Good size room but definitely needs updating. Excellent price.

This is a middle of the road hotel. You are not getting top of the line luxury, but for the price, it is a decent stay. The king suite is spacious and has a mini fridge and microwave. The TV in the separate bedroom is new, but the one in the living room area is an old tube TV. The bed is pretty comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The hotel has undergone some updates, so it has some newer furnishings. I would rate it about 3 out of 5.
Another positive was the front desk staff was friendly and they offer a free breakfast, it is nothing fancy, but not bad.
The one thing to watch out for, are the huge potholes in the driveway.

We come here every time we come to London! Affordable and very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

This place really needs to be renovated. Looks like a mix of a Wes Anderson and Tim Burton style murder hotel. Front desk staff were nice, room was clean, bed was comfy. Needs better security though some crackhead was yelling in the hallways at 2:30am.

Outstanding value. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The room itself was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. All in all we are very pleased with our stay and will be back next time we are in London.

Priced good. The suite was roomy. Two televisions (flat screen in bedroom, outdated box in living room). Continental breakfast is good. It's close to shopping and eateries. Extremely nice staff :)

It's a nice hotel. Location is perfect close to everything. Staff very friendly. The building itself is old, the AC sound was loud : ( Other than that I'd recommend it.

Friendly staff and they try to accommodate. Decent menu for included breakfast. Just wish they gave choice of bacon or sausage. They have specific days when they serve one or the other.

The staff were nice and the room was clean. The beds were not comfortable. The room we were given was on the first floor right by the housekeeping laundry room so it was loud in the morning and was dark. The sheers only cover part of the window so you could not let a lot of light in during the day. The “hot” breakfast was not ideal. The food was not very tasty and the eggs seem to be powdered. We have stayed in other quality suites that were of a higher quality than this. If you must book this hotel, I would book a room on a higher floor.

Fresh room with a pool courtyard view! Be sure to reserve an inner courtyard view! Sliding glass doors open to the pool. My room was fresh with twin queen beds, flat screen TV and updated bathroom. Microwave and larger style mini fridge add to the convenience of this room. Opposite the White Oaks Mall for shopping. Good value for the money!

Good for the price, breakfast not that much and most annoying it has only 10-15 seats. Quiet when we stayed.

Great staff, room was clean. Breakfast wasn't bad. Can't complain, was a good stay.

Friendly staff. Wonderful room. Very large. Outside has alot of garbage around that needs to be cleaned. Also lots of cigarette butts laying around and very full outside ashtrays. P. S. Love the room.

Very average quality for pretty high price $110 per night. In the middle of the night I was able to hear everything what happened with my neighbors… Heating/cooling fan is auper noisy. Can find much better for this price.

Room is okay. Gross stains on the floor and walls. Weird odor that I can distinguish lingers. We came to check in and they disclosed super sensitive important information that we were completely unaware of despite booking online and confirming on the phone. I will not stay here again.

Price was decent and for the cost, the room was nice. A little dated but clean and managed. Staff really nice. Breakfast was decent, eggs were not that great but still a free breakfast! Wifi great speed. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

A comfortable stay. The rooms are generous with everything you need. Decor is clean and in good repair although delightfully retro. A simple buffet breakfast is included.

We had a large suite that was very comfortable for the price. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and hot breakfast made it very cost effective. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Decent place. Good price. Service was excellent. Fair free breakfast. Bed and sofabed were both uncomfortable and blankets were thin however. They need a bit of updating. Bathroom was clean and updated. Tom itself was clean. Good location for shopping and restaurants. Overall, we were pleased with it.

Steer clear! Staff was very nice and welcoming but the accommodations were terrible. We had no towels, no heat and our toilet didn’t work. Called down and they said they would send someone up to fix it and never did. Called twice for towels and never got any. Please don’t waste your money!

Have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. I was there for an extended visit due to medical for my spouse. The staff were very accommodating and sympathetic when I had to extend my stay. Room was clean and warm. The complimentary breakfast was fine and the ladies that worked there were friendly and welcoming. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone and would stay there again if circumstances warranted. (As a matter of fact one of my neighbours asked and she was going to book there in a week or so. )

Amazing place to spend one night or a few. The staff are exceptional and tuned into your needs at all times; the hot breakfast is bar none; the suites are exceptionally comfortable, with a television in both the bedroom and the sitting are. We are scheduled to stay there again and recommend to anyone else that they do the same.

Location close to hiway and shopping. Room was good for the price. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The breakfast was great. The pillows made my neck a little sore and the bed was not the most comfortable. But the service was great.

Dated rooms, stained carpet and a flat matress. The pull out couch was sized and when forced open so uncomfortable that it was better to sleep on the couch. The service was good but the hotel needs a major refresh. The back door doesn't open with the key and we got drenched walking to the front of the hotel one evening.

This is a great hotel. We had a very nice room. Enjoyed our time there. Nice hot breakfast. Very clean.

If you are traveling and just want a bed, in a inexpensive hotel, with a qreat Continental Breakfast and friendly and accommodating staff This is the place for you.
For those people with the negative comments, or people who want something more, than that, there are plenty of other $200 — $300+/night hotels out there, where they will gladly take your money for the extra services they provide. I suggest you look for those.

Overall it is a good place. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was a bit small. Front lobby door was confusing to find as it appears as if it a small side entrance.

Our suite wss lovely fat nicer than expected. The one problem was the bed. It was extremly hard. It was king size with only 4 small pillows plus 1 extra pillow in the closet. Overall not a too bad experience.

There are positive and not so positive aspects of this hotel but on the whole the positives outweigh the negatives and what you get is good value for money. I'll start with the downside, the smell of cigarettes is noticeable from the moment you walk in which is off putting. The decor is dated and sofa bed is not especially comfortable but it is a sofa bed after all. So a smelly, dated hotel with an uncomfortable bed what can be the positives I hear you wonder. So here goes…. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I lost something and the house keeper who happened to be doing rounds helped me search and was genuinely concerned. We didn't find it but later in the day I saw her again on another floor, she remembered me asked if I was ok and if I had found the item. I was pleased to be able to tell her I had. As I've mentioned the friendly house keeper I should also say the rooms are cleaned to a high standard and our room was free from any unpleasant smells. The rooms are very spacious and the shower is good. The hotel is peaceful, easily accessible and the location is good. There are TV's in the living area and bedroom which are in good working order. The reception staff are friendly and accommodating having answered a number of queries for us. There isn't a bar or restaurant but you can order food to be delivered to your room or to reception.

Maurice at the front desk is great at his job. Even the ladies cleaning the rooms were pleasant. Very personable. I signed up for the "Choices Privilages Program" & plan to stay within the chain in the future when traveling. The room was clean. The furniture is a bit dated but clean and in good repair.

Clean, spacious rooms at a reasonable price. Commonly used by trades people working in the London area for stays of a week or more. Most of the rooms are suites. Some of the room's furnishings are dated and need replacing, particularly old tube style televisions and sofa beds (room 109). Regardless, our stay was peaceful. PLEASE NOTE this hotel is not handicap accessible, no automatic doors, and vestibule is very small and tight fit. No pool or fitness room, but a laundry, and a good warm breakfast, and plenty of hot coffee 24/7. Hotel is 100%, "no smoking", but there is picnic table under a tree, across from the main entrance where you can light up, just steps away from the coffee urn.

A good deal for the money. Recommend you don't park in back of hotel. The night we were there some of the guests held a drinking party. The next day I had to clear away the beer cans before I could move my car. Fortunately no glass.

Home Nickel but Hotel Vetus.

The rooms were pretty large, but perhaps in need of an update. Beds were a little lumpy but we slept fine.

Bed was a little stiff. Service more than made up for it.

My wife & I enjoy staying here @ Quality Suites for many reasons. Super location, one block from large "White Oaks mall", 2mins from hwy, friendly staff, your stay includes continental breakfast, close to gas stations, restaurants & many tourist attractions. Pricing is reasonable, quality is exceptional.

Lovely hotel breakfast excellant Only complaint was the old tired bedding and the King size bed needs replaced. Stayed last fall 2 nights and stayed 2 nights this past week and will stay again. Its just I think the linens and beds-mattresses could be updated.

Best customer service and value in any hotel that I've stayed in so far. The front desk staff are always nice and comfortable to talk to whatever your request or question is. If there is anything you want to clear up about pricing or extra services they will let you know without making you feel annoying like a lot of other service people. I have asked them a few times about early check in or late check out and they accommodate it with no extra fees. Their price for a suite (living room, separate bedroom, good for having guests over or eating food without having to sit on the bed) is about $80-90 depending on the day. Some motels charge that much, so it's definitely good value. Will return anytime!
