We love staying here. The rooms are all suites. The kitchen area is great if you have kids or don't. Great staff especially the breakfast lady, cleaning staff and front desk. I'm alittle biased since I work for Marriott International Reservations. Honestly it is a clean, well staffed and friendly staff hotel. They will bend over backwards to help make your stay amazing.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. I like the location being right off the highway, yet I get no highway noise. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

I trust the Marriott hospitality brand and usually choose Marriott hotels for our trips. Specifically for TownePlace Suites London, you have great staff, especially the lady at breakfast who run back and forth to check the foods and asked guests if everything was ok. Our rooms were all nice (with lots of amenities for long stay), check-in process was quick, breakfast was good with great variety of choices. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in TownePlace Suites London again in the future.

Nice stay overall. The rooms are Clean and modern. Breakfast is not that great. Kind of your standard hotel breakfast not that great. It not bad either. Everything about the stay was just kinda of "nice". Nothing amazing nothing terrible. Just a decent stay. My Oly real complaint is that the rooms are very dry. Wish we had brought a humidifier kind of dry.

Stayed for 2 days while in town on business. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although plentiful, is always meh. Half hard eggs, half hard sausages, newly thawed bread products. I’ve stayed at this property many times over the last 2 years and I’ve noticed a steady decline in the area. The xxx erotic massage parlour 300 feet from the lobby or rundown Motel 6 probably doesn’t help.

Great price for extended stay visits. The rooms are clean and breakfast provided as well. The area is pretty quiet so not much to do around the area if you don't have a car. The room has good facilities, and enjoy the fact that it includes a mini kitchen.

Great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and practical. There were enough dishes for us to make dinner. Rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Would recommend to anyone travelling to London.

I was passing through the area while traveling on a road trip, looking for a comfortable place to stay with an older relative. This was the perfect fit. Super comfortable, clean — even had a dishwasher! The kitchenette set was handy! Bonus — hot breakfast! Not just continental breakfast. I enjoyed that! Stylish interior / lobby area. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend — particularly for long stays. Tip: We had a hard time finding restaurants, especially ones open later in the evening. Didn't realize about the kitchenette in room! Wish we had stopped in at a grocery store and fixed something to eat in the room. So next time, I'll do just that!

Really great value for travelers — especially anyone staying in the area for several nights. There was a dishwasher in the room! The kitchenette was great. The entire room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience! Would stay again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Vinyl floor lessened the aesthetic. Breakfast sausage and eggs were inedible, but had fruit, cereal, yogurt and other healthy options. Plus it was free. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Fast check in. Great layout of room — we got one bedroom with kitchen and pullout sofa for two nights. Very modern kitchen and bathroom. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. I wouldn't recommend the pull out if more than one night (mattress was stained in several places and very very thin and uncomfortable), it might be okay for kids but not an adult. Also the breakfast was great but they ran out of fruit and hot water and the several garbage bins were overflowing — but the two ladies there were doing their best, I think it was just a busy morning. Overall if we were looking for a hotel with a kitchen, we would stay here again. Farm Boy was very close by to get groceries and you could walk to Pizza Hut, Tim Hortons and several. Outlets like Old Navy.

Fantastic place to stay. The beds were comfortable, sheets were nice and the entire facility was very clean. The breakfast was included and went above and beyond a continental breakfast. Booked this place through Hotwire and we were very happy with our stay.

Friendly staff (not forced to be) & the rooms have all the amenities. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel & the staff. Fridge, microwave etc is great for long stays with all the comforts of home. Clean rooms, "comfy" soft bed & when you turn the TV on it goes to a fish tank channel. I love that! It's fun.

The hotel is immaculate and the rooms are well laid out. I enjoyed my stay here. There was a full breakfast with lots to choose from. Will definitely book here again when I am in London. I would rate this as the best hotel on the block overall.

Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Full sized fridge, two burner stove top and dishwasher, and you can borrow a whole slew of small appliances from front desk for free! Room was very spacious, bed comfortable. And the gym is fantastic. Multiple treadmills, a universal machine and free weights. Oh also free breakfast. TownPlace hit every box I look for in a hotel.

Clean better more comfortable bed then mine at home. I know now where I’ll stay whenever I need a hotel in London. Wonderful customer service Great breakfast. And I love the gym.

Rooms and hotel itself was amazing, breakfast was decent albeit ending 10am. Staff were nice and helpful. Fitniss centre was solid. Overall great stay.

We were only there a short time but our stay was excellent. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and it was in a good location. Our room had a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave and small cooktop. A wide variety of foods were served during breakfast, and I think there should be something for almost everyone.

Currently here in our 1 bedroom suite after a long day enrolling my son in College and house hunting. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The suite is very modern with 2 sections to it, a bedroom/bathroom and a living room area with a door separating. There is a double size sofabed. The kitchenette is very practical and beautiful with a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The staff is amazing, professional and friendly. Would certainly recommend TownePlace Suites London!.

It's an excellent place. The staff did not speak are very attentive it is an excellent hotel.

Clean and fresh rooms, friendly staff and a modern feel. The TownePlace is where I’d recommend anyone from out of town to stay! We hosted our board for the first time at the TownePlace in early November and they were all very happy with the service and rooms!

Had a fantastic night at towneplace suites. Staff were friendly and got us checked in and out quickly and painlessly. Large room with a fully stocked kitchenette, full sized fridge and a clean overall experience. Didn’t get a chance to try the complimentary breakfast but there is 24hr complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby which is a nice bonus. One critique is the fee specified in the pet policy is a little steep at $100. Caused us to leave our dog with a friend for the night in order to avoid the extra charge. Overall great experience. Would recommend if you have to stay in London!

Got a lot from the price. Good deal & would go again. Has a basic gym which was nice. Breakfast only starts @ 7 on the weekend tho, but that might be a common thing… not sure.

Stayed at this hotel on 25/07/2017, booked it through Visa Rewards. Had requested easy access room & also pet friendly. Upon arriving with our dog we were told there would be a $100 Pet Surcharge (+HST) for our $140 room. As we were 3-1/2 hrs from home & had an appointment in London the next morning we had no choice but to accept this. The room was at the opposite end of the hotel that the entrance, so much for the easy access. The room was located behind the elevator & Ice machine in the corridor, all night long about every 2 minutes the hydraulic pump for the elevator fired up for about 5 minutes, this was located behind the wall the beds were against ruining any chance of a good nights sleep. We will defiantly not be staying here again.

The location is perfect: quiet but close to everything, highways, gas stations, restaurants and shopping. The room is spacious and updated with kitchenette. The breakfast has limited variety, but good enough. The staff looks nice. The gym is new, lots of equipment. Hope it could have a swimming pool soon.

The room was spacious, queen bed, kitchenette with full sized fridge. There was a large fresh to get some work done on and the couch which had a small slide in table for a laptop or some food. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast did not have as large a selection as some other places but it was still a large selection and tasted good. They offered waffles, fried eggs, sausage rounds, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, apples, oranges, coffee and tea. Interestingly they also had a couple reserved spots for Tesla cars. Its close to some other restaurants and driving to the downtown didn't take that long. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would choose it again.

The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. My husband has diabetes and needed orange juice during the night. The person working the desk made sure I was able to get juice and was very helpful. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay her again and recommend this hotel to friends.

This place is a very good place to stay. Would stay here again, the staff is fantastic and the breakfast was really good. They great you with a smile and the lady who does the breakfast was very nice each morning. This hotel was very accommodating. We come to London every 6 months for a treatment and the hotel has a hospital rate which really helps when you want to rest after. Thanks to the staff.

Jenn Zammit-Susin summed it right up nicely. Absolute worst experience in a hotel we've ever had. The lack of any caring was the worst. And we know why… those tournament bookings come back every year, and they know that a wedding party is once… So we were garbage to them, and clearly an inconvenience. Even before we got there, because they were clearly dealing with their bread and butter team bookings first. And ya, I wish I called the police, but really, is that what we want them to deal with? Rude ignorant guests and hotel staff who don't want to rock the boat? Ya, I really enjoyed the 3 hours sleep before the incredibly long day of my daughter's wedding. Her day, and so many people dead tired. Thanks townplace suites. Nice way to represent your city too. First time I stayed in London, and the last.

Perfect. Breakfast great. Room brilliant. Even with sports teams staying it wasn't chaos. Absolutely amazing.

I don't have 0 or negative star rating option. Everything was perfect about the place and I was happy with my stay and checked out happily. But then after 2-3 days when I checked my Credit Card Statement without staying in the hotel I was charged for 2 extra nights. After calling several times no one is bother to answer and correct their mistake. Worst experience of my life and that too be with marriott. Still issue is not resolved. Hotel is excellent but beware and check your CC if you are charged extra.

This is a great hotel stay. There is no pool but all other amenities are offered. The included breakfast was great and well stocked. Rooms are spacious with a full kitchen and modern design. I would stay there again.

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and painless. The rooms were large and clean. We even had a loo title stove top in our room. The hotel is also surrounded by food options all within walking distance. I would stay there again.

What a great clean and wonderfully staffed establishment! The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. The staff — everyone so welcoming and accommodating. The only small set back was — no movie channels, but no big deal. I would have enjoyed a bathtub but the stand up shower was great and the guests on my floor were a little disrespectful with the loud yelling at 11pm and than again at 2pm. It didn't last long, but it woke me up. I didn't want to bother the front desk to complain because really, what could they do? I would definitely stay here again! Beds were amazing!

I recently had a business trip and stayed here for a night. The hotel is very easy to find right off of the highway. The hotel is very clean and the design fixtures are very modern and beautiful. All rooms are equipped with full sized fridges, stove burners, microwave pots and pans and kitchen utensils. The hotel even offers a nice business center and fresh coffee bar that is opened 24 hours. The patio is a really nice space and even offers a BBQ! The highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet. Waffle station and hot breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying in London this is the BEST place to stay and I'll definitely be back.

Stopped for a nights stay and was completely not expecting a room so well appointed. The facility was immaculate, and the staff were all nothing short of amazing. I will most definitely be returning and most certainly be recommending TownePlace Suites to friends and family alike.

Excellent hotel! Staff is customer centric. Amanda at the front desk is the best. Donna at the breakfast bar is amazing. Stay here if you are traveling to or through London. Trust me, I travel lots. I know hotels.

We got a studio with a king sized bed and pullout couch for two adults one kid and one toddler. We were very surprised to see that there was NO bathtub in our room, but only a stand-up shower. It was a little unnerving that it wasn't explicitly mentioned in any material as we would have loved to have one to bathe our little kid (we ended up figuring something out… But still…) … And I was also in awe that the supervisor said that "this is normal" (for Marriott suites) … Well in my fair share of hotel stays I can definitely say that the norm is to have a bathtub. Anyway there was nothing that was done about this inconvenience (and no offer by the staff for any inconvenience). But regardless we made do with what we had. Otherwise, the suites are nice… A little cozy once we opened up the crib (playpen. Not one of those hotel cribs). The beds are very comfortable and the place is sparkling clean. Typical suite amenities (TV, large fridge, sink, microwave, stove with two burners, players and cutlery, etc. ). Free High speed Wi-Fi. Free continental breakfast including self-serve waffle iron. Although they could have put out some real cutlery instead of flimsy plastic ones. All in all so far it has been a good stay. We do recommend this place but just make sure you read up on what you're getting for a room.

This hotel had everything! Like new… included a fridge, stove top on the counter, plates, glasses, utensils… a clean and fresh room, great beds, comfortable, clean — the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I will be coming to stay here again. Great customer service, fast check-in, helpful staff and great location.

Clean and new hotel — really liked the lobby, Wi-Fi in the rooms, included breakfast, helpful staff. Fantastic value for money. Only criticisms are the sub par shower head, and the coffee is weak. Overall, highly recommended… Just hit Starbucks on the way out.

Hotel is under renovation. Only one of three open at present. No lobby, pool or fitness room. No carpet in the hallway outside our room. Breakfast room small. Room was without pots, pans, dishware or cutlery despite being advertised as fully equipped with a kitchenette. Hotel will probably be nice when the renovations are finished in serveral months.

When I was looking for a hotel to go visit my friend, this one got really good reviews on Expedia so I went with it. I wasn't disappointed. It was a descent price for the area, the room was large, clean (except for the guest chairs needing a good vacuuming between the cushion and chair side). The room was actually too cold from the ac so we turned it down and were very comfortable. It was really quiet. Even though our room was right by the entrances, I never heard one person come in during the night. We had a microwave and small fridge and our little coffee maker came in handy. The complimentary full breakfast was a little disappointing. I was expecting more variety in the food choices and the sausages had a lot to be desired, but it was free, the eggs and little pancakes were good and you could go back for more if you wanted. The gals at the front desk were super polite and helpful. Thanks for a restful stay.
