Pasto's Grill is great! Nice guest laundry. Very courteous and efficient front desk. Just a pleasure to visit this property.

An great venue for a Christmas party. Meal was excellent and staff were exceptional!

Nice clean place but what is exceptional is the front desk staff member Hope, all staff are friendly but as a professional who works and stays in hotels a lot I found Hope to be amazing and friendly. She is deserving of this compliment at the very least. Keep up the great work Hope thanks for making my extended stay nice.

Rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was top-notch with a variety of hot and cold breakfast offerings served in the attached restaurant with plenty of staff to attend any needs. Would definitely stay again. Very good value for the money.

The location is very convenient as you are back on the 401 in less than a minute. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was so convenient with many choices of a variety of hot and cold food. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the Best Western is close to the HW 401, the room was very quiet. The staff are well trained and efficient. The decor is relaxing. There is amazing artwork on the walls in both the public areas and guest rooms. If I heading to Port Stanley again, I will come back。

We stayed at this motel because my daughter was married at the beautiful chapel on the property. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the Italian restaurant was decent. It is really the only option because there is nothing else around the hotel. Our problems were that the first room had hair all over the bathroom and one of the beds had hair between the sheets there was even hair on the window sill. They were able to change our room within about 10 minutes and it appeared clean but one of the lamps didn’t work and lighting was very poor overall. I would recommend the chapel for a wedding!

I was going to book here due to proximity to my friends wedding. I called a requested a late check out due to timing of his wedding being 2:30 pm. It would have been nice to check out at 2 pm. After staying 20 + nights at a Best Western Plus since January 2018, and even offering to pay more for the late check out the lady on the other end said there was no way to make the accommodation. This one experience has put me off the brand. I called and booked with Hampton Inn by Hilton London, they more than accommodated my late check out, and even offered to have my suit dry cleaned during the night so I would fresh for my friend's wedding. Best Western Plus, brush up on hospitality.

I’ve stayed here twice in the past month and been impressed both times. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities you’d expect. The on-site restaurant offers a nice selection, is open till 10 and serves one of the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve had in a while. Conveniently just off the highway with lots of parking. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

The conference rooms were stylish and clean. It didn't look dated. The rooms were marked with signs so it was easy to see what room you needed to get too.

This is THE BEST Best Western, in my humble opinion! The staff are well trained and efficient. The decor is relaxing. There is amazing artwork on the walls in both the public areas and guest rooms. I find that my pace slows as soon as I arrive. I walk slowly down the halls enjoying the surroundings. The attached restaurant has a nice menu and the breakfast is tough to beat. The location is very convenient as you are back on the 401 in less than a minute. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My ONLY request would be for 'real' drinking glasses in the guest rooms. If that is my biggest concern it is obvious that I enjoy the place!

We spent our wedding night here. Room was beautiful though it was so booked we weren't able to get a honeymoon room or a suite or anything but a normal room, but still beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.

Very nice stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming and offered suggestions for dinner. Room service was also courteous, despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Definitely will stay again soon.

Very clean. Friendly staff. No breakfast left in serving trays when we got down at 8:10 am Dinner service was removed from serving table after last person in line was done. Not enough dessert was available. Some got none. Coffee table was cleared quickly too and the water on the tables was also removed — even my water glass that I had just filled.

I found the lobby to be very inviting. The staff at check in made me feel at ease. I had my two little girls with me and they were not sniffed at. I really appreciated that. You have the softest beds of any place I've stayed. The room was clean, clean smelling. The bathroom was very nice. I did find the shower floor to be rather slippery. Would have lived something on the floor to avoid slipping. I don't suppose there are disposable slip mats available? Maybe something like three strips of sandpaper on the tub floor? I gave you a high rating because I just really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

I have stayed at several Best Western and this is one of nicer ones. As soon as you enter the building it has a nice clean and inviting scent. The staff at the reception was very accommodating by asking if I required a king or 2 queen bed and if I had registered for all my bonus points and confirmed it for me. She also explained the program. I was very impressed with the service.

Great hotel. I truly look forward to this stay again. I have now recommended this hotel to the rest of our company which works canada-wide and we will start utilizing it promptly. The decor as soon as you walk in is elegant and rich as are the rooms with a fantastic comfort.

I have selected five stars as that was the way the staff took care of us. Each staff member acknowledged us as we passed and the staff at the restaurant took great care to attend to our needs. We have stayed in hotels in large cities where you felt like you were one of many guests. I would recommend anyone to stop by this Best Western and put your feet up and relax. We will be back for sure. A big thank you to everyone that made us feel welcome.

Very clean. Great buffet breakfast. Some confussion on the rate by the staff at check in. Hopefully it gets sorted out. Our stay was arranged in advance for a wedding. I hope no one else in our group had to go through this mix up. Anyway aside from the billing, it was a very nice place to stay.

The service was fantastic. We went to the restaurant and it was unreal. The food, the quality, the friendliness of the servers. I was super impressed and will absolutely go back. The drinks were refreshed promptly, and anything we needed was taken care of. Just superb.

This BEST Western Plus should be your first choice of a place to stay when in the London area. The cleanliness of the hotel & the helpful staff are outstanding. The beds are the most comfortable that we have ever experienced. And finally, the hot & cold buffet breakfast which is included in the price of the room is first class, both in quality of food and presentation. It is served in a restaurant setting with full service & linen napkins.

This was a solid hotel to stay for a few days. It's quite out of the way of London, so keep that in mind. The facilities are nice, but perhaps a ting dated. The rooms where quite humid and smelled a little moist. However, it either got better over time or I got used to it. The pillows were too soft and flat for me, but that might be a personal preference. The staff was great and very helpful. My biggest issue with this hotel was the breakfast. I was coming from the west cost so with the time change I slept in a bit. I went to breakfast at 9:40am to find it was closed. The front desk informed me it closed at 9:30am! The attendant did give me a granola bar, but you can't sleep in if you want breakfast. In my opinion, 9:30am is a little early to stop serving breakfast. That said, the following day I got up in plenty of time and the breakfast was excellent.

Very nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable and good price. Easy to find off highway. The restaurant is awesome and breakfast was more than we expected. Staff all around were wonderful! Would be nice if they had a pool though.

It was a great hotel. I booked with a group for a wedding I was in. So we checked in around 1am and that was a breeze. No hidden costs. The staff were professional and friendly. Bed was really comfy and room very spacious. Room was very clean and especially the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Was not expecting all of that for breakfast Sk was pleasantly surprise. Would definitely go back!

This is honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The lobby is gorgeous, the person at the front desk was nice, the rooms were clean, and the beds were awesome! The pillowtop mattress gave me the best sleep I've had in a while. The entire hotel seems like it was remodeled recently. The breakfast buffet (in the restaurant) was also AMAZING, there was so much good food. If you are staying in the London area, this is a great place to stay. It's a little bit out of the city, but it's nice and quiet. Overall, this was a great experience for my first night in Canada.

I was very satisfied with the room and staff. Their politeness was outta this world. Couldn't of had the nicest stay. The name fits it to the tea… Best Western!

The accomodations were very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was also very good. One concern however was that my young son found a pill on the floor.

Clean, friendly staff, great location out of town between London and St Thomas. Beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet even though there were a few other functions.

Nice beds, washrooms are clean and well maintained but the room flooring in some rooms is starting to show wear and wrinkling. The included breakfast is a buffet style of hot and cold foods with milk, juices and hot drinks. During our stay scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, & French toast seemed to be the hot foods. Pastries, cereals and fruit rounded out the cold selection. There is no pool although there is a gym facility. The availability of a chapel (across a quiet street) it's an interesting addition. In the parking area between the chapel and front desk they have included a number of water features which are also nice touch. The land beside seems to have previously been a truck stop or scale but has been closed for some time. They do quite a few wedding receptions and meetings in a separate wing from the hotel rooms. The on site Italian style food restaurant is the site of the breakfast and it's only open for supper otherwise. There is nothing else within walking distance of this hotel. A few kms north on the main road you can find some other stores. The next exits east on the 401 have other stores and restaurants in London. Going many kms south you will find a restaurant and then further the town of St. Thomas.

There is no pool. It smelled like chemicals. There were a few outlets. Dear, for what you get.

I attended a wedding here last weekend. I must say one of the best places for wedding food! Just wanted to shout out to the wait staff and kitchen well done!

The rooms were a good size and well maintained. Location. Wasn't the best as everything was a drive to get to. Service was amazing and very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay this week at the Stoneridge Inn. It was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was comfortable. Also — and this is the best part — the restaurant, Pasto's, was great. They had a nice menu with a number of italian classics, and all pretty reasonably priced. I ordered the steamed mussels in tomato broth, and those were very tasty! The Best Western Stoneridge Inn is a hidden gem, right off the 401. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Stoneridge Inn was over a weekend, the Front Desk staff and all of the staff of the hotel we met and interacted with were five star fantastic. Check in was a breeze room was ready and the lady at the desk on Friday went out of her way to assist my wife to find a local hair salon. The one that was recommended was awesome. Only knock on the weekend was the lunch we had in the restaurant attached to the hotel — very VERY pricey and food was not that great. We did have a free breakfast and glad it was free. Room excellent, clean and nicely appointed. Nice welcome note from the staff, beds comfy. Five stars guys and gals, but restaurant gets a negative star. Recommend highly to anyone to stay here but find local restaurants. By the way the weekend at the hotel was very busy two wedding and in all of that the staff were gracious and helpful.

If you plan on staying at this hotel to attend a wedding at the near by chapel I suggest you come dressed for it. I booked our room a month in advance and requested early check in. We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 and were told the room was not ready. At 3pm check in our room was still not ready. At 3:30 I asked if there was at least somewhere we could change for the 4pm wedding. Unfortunately No I was told. I asked to speak with the Manager. But was told she was in the shower. At 3:45 the groom gave us the key to his room to change for the ceremony thankfully. After the ceremony our room was finally ready. When I went to pay for it it was $20 more than I was quoted when I booked it. I said Seriously? Then was told I could have the managers special… the same price I was quoted on the phone. I doubt this will be the only review from this past week end as the lobby was full of people waiting for their rooms to be ready after check in. I guess I should consider myself lucky though… The brides father finally got his room after check in and opened the door to a couple having sex on the bed. Would have been explaining that 1 to my child for awhile… So best of luck if you stay here. Bring your sense of humour at least. You'll need it!
