For the amount of money we paid, everything we received was a pretty good bargain: A room: check. No extra charge Wi-Fi: check! No extra charge parking: check! No extra charge breakfast… for 3 1/2 guests! Check! Our room was not luxurious by any stretch but some effort was put into updating and it shows. The room we got was clean and not noisy. There’s a bar/restaurant downstairs and a small hot tub and pool. The four stars reflects our experience tempered by a reasonable expectation for a bargain hotel next to the busiest highway in North America.

Just off the highway the next exit there's a huge smart Center there if you need supplies an hour drive to downtown with traffic. Staff is very respectful and helpful. The rooms are clean and well looked after. If I had a sticking point. It would be the buffet breakfast in the morning. They had one person serving all the guests that came down for breakfast which was surely overwhelming for one person to look after 40 people in different stages of breakfast.

Seems like a better quality Travelodge than the ones I've stayed at in the past. Lobby has a modern decor and there is a good amount parking space. Nice indoor amenities, including a small fitness room. The rooms seem clean and modern with an efficient air conditioner and a sleek looking bathroom.

I love this hotel. It have mini fridge and microwave in rooms. All was clean.

Great breakfast included, good price, nice pool and hot tub, restaurant right there, clean room and bathroom. When l reported guys outside my room causing alot of noise, late at night. It was, taken care of right away. Helpful at the desk.

This place is litterally one of the dirtiest diagusting sorry excuse for a hotel ever. The bed in my room waa dirty and I asked for them to change it. Room service knocked at 1 am. Stay farrrrr away… Please.

Excellent location near the 401, remodeled with taste, clean, very friendly staff, excellent Wi-Fi, acceptable continental breakfast, parking included and ample, safe, room services and excellent entertainment.

Nice stay ; but the dealing of the housekeeping supervisor was not in a professional way. Felt so.

We booked a room for 3 adults for 1 night at this Travelodge location. When we checked in, we were told that our room was not ready and that most of the floor had been booked by a large group of people. They gave us a room which was probably their smallest and somehow squeezed 2 queen-sized beds in there. It was quite uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Not worth the price-point in my opinion. Breakfast was also a horrible experience. The breakfast area had limited seating, and limited room to move around. The large group that was staying there occupied the entire room, and ate most of the food, leaving other guests to wait in the lobby without food. Bad experience overall, would not return and would not recommend.

Worst stay ever! Im working in a hotel and I never never see something like this. The people at the reception don’t want you. I arrived at 10pm after 6 hours of drive and they maid me wait 20 mins at the reception. The room smell so bad, I dont have what a asked for! And what about the service, poor! I will never go back with my family and never refered u!

We made a reservation and was told we could pay using our debit visa. Me, My pregnant wife and my baby travelled 5-6 hrs for this hotel and the receptionist almost didn’t let us check in because we didn’t have money in our credit card to pay for it. We insisted we were told by customer service that we can check in using our debit visa. This receptionist has no heart And no consideration. This is a very bad customer service and bad experience for my family. No manager was on site and no other staff could help out with our situation. We were standing at the lobby and felt like begging to let us in as we have no place to go and we were going to pay for it and will not run away.

Free parking, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, close to high way 401, 404 and Dvp, room charges are reasonable, swimming pool and restaurant inside. Customer service is excellent.

I was supposed to be sleeping as I had an all night Drive let the front desk know not to be disturbed and the maid pounded on my door so hard scared me and was unable to sleep after that. Totally unacceptable.

Looks like they but new showers in rooms but forgot to but a shelve for your shampoo or soap. Hot tub did not work. Had to get room card reset fir second day. Staff were friendly.

Great hotel for a quick overnight after my flight was missed, probably wouldn't take a family vacation here. Didn't get an opportunity to try the breakfast, though it looked alright.

This place is well kept with an accommodating staff. Given itnis right in Montreal and next to the airport it os reasonably priced. The atrached restaurant is equally as accommodating with excellent wait staff. The food is good and modestly priced. All in all a great place to stay.

Very friendly staff! Also have a great pub attached called Stags Head! I frequently choose this as my go to hotel when I stay in Scarborough. 4 stars in my books!

Nice place, free parking, decent continental breakfast, the restaurant downstairs is great with excellent staff… Hotel staff were nice also. Easy to find hotel, convenient location.

Love the new look. Atmosphere was pleasant. Service was excellent. Bartender was very professional and helpful.

I thought the brand name of Travelodge meant we would have had a reliable experience, but we ended up being disappointed. When we arrived, the lobby was clean and immaculate and the staff at the front desk were dressed clean and sharp and I was thinking to myself this was going to be an awesome stay. That feeling didn't last long. We arrived around 9pm, which wasn't a problem because we were still able to check in. Glad to hear it! However, it is apparently too late to request new bedsheets because "no maid on duty". The clerk on duty therefore came upstairs to check the used sheets and decided to give us another room, which we reluctantly accepted. By the way, we only got the change of bedsheets the following afternoon after having left the friendly request to the maid to leave them on the bed so we can take care ourselves. We also had difficulty with the room keycards, which I had to go downstairs 3 times to reactivate. The complimentary breakfast I have no compliments about. It is a small room, so the first morning when we went downstairs unfortunately there was already a sports team there so no more room for us, so we decided to eat elsewhere. The second morning, although we found a place to sit, the orange juice from the fountain was actually water, no refill of sausages yet, the syrup dispenser for the toaster waffles was broken. Suffice to say I had lost my appetite at that point and threw out my plate and decided again to have breakfast elsewhere.

Great place, been there quite a few times. However this time there was a leak in the roof and my phone got completly soaked. The front desk simply advised they will advise the concierge and did not care about the damage that was done.

Good location, service personnel are not professional, the driver's license and credit card both sides of the photocopy and the first day of the deposit, the room one side of the renovation business.

I was visiting friends and relatives from the United States and was recommended to stay here as it was close by to them for a decent price. Nice place to stay for travelers, although we did have to switch rooms at first and the elevator was not working on some days.

Nice renovation of the lobby. New restaurant looks great. Great staff. Raj and Jit do a great job.

Good value hotel. Breakfast was continental style (bagels, toast, cereal, frozen waffles) hot eggs and sausages were subpar. Very clean though, staff super helpful, restaurant on site was delicious! Spa and pool were nice.

The rooms are great, although I had a bad experience with the house keeping person (Charles). Rest assured the hotel is great. Make sure you get to the breakfast area before 8:30, because officially the breakfast ends at 9:30 A. M but it all gets over by 8:30.

One of worse hotel I stay, price like 3 star hotel and rooms zero star, poor spring mattress, small rooms, broken power outlets, poor ac, 2 towels in bathroom hard like matt, just waste my money, break fast included but what they served cloud smash eggs, super cold pan cake and thats it… not recommended.

We managed to get some sleep with working AC units, that's it for the positive. The place needs to be refreshed in a very near futur before turning into a complete dump. We will not be returning.

We stayed there for two nights. It was good. The bed was comfortable, even the cot they provided for my daughter. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was good. It is not super fancy but it is good for the price.

I stopped by the Stag Head pub and had a wonderful time. Food was great, and the service was spectacular. 10/10 would return.

No quality for this hotel as it is close to the freeway and the noise that goes with… lost in the middle of nowhere. Nothing to eat either in the hotel or in the vicinity and the bed of large size but of poor quality.

The only hotel I go to in Scarborough. The price is worth what your getting. I never had a problem staying here and like the complementary breakfast you get in the morning. The rooms are always clean and I like that a bar is connected to the hotel. One bus away from Scarborough Town Center which is good also.

The service at this hotel is wonderful. The lobby and pool area has been recently renovated. There was an issue with the lock on the pool door — but management was quick to have it rectified. Also a great location, right on the 401

Coffee machine instead of kettle but at least a coffee sachet was provided. Bath but no plug. Fridge in room but it wasn't switched on so no use that night. Apparently it's free breakfast but we had to leave too early. We got a good nights sleep.

Last minute emergency. Rob at front desk at 3am got us an awesome room Pet Friendly too! Thank you all!

Travelodge is one of the finest hotels in Toronto. I choose this Laton for an information session because it's close to colleges. Had a Room presentation, had really good lights, A/C free Wi-Fi, all at decent price.

Went for a work related meeting and aside from being a little lost due to Scarborough I was able to find it easily. After getting there I was able to ask the very polite concierge about the location and they pointed me in the right direction. The additional signage was a help. Made it just in time to catch the introduction. The meeting room had enough chairs to comfortably seat our group and the room was otherwise tidy. Totally recommend for small parties.

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Breakfast was so-so. Staff could be friendlier.

Dirty and disgusting hotel even though they are suppose to be going through a renovation.

Arrived to find thepool and hot tub were not open. The last guy who was in our room must have been a dentist because we found three broken human teeth on the bathroom floor. There was a dirty cup under the bed. The hair blower didn't work and we were given one washcloth between four people. We wanted to use the printer in the service centre but the printer was broken. $133 after tax for one night. Crazy!

Rooms were messy and outdated. Service was horrible.

I had an awful time here… Whole place smells like cigarettes. Hardly have non smoking rooms available. They had no toothbrushes or other products I needed besides shampoo and soap either. Had to walk down the street to buy a tooth brush.

Staff is great, management and rooms suck.

Disgusting breakfast, stuffs are not friendly, I won't come back, couple of family rest of the their guest are escort girls.

Good points: Had a pool, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, nice staff (except one lady, but didn't deal with her at all after witnessing her with another guest) and very inexpensive compared to other hotels. Bad points: Mattress' were stained, Wi-Fi only worked when it wanted to, lights in bathroom didn't work and when we asked staff to replace the bulbs on Friday (if you wanted to shower, you'd be showering pretty much in the dark) they "forgot" and we still had only one small light (out of 4, even asking multiple times per day) Sunday when we checked out.

Omg That's definitely the worst hotel I've ever in. Worst Wi-Fi after8:00pm even couldn't use! The room is so narrow the best word to describe is "tiny" the real word is Wth! The fan in the bathroom gave You a new understanding of "3d dimensional sound. " even better and more surrounded when you were shower! Like you took a shower in the open airport. The whole room just like you were in Amazon. It moisturizing everywhere good for frogs live here. Is it a really 3star hotel? Yes, if here is Cuba.

The rooms are kinda old looking, toilet seats had scratch marks on them, pool was dimly lit, fitness room has 2 work out machines…, bathroom is old and unclean.

This hotel is far below the standard of living even at a 3 star hotel. I stayed 4 days. There are no words to describe what these rooms are like. They resemble what I would imagine a dirty drug addict slump to look like. Just 2 of the bare min. Issues. There was a plastic bag over the air conditioner in the room! And the heater was not attached to the wall. The screws had come loose and it was literally hanging, you could see the mold behind it. My reservation was done on line so I was not able to get out of my 4 nights. Paid $89.00 plus tax a nice so basically $100 a night and if it wasn't so cold I would have rather slept in my car. The PICTURES below are not even close to the rooms I saw in this hotel at all.

We been to this hotel for several times because of affordable rates. The staff are friendly. The room is kinda old fashion look even the beddings. The bed, we can tell that it is very old as you move you will hear a noise. The hotel need some furniture upgrades especially the bed and frames. The washroom is ok, its clean. The hallway smells a little bit. The room carpet looks very old and kinda dirty. We hope they can improve more. Free breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi are fantastic.

Just stayed 1 night, and the room was clean, bathroom clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was very good. The only complaint I had was they didn't sell the beer I ordinarily drink.

It's okay, very old property. I would not really recommend this place. But in a pinch rooms were clean and the staff is nice enough.

Place is old and smells. Carpet is dirty. Bathroom is unacceptable. Not worth the the star rating and money.

NO CHECK-IN UNTIL 3 PM! INCREDIBLE! these people have no compassion, made reservation online, could not cancel, drove all night from Montreal. Employees at the front desk have no clue what they are doing. Be warn, check in 3 pm! stay away from travelodge.
