockey tournament in town too many kids and some were roudy and noisy parents had no control of them playing hockey in the hallways. Angry not hotels fault but breakfast was very poor dry eggs just not as good as expected for the price paid.

Reviews were amazing so I went ahead and booked. First impressions were good, got to our room & there were stains all over the carpet and the sofa bed mattress. Room was serviced twice during our week long stay, we had to take our garbage to the trash cans ourselves. We asked for fresh towels everyday and that’s what we got. Complimentary toiletries were there upon check in and that’s all we got. Tea/coffee was not replenished either but there was tea/coffee available in the lodge 24hrs. Crockery/cutlery was dirty/missing. Breakfast was good but then lots people arrived and we didn’t manage to get any breakfast the last 3 mornings. Also the complimentary evening social was overcrowded, so we never got to try that either. Children were running about from 7am until 1.30am up and down corridors, in the gym & pool and around the lobby. Parents seriously need to control their offspring. No interaction with staff apart from check in / out. Staff meeting in the foyer is definitely not good, we don’t need to know there’s no money for supplies. I don’t think I would chose to stay here again even though it’s located right off the 401 & close to white oaks mall, there are many other motels and hotels to choose from.

I stayed at Homewood to attend a meeting, spending 1 night. The room was large and comfortable and fairly up to date. Overall I had a good stay. The amenities at this hotel are great, including the business center, pool, hot tub, basketball court, and meeting rooms. The only thing I found was that there is not a restaurant, although they do serve a meal at supper and have a complimentary hot breakfast.

Always a welcomed guest at Homewood. Perfect for business travel and to bring the family. Fully stocked kitchen make it easy for long term guests as well as their nightly Managers reception.

Really nice place. So we were on the 6th floor and after we saw chips and stuff on the floor. First we have to move to the third floor and it was awesome it was awesome and was clean the TVs were cool and everything was awesome really nice place to go for hotel in London Ontario!

Front desk is lovely at this hotel. Always friendly and sweet. Room was fine. Ended up with a jacuzzi room as no other options were available… Not my ideal, but still very functional. Can't beat having a kitchenette when you're there for a few days.

Decent rooms very clean. Coffee maker was kind of gross the one a/c unit in the bedroom didn't work also the bathroom was a weird set up with a sink outside of the bathroom? Im not sure why but there was a lot of good things about the hotel the breakfast was good the pond out front was nice I even saw bulldogs and leopard frogs in it. Parking was decent would prefer underground parking but it was acceptable coffee in the breakfast room all day and it was good coffee also for the price though I think u could go with one of the nicer hotels in the downtown core (without pool or workout room) all in all a good stay.

Great access right off the highway yet quiet in the rooms. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bed was quite comfortable and there were lots of pillows. Guest check-in was quick and all the staff very friendly. Good choices for the complimentary breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for the night of our wedding. And just stayed again for a night together. The king bed Jacuzzi room is beautiful. Free breakfast. And free supper Monday through Thursday. My only complaint is they don't have room service.

Went to Homewood suites for dinner with a few colleagues. We had some drinks and dinner. The bartender and servers were very polite and professional. The hotel and restaurant area are very clean and stylish. We ordered several drinks amongst ourselves and they were spot on in terms of alcohol and taste. The food was good. It was served hot and fresh. Overall this hotel is a wonderful place to have dinner and drinks with some friends, colleague's, etc.

This hotel was easy to get to from the highway. There are several other hotels situated in the same area. I've been to one across the street (purposefully not named) which wasn't so nice. There are many factors which make this hotel better then most: Fast check-in. Friendly​ staff. Free parking. Free breakfast. The rooms are kept in good, clean condition. The soaps and toiletries are higher-end Neutrogena products versus a no-named or house branded products. Beds were comfortable. Full sized fridge. Two element stove. Dinner table sits 4 and sofa. Will come back here again when I am in the area.

My husband and I and our two kids travelled from Ottawa Easter weekend to stay for two nights at this hotel and we were very very pleased. Clean rooms, loved the suite we were in. Great staff. Pool was a big hit with us. Basketball court also a hit with the kids. Complimentary hot breakfast every morning was fabulous. I would recommend this hotel. We will definitely come back again. Spent 2 nights here with my family including my 2 young children. Hotel was late in getting our room ready but gave us 2 complimentary movies to appologize. A warm and hearty Breakfast and dinner were provided. Pool was a little cool but hot tub was perfect. Would just like to see someone attend to the dangerous and boysterous goofing around from the older teens. If we go back to London we would return to this hotel.

All rooms are very spacious and big. Each room has a little kitchen, nice bathroom and shower, couch and good sized tv. The pool is very clean and the water is warm. The hot tub is very nice as well. They always have complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. The breakfast is delicious, but there is limited seating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, well equipped rooms, nice selection at breakfast and salt water pool made this hotel a great choice for a weekend stay with family.

Nice suite for a reasonable price. Located near a lot of restaurants.

Lacks a few little but important things. The good: quiet, clean and spacious suite. The bad: The room should not have been rented until the bathroom door is fixed. It is so tight you literally need to put your shoulder in it to close it and use two hands to lean and tug to open it. Also, the vanity/sink area is separate from the shower / toilet area (behind the door of doom). That is fine, until you realize that you need shampoo in the shower, which is in the sink area. Same for the tissue and the toilet paper refill — all (not so) conveniently located outside of the bathroom area. Breakfast was what you would expect and was ok. TV set to CNN and free paper was USA Today. Did London move to Michigan? Also, HHonors members need to be Diamond to get water and snacks. Most properties start at Silver level.

Fabulous. This spoiled us so much! Dinner included, also breakfast. Large suite, wheelchair accessible. We were all very happy! My only issue was the saltwater pool, but that's just me — it was still nice and comfortable :) love it, I'll be back.

Just checked in. Very nice and clean family oriented hotel. Spacious one bedroom with full kitchen. Free hot breakfast and Wi-Fi. Minor issues are, soda bed's mattress were upside down for some reason, and was not clean, found some hairs on the mattress, shampoo and conditioner were bit too small, pool was full of diving and yelling kids with "don't care" parents. Worried about kids' safety issues.

So far very happy. Our stay is still in progress, but we have been very pleased so far. A minor hiccup with our room having one king instead of two beds was quickly resolved. Free dinner Monday through Thursday was a surprise, and it was quite good for free. Salt water pool and nice and hot hot tub are good. Even a little practice putting green to play on out front. Room is nicely appointed and has TV's and AC in each of the two sides.

Everything a business hotel suite should be. Well decorated interior with nice finishes, nothing awkward, nice little kitchen tucked away by the door so it's not visible from rest of suite. Wi-Fi cut out periodically. Check in was one of the fastest I've ever had (which was merciful at 1am). Free breakfast was pretty good, with lots of options. Nice, impressive dining area. 8/10.

Really enjoy staying here. It is easy on and off the highway and the rooms are well appointed and provide an excellent place for my family to stop while passing through London. While we were checking out, they were bringing in cart-loads of flat screen TVs which will only be an improvement.
