Very clean, great value, all that was promised: small and simple, classic "motor inn". Had TV, full fridge and microwave, and felt very safe with enclosed courtyard. Arrival tip: motel parking is in the middle, you drive right up the driveway to the office/front desk and through underpass. The obvious parking lot on the right side of the motel is the wrong one. (It belongs to the apartments next door and we were chased away immediately! ) No restaurant, no breakfast, no pool, no fitness room. If you want fancy and all the facilities, look elsewhere. If not, this should hit the spot, and be easy on the wallet.

Very nice place to stay. Good size fridge and microwave. Bathroom is a little tight in the double queen room. Lcd TV (was no remote) free Wi-Fi. Smelt and looked very clean.

Affordable, well appointed, modern rooms. This hotel is conveniently located. A modern retake of the classic motor court style lodging. Beautiful clematis flowers dress up the parking area too!

Clean and comfortable. One drawback was the loudness of the air conditioner. Other than that, very good with a great restaurant attached.

Great if you have pets. A bit pricey for no breakfast or pool.

My husband and I stayed for two nights in a jacuzzi room for our anniversary. The room we had was beautiful, and very clean. We will definitely be returning! We also enjoy the food & staff at the restaurant.

Great place for breakfast. Friendly family run business. Food is always good and quick service. You need to try the flaming Cheese appetizer … It delicious and entertaining.

Very clean and quiet. Only negative was that the cleaning service ignored our do not disturb sign. Outside of that we had a very positive stay and would easily return.

As we entered the room we were automatically hit by bad decor and nauseating smell. The place had sort old vibe-isa design with a poor selection of colors. The bath was dirty. And the worse part was that they promised us an lake view, but all we saw was buildings and cars. As it had seemed they cheated us since we had to pay around 200$-300$ and most of the rooms were sold for 79$-80$

The TALBOT TRAIL INN & SUITES is not an expensive fancy 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ resort style hotel, but for an independently owned & operated place, it's great. The rooms are clean, cozy, comfortable, simple & the staff are very friendly & accommodating… & PET FRIENDLY! Finding a place like this is becoming fewer & far between!

My wife and I were very impressed with the Talbot Trail. It was very clean, modern and the staff is very friendly. The next time we go back to Leamington, we will be staying there again…! Ken and Candy Swanson.

Best motel I've been in terms of quality of rooms. Our room was spacious and AC was running great. However one minor thing is that some towels weren't clean. But I'd visit again if I go to that area.

We slept well though the facility was quite full. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable but did not use the shower/tub as it was not clean. Must take care and be patient with parking as the lot has only one entrance. Staff were friendly. Would likely stay again.

Sign Ok but entrance not noticable. Because a restaurant attached to the building… driveway is hard to see and very narrow. Parking is through this driveway. Rooms are a good size, clean and well kept. Checking in was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Good area, close to all amenities. Only five to ten minutes away to Point Pelee National Park.

Room was lovely, just what we needed. Clean and tidy. Very quiet too. If we are in the area again we will certainly stay again. Well worth the money.

Rooms have fridge and microwave. Walls are too thin, can hear the next door talk. I did a complain and someone came right away. Good service, but crappy sound proof.

We had two employees stay for 1 night, and they said It was one of the worst places they have ever stayed in. The rooms had a terrible odor and the pictures shown on the website are not anything like what they advertise, they had to constantly move their vehicles due to parking issues, restaurant closed 1 hr early than posted. Will never recommend this place ever!

This is my second time staying at Talbot Trail Inn and Suites and it's always very welcoming and clean. The beds are nice and comfortable.

Family weekend. 2 nights 3 days. Close to downtown, 10 min drive to Pelee national park. Rooms have Wi-Fi and are clean. Pleasant staff and parking was also convenient. Great restaurant attached, unfortunately they close at 8 pm each day. Newly renovated rooms and very quiet. Will be staying here again.
