I have stayed at hundreds of hotels. The rooms were spotless and sanitized. The beds were quality and I had an amazing sleep. The most impressive thing for me was the customer service. We stayed at this location because of a charity motorcycle ride for taken care of abused children with The Guardians of the Children Canada. The managers offered to let us park all our motorcycles underneath the porte co·chère in the front foyer to keep our bike dry in case of rain and so that they could keep an eye on them during the night.

Horable owner horable service just totally ripped us off will never recomand them at all. We were hired by the owner to service his property and the owner showed very bad leadership. We were honest we gave him our rules our contract he gave us the green light and as we serviced his property he backs on his words and rips us off for our services of $4000 very very bad leadership. As we have everything he agreed on saved. Just don't recomand it at all. As he did this kind of stuff alot when everyone heard what he did just shame people work for their family.

So I stayed at hotel for a week while I was working in a town nearby. The hotel is up to date, the beds where comfortable and the staff where delightful. The internet kicked you off daily and no matter what devices you used there was no Netflix's.

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. It's clean, the lobby is beautiful, and the owner and staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly.

The experience of staying at this hotel was amazing. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Great management. I would recommend this place to stay if you are visiting Leamington.

Rooms were great. The TVs didn't work though. Honestly had a great experience anyway.

Room was beautifully renovated and staff were fantastic. The only challenge we had with our stay was that our room was across from the kitchen/breakfast room, and we could hear them talking and preparing from 230AM. If you're a light sleeper be sure to ask for a room at the other end of the hall, as the soundproofing is not very good. Incredibly accommodating otherwise! Thanks so much!

Spent a quick night, clean and well put together. Recently renovated rooms and bathrooms. Service was very good. Gm offered to open up a business account for frequent business travel.

I highly recommend Quality Inn Leamington! Very nice and comfortable rooms. The staff all know my name and are more like extended family. Breakfast is more extensive than most. Definitely worth a stay for just a night or many!

I've stayed here a dozen times for business. It was always a good hotel, but the recent updates and change of brand have really raised the bar. Great rooms, excellent service, and even the breakfast is top knotch (for something free at a hotel).

Love the waffle maker. Free breakfast. Excellent place for group stays, like wedding guests.

Bed bugs! I saw that the mattress was wrapped and a powder was spread around the bed frame. I didn't know what that meant until a few weeks later when we realized that we had a mild infestation. The exterminators told us to wrap our mattress, then they spread a powder to kill the bedbugs around our bed frame. Avoid this place!

My job requires me to drive out of the city, and my boss chose Quality Inn because he said it was very nice. Turns out, it was very nice. The rooms were tidy with all the amenities that you'd require. Great customer service with a free breakfest; Plus, they have a bar! Please note, my boss only let me have 2 drinks : (. Regardless, a great place to stay!

Good place. Remember it as the Journey's End Motel when it first started years ago. Many renovations over the years gave improved the hotel.

Hotel was clean and recently renovated and the included breakfast was great. It was very close to a bunch of restaurants (Tim Hortons, A&W, Lakeside, etc. ) and stores (Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc. ). There were some parts of the hotel were not renovated (shower, exit doors, etc. ) and had a fair amount of noticable wear. Overall I had a great time and would stay with them again.

This is our second stay there. For hogs for hospice. Our first stay they were doing renovations and did not affect us. We had a clean room and the staff is awesome. This year the renovations were all done the place looks and feels great nice hot breakfast which is better than most places I've been a lobby bar and snacks and the staff will take care of whatever you need. Will definitely book again. Thank you Dharmesh Patel and all your staff for a great stay.

I have stayed at Quality inns before… this one was the best! The room was clean, the staff was helpful and nice and the included breakfast was amazing! We will stay here again. Thanks to all the staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is also close to fast food, restaurants, and landmarks. However, there was a ridiculous bug infestation all over Leamington, and the Quality Inn staff were not doing enough to keep the bugs away from the hotel. If I'm paying $200 for a room, I don't want to come back to a hotel COVERED (from the outside) in bugs.

Good hotel with clean rooms and facilities. Located near shoppers drug mart and fast food places within walking distance. The hotel is small but we'll maintained.

Located central Leamington, the Quality Inn had recently been renovated. The room was nice and the staff were friendly. For a hotel breakfast, the selection was pretty good. There was a small work out room as well and staff were friendly. Biggest issue was noise and not sure if it was just peculiarly noisy guests or the world's smallest walls but you could hear anything happening in neighbouring rooms and the hall. Good for an overnight stay though.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Last summer when it was under construction and again last week. The bed was great. I would love to know where to purchase one for myself. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was clean and well maintained. Located in a great part of the town where everything was accessible. We will be back. Thank you!

I am there once a week on business the staff they're are awesome. Really nice place great breakfast. But what I really like there is the people that work there really nice people. Irmino.

They were in the middle of renovations but still quite nice and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the breakfast area for an after hours presentation with our kids. Very close to all amenities.

Staff was extremely courteous and professional. The hotel was in the middle of renovating it's lobby but at no point were we inconvenienced by this. Would definitely stay again!

Everything new, b fast ok, no pool, but re done top to bottom, so should be good for couple of years, dealt direct got $105 a night (based on 2 rooms for 10 nights, but they do deal)

The Comfort Inn in Leamington has been my home for the past 2 1/2 months while I am working in the area Monday thru Saturday and the Staff has been so very helpful and most accommodating. Limited service but not too many people come here with the intention of hanging out in the hotel all day! Too much to see and do! Breakfast is great, All the little extra things they do count for a lot. The housekeeping staff is great. Everyone on staff is so friendly. Justin and Rebecca are always ready to answer questions being very helpful. The front desk staff's hospitality makes up for the limited services. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great an friendly place to stay.

Limited services but great staff. Very Friendly. Great stop for anyone going to Point Pelee National Park, Pelee Island, and the wine tours of Windsor-Essex County.

Average in appearance, clean rooms, rooms are far too small, poor furniture layout (no room to sit at desk), no amenities — 3/10.
