Booked a room called and the guy said sorry we are close when already paid for.
Not immaculate, but fairly clean. Nice staff. If you want to get to the lake you *can* walk, but it's a boring walk so I'd recommend driving to the free parking by the beach. It's a good place to stay if you want to visit the island or national park. (It's about 13 minutes to drive to the national park. ) 7/11 next door for coffee & snacks. Lots of big stores nearby and restaurants. The price was better than other accommodations in Leamington. Room had a fridge and microwave. I'd stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this little 2 star motel… clean, spacious and quiet. 4 stars!
