Great location, right in front of the marina. Room was decent. Parking not a problem either. Hassle free checking in and out.

The inn is located in a small lakeside City. Just off the dock for Pelee island. Rooms we really spacious. Quiet and clean. We will revisit.

Loved it. The room was awesome, the inn itself is queit and cozy. In a perfect place to walk alongside the beach or the pier, and there are plenty of food options both at the hotel, and around it. Will be staying here again for sure.

The newly remodeled bar is very different. The dark wood is gone, everything is white and pristine. Service was attentive, food was good.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Seacliffe Inn. It's a beautiful old building right near the lake, the rooms were really comfy. The best breakfast in Leamington is right across the street too. Can't go wrong staying here.

Excellent food. Where else in Essex cty can you get gulf coast shrimp and local rack of lamb. Cheerful service. Not cheap but worth the price.

Good location, close to a park and to the ferry. Clean.

Room was decent. Shower was a little under pressure. Bed felt kind of old. My biggest issue was no elevator. I was on the third floor and had to open three fire doors, some at the top of stairs with my bags in hand.

Clean and comfortable. I've stayed here twice during the off-season and it wasn't particularly busy. Reasonably priced. Would stay there again.

I had a room booked (305) for 2 nights on Friday and Saturday, October 13 and 14th, 2017 and I would like to inform you of several shortcomings and the overall horrible experience of staying at this hotel. Initially booked through Expedia as the hotel was a top pick, I arrived on Friday evening at about 6PM and was promptly given my room key. Upon proceeding to my room, I dumped all my luggage and headed out to see the sights of the town before a family wedding the next day. Only upon getting back at about 11PM did I notice that there was this huge yellow stain on the duvet and it smelled weird. As usual, I tried calling the front desk to ask for a replacement but there was no hotel staff anywhere to be found. I so I turned the fire place all the way up and decided to go for a shower. There were no bath towels in the room and only 2 small face towels. Again, no hotel staff anywhere to request for some towels to be brought up. I finally managed to get towels the next morning before having to go to the wedding. Saturday night (14th Night), the fire alarm went off at about 2:15AM and all the hotel's guests were assembled outside as per evacuation policies. Not a single staff member was reachable and we had to call 911 and the Fire Department ourselves and wait till 3:30AM to be told it was a faulty sensor and the hotel staff should have been on hand to report the issue to the fire department.

Great location. Good service. Next to the dock and beach. Good place to stay if you are heading out to the island.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Location across the street from waterfront parc and ferry dock. Enjoyed an evening at the outdoor patio bar with live acoustic music.

Fantastic stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. The in-house restaurant had great food, and there is a fantastic breakfast place right across the road. Rooms on first floor are accessible. Close to the peele Island ferry.

I feel bad giving this place only a three because the location was amazing, the inn very quaint and unique compared to the average hotel, and the service was very friendly. That said, we had some consistently bad luck for our two night stay. We checked in to a room that had not been cleaned (blankets and towels were strewn about). For the inconvenience, we received vouchers for their restaurant, though they were only to be used on a specific day. I was hoping for an upgraded room because the room we got (202) overlooked the parking lot, but the woman was unable to accommodate that. Worse was that we were told to leave and hang around for 45 minutes while our room got cleaned. It was just after a long drive and we really just wanted to rest, so that was a pretty big let down. Also, our Do Not Disturb sign was missing so we fashioned our own, and on our second day when we left for the day and came back (gone for about 7 hours), our room had (again) not been cleaned. So service was friendly but not very good. The woman we dealt with said they were very short staffed, so I chalk it up to bad luck. The restaurant was pretty good. Prices were great, the perch was very tasty, the broasted chicken also quite tasty. I felt like the burger meat was generic frozen grocery store patties, so I was a little let down there, but they have a pretty awesome patio, so over all the restaurant was a nice experience.

Clean ans comfortable rooms. Nautical theme. Good views of the marina and ferry. Friendly staff. Good value for a family of four and reasonably large rooms.

I've never stayed in the hotel but the pub downstairs is nice. The staff are friendly and service-oriented. The food is good and the weekends patio parties with live music are a big local attraction.

The Inn is charming, clean and it has a bar resturant that is attached with a great menu and great food. I was driving through the area and didn't have any plans to stay on the island, but as soon as I saw the inn I walked in and asked for a room and had a wonderful relaxing time. I highly recommend this place and I hope to go back again in the near future. It's very romantic but it's also great for family because if it's location, and the views are to die for.

Location is top notch and staff are friendly. Room had nice updates. Room could definitely use a new carpet though. There were a few big stains that seemed like crime scenes.

We are still here right now! Great place to stay. Beautiful view of Lake Erie. Quiet rooms, feels like home. Friendly Staff. Very reasonable at only $123 per night Canadian currency.

Stayed there a week ago the location is great right on the water the room was really nice and clean, plenty of space we had a wonderful weekend, highly recommend it. Next time we're in leamington it's gonna be here again.

A nautical themed inn over a pub!

The location was fantastic, right on the waterfront in Leamington. The room was recently updated, exceptionally clean and well appointed! the service was very good, and the staff were friendly as well as helpful!

Great location, beautiful room, friendly helpful staff, but food was not as good as we thought it would be. I gather the kitchen recently changed. Here's hoping they get the problems worked out.

Stayed here a for a few random nights in November, in rooms 207 (Double Queen), 209 (Queen), and 205 (Suite). Room 209 was the nicest for a business traveller, such as myself. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and I would return if given the chance. Below are a few points. I'm not sure if it's because I was there during the off-season, but I found it very difficult to reach anyone at the hotel during business hours. This improved slightly with time (over a week). I would suggest if anyone needs to reach someone at this hotel, to try reservations first, and then the extension for the bar downstairs, where employees and the owner can sometimes be found. Also, be sure to contact someone at the hotel if you are planning to check in late. Twice I had made a reservation through Expedia, to find that the hotel had no record of my pending arrival (I did make the reservations last minute, to be fair). No one is at the front desk late at night, so arrange a time before hand, or you might not be able to get in. Staff here are cordial, and the owner is friendly and generous (to the point of inviting me for a drink at the bar downstairs). I had to cancel one night past their cancellation policy, and had made a few last minute reservations, and they were always accommodating. There is no breakfast offered, nor did I eat at the pub (in which the kitchen was closed at 5pm. Odd).
