Great rooms. Good location good prices.

Nice hotel spacious rooms. The room by facing the street can be a bit noisy in the morning. So dont be surprised if you are waken up by a car horn or a dump truck going by.

Great stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable with pillows with varying densities. The shower had great water pressure. Included breakfast was more than I expected, plenty of selection.

Having a funeral to attend 4 hours from home I chose the Holiday Inn Express as it's name is well known. However I am on my second night here and have encountered the most courteous, kind, accommodating staff of anywhere I've ever stayed. The breakfast was full and fresh and I went down 20 minutes before they shut down. I had a noisey a/c unit that made my first night a little sleep deprived but when I told the staff they went up right away. When they figured out they couldn't completely fix it, they moved us to a clean room immediately. My only 2 complaints (and they are small) is 1. The same as I've seen on here a few times, the bathroom, vanities mostly, need to be changed. The toilet paper sits in a super strange spot. And 2. It says they have a pool but they do not. However they give you a pass to the YMCA which is literally a 2 minute walk around the corner. Not ideal but was nice to cool down and relax. I'd recommend staying here.

The hotel was great! Good location so we could walk to restaurants and Harris park for concerts. We arrived early and we were able to check in before the normal check in time. The staff working were very nice. We slept in and missed the breakfast and the front desk apologized for not serving breakfast past the normal time. Underground parking was a good feature to have in a busy city.

Very nice, economical hotel. Clean, functional rooms. Excellent, low-carb friendly complimentary breakfast. Water pressure could be better. Poor placement of toilet-paper holders in bathroom (next to shoulder while sitting on the toilet! ).

Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Parking underground and above ground. Large room, clean. Close to downtown. Breakfast selection was ample. Would recommend.

This has been the worst Hotel ever. They not only messed up our reservations the toilet was broke the water from the tap is brown. Also we had a 2 day reservation an they stressed us out an told us we only had one night. We had to show the confirmation # to the manager to fix the problem. Very stressful asking us to leave when were from outta town omg an a long weekend awful. The room mix up was bad two I mean were friends but had to sleep in the same bed it wasnt what we ordered. So a one Star is being nice honest if I could post picks on here I would. Not to mention we used that water to make coffee the first day not knowing an I been sick two days. Will be reporting it to the Health Board upon my return.

Clean room. Comfy bed. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Like the price and location.

I have spent close to 100 nights here over the years. The new management never offers me an upgrade… spire member, even when they are showing many avaliable rooms at time of ckeck in. You suck!

I got in later in the night and was able to check in for a room for the night. Granted, I had a corporate rate which was a nice to have but the room was clean and tidy — even cozy on a cold February night. The only issue I had was noise from the street but I was able to shut that off by closing the window. This was after a long time I noticed a window that can be opened (kind of like in an apartment) on the 9th floor of a hotel. Also, one other recommendation would be a vending machine with some healthier snacks. I had to walk around quite a bit at that time of the night (10.30p) to find something healthy to eat. Overall, I recommend that hotel.

My room was fine, but the bathroom was designed by a sadist. The toilet paper, if you're sitting on the toilet, is jammed firmly into your left shoulder. The shower has weird angles that require circus level contortion to get clean all over. Front desk is great, very helpful. Which you will need because the key cards stop working if they are put near a cell phone. This was told to me by the guy at the front desk. Also housekeeping was a bit off when we were there, but nothing too bad.

Stayed at this hotel March 23rd to March 24th.
Upon arriving at the hotel around 6:30pm, we went up to our room to find our bathroom had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor and in the garbage bin, all the hand soaps had been opened from the previous guests and the bathroom itself was just not cleaned.
We called down to the front desk where we were told we could switch rooms. This wasn't an option as we were with 2 other room on the same floor, so we were told someone would be up ASAP to clean the bathroom for us.
We left and went out to dinner. Got back to the room around 9pm to find them JUST finishing "cleaning" the bathroom.
About 5 mins later the manager on duty Paresh Iyer, came to check on the bathroom. We told him that he couldn't check it at that moment and someone was using it. He assured us that we would not be charged for the room and the parking fees and that he was very sorry for the problems we had had. (2 of us were there when he said there would be no charges)
Upon waking up in the morning we noticed mold on one of the pillows we had been using, as well as a dirty contact on the bathroom floor, which was suppose to be cleaned (We have pictures)
I went down to check out and make sure that we were not going to be charged like we were told the night before.

Even tho there was a couple hockey teams there. We didn't even notice. Great stay. 2nd time we stayed there. Would stay again.

Pretty good hotel at a good location. Not enough parking though. Can be tough to get a spot when the hotel is busy. The room I was in smelled a bit musty but leaving the window open helped. Breakfast is as you would expect for a holiday inn. The Wi-Fi makes you sign in again every day which is a bit annoying.

Close enough to the Western university, rooms were clean, but there was noise that kept me awake.

It was exactly what I expected from a holiday Inn. The room was clean but not huge. The staff was nice and inviting. Location was right downtown with many good restaurants nearby.

The rooms are a cramped but they have a full closet a microwave and a fridge which is nice. A desk in the corner as well. The bathroom is pretty basic. Exactly what you'd expect. However they have an amazing breakfast that is totally worth waking up in the morning for. The lobby is also pretty small and the night I was there both parking lots were full but they did have an overflow parking lot so it was fine.

We found this place during a tormienta of snow. It was the only place open. Fully service satisfactory, but quite expensive!

Location isn't great. Lots of security in the hotel. It is a huge pet peeve of mine when there are no outlets easily accessible next to the bed. This hotel irritated me for that reason.

Friendly staff, generally quiet and clean rooms. A bit dated but fine for my one night stay. Parking is extra. Close to downtown for appointments and a good vegetarian Asian restaurant is close by. Heating system is a bit loud even on low fan. Breakfast is adequate to get going, but the coffee is nothing special.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to in a long time. Not just the quality of the hotel but the effectiveness of the staff. Everyone I encountered knew exactly how to help and were so welcoming towards me and my family. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. I usually check over the whole room over when I arrive to see if it's up to my standards and this hotel exceeded my expectations! There wasn't any hair, dust or crumbs anywhere in the room (kudos to the housekeeping staff). The breakfast had SO many options it was crazy, it was super yummy too! Eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, pancakes, cinnamon buns, bagels, apples, bananas, juice, milk, I could go on and on! I highly highly recommend staying here if you are in need of a hotel in London. I will certainly be returning!

Can't set the temperature lower than 20 Celsius. That wouldn't be so bad if it actually got below 30 degrees. Have to keep screwing around with the thermostat and at 4 am, I'm about to rip the it off the wall. It's 3 degrees outside and 30 in this damn room. Never again. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. If you want to use the elevator after 9 pm, you have to swipe your room key. Again… if it worked, maybe not a horrible idea. Had to wait until a kid from a hockey team got in to go up to the 4th floor.

Was really looking forward to having a bath since my tub at home is not deep enough. The tub in our room is huge however there is no pressure for the hot water and took 2 hours to run a bath that was cold in the end. Apart from that the room was lovely and had a comfortable bed.

Our stay here is good and breakfast is also good. The price is not bad and our room is perfect for me and my wife. I will recommend this to others.

Not very satisfied with the stay here unfortunately. Rooms were clean but a lot of issues with the technical part of the room. A lot of the sockets weren't working or were very loose which would lead to cords falling out. The lights near my bed weren't working even if plugged in. Internet was not good at all, which I need it for work… — asked the front desk if he can give me a wire or if they can do anything about it, he hands me a useless phone wire. I laughed and decided not to fuss about it. Since I only stayed here for one night, I didn't bother complaining or asked to change rooms. Hopefully your stay will be better then mine!

Rooms are pretty small and the one I was in had a smell that I can only describe as cheerios. It was weird, but not the worst thing. Rooms were otherwise clean.

Check in was quick and easy, underground parking was scarce. Rooms were clean and the Wi-Fi password was given upon getting the room keys. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was decent.

Stayed here twice for work and both times the service was good. Check-in process was quick and easy. Parking available on-site. Good location to get to downtown London without a car. Wifi is a bit slow. Breakfast selection was good (pancakes, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, eggs, sausage, yogurts, cereals).

Didn't spend the night at The Holiday inn Downtown London Ontario. I was just there on personal business but overall it was a very nice experience.

Rooms were very clean but small, parking was an extra charge. The breakfast was well done with lots of choices.

For a low service property, this place exceeds expectations. Front desk is amazing, and accommodated my needs, thoroughly recognizing elite status.

The staff we very friendly and accommodating. We requested an additional set of towels after checking in and was pleasantly surprised that they were brought up with an amenity gift bag and a personalized welcome letter! Oh the breakfast was 5 stars as well as the dining staff.

I don't know the city very well, but the hotel was in a great location for the wedding we were attending. The room was great, clean and modern. The room was quiet and very comfortable.

The g small girl with the big nose an is tan like iran is really rude an not Help full once so ever really disappointed treated me with disrespect.

Rooms were great. The service want as great as previous years on Christmas eve. The breakfast had no hot food.

I had a shirt stay in this hotel. The rooms were clean and the hotel is located well especially if you have a car. The facility doesn't have a restaurant yet the pub across the street is convenient and delicious.

I loved the room but the customer service is horrible talk about making someone feel like they are unwelcome. Today I went to check out and was treated like a criminal they wouldn't give my money back until they went to "check my room" what on earth am I walking away with for a $100 deposit? The room was nice and cleaning staff was great I also appreciated the breakfast but I can't get past how I was treated.

I live downtown and always recommend my guests stay here. Great value and the free breakfast is prime.

My friend and I were staying in London for one night and I booked this hotel over the phone weeks in advance of our stay. We got a room with two double beds. We arrived at check in time and I gave the woman at the reception desk my credit card and we went up to the room. Although it looked nice and was clean, the room was extremely small, barely enough room to walk around the beds. Just a few minutes after arriving to the room we got a call from reception saying my credit card had been declined. I went down to the front desk to try to understand how that was even possible because before even booking the room I made sure there was more than enough money on my credit card to pay for the stay. It turns out that there is a $500.00 damage deposit on top of the price for the room that no one felt they had to mention at the time I booked it over the phone or checking in. They immediately kicked us out. I asked to borrow a phone book so that we may try to find another hotel on short notice but they wouldn't let us. They told us we weren't aloud in the building or even on the property. It was very disappointing. We ended up going next door to Executive Suits where they gave us an apartment sized suite with living room, kitchen and two separate rooms with queen sized beds for 20 dollars less than what it would have costs us at Holiday Inn Express. It wasn't as fancy but definitely more space, they had a later check out time and no damage deposit.

I was in London for a conference and this hotel made my weekend! Great staff, wonderful service — they went above and beyond! The rooms are nice, the building is well-maintained and everything is clean. The breakfast is a full, self-serve meal that has a lot of variety and they never ran out of anything — quite the feat considering the hotel was completely booked for the weekend! A great experience that I will repeat any time I need to stay in London.

Very nice people. Staff gave us a sympathy card. Genuine, caring people. Will stay here again.

Have stayed there for around 10 days, got a good room with kitchen. Regular housekeeping. Overall it was a good stay.

Very nicely decorated rooms, an unusual yet well adapted property to the Holiday Inn Express brand — 8/10.
