This is such a cute hotel. Such hard work on the pool. Beautiful.

Ok… Worth the cost in my opinion. Just don't go in expecting four or five star accomodations.

Very clean and quite place. Excellent customer Service, the water in the swimming pool is crystal clear. Price also resonable compare to the other motel in kingston area. We will definitely come back next time.

This hotel is full of bad bugs, even though it looks nice at the first view. I had a visitor who was in Room 24, and he saw the bad bugs there and has been bitten by them, see the pictures. I am sorry for you and it was unpleasant for me, since I recommended your hotel. Please take care on this issue.

This place is amazing, you can bring your family and have a great time. Rooms are clean and there’s a lot of places to go around. The best Wi-Fi ever!

Its fairly clean but not all the rooms are the same. Some have couches some don't. Its not bad for the price though.

Very good customer service and very friendly people, all the room are very nice and clean, I was in this motel on 3 room, all rooms are clean and nice, receptionist always asked me to call her for any service, best place in Kinston area.

I've stayed at this motel for an entire month, renting their largest room. The price was fair and the motel was overall quiet. The sofa and beds are comfortable and I slept like a rock — I thought I would start growing moss, I would move so little once I passed out. The room is large enough — It's a motel. But it's comfortable, separate temperature controls, no obvious problems with the shower or kitchen. Some kitchen utensils were on site and the desk for the laptop was quite useful. Cable TV is basic, but hey, it's free — the Wi-Fi could be a bit more powerful but is OK for simple browsing and facebook. I got a weekly discount, which was cool — would have loved a further discount since it was for an entire month, but, whatever it's cheaper than a hotel and was still more comfortable than most hotels i've stayed in over the years. I see some bad reviews about the attitude of the owners and whatever. Unfortunately, I agree with the owners in a few cases — waking them up at 5am to get change, renting a room for a night, messing it up and trying to get refunded an hour later is foolishness. It's a business and they need to pay employees to do the cleaning.

Do not recommend this motel they lack integrity they took money out of our bank account we did not book any rooms they took money for multiple nights even though no one ever checked in we have alerted bank to fraud. I called the motel when I noticed the charges n they said they were allowed to charge our card even though no one booked the room we reside in another province n have not made any plans to travel Shane on them good customer service would have offered to reverse the charges if 89.00 n 95.11

The motel is clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff were friendly and approachable and did their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

I was looking at this hotel online. Nope, I have never stayed at this place, I simply read the reviews on here. Most times when I read a review, with anything, I take consideration the good and the bad and try not to be bias. What turned me TOTALLY off of this place was the response from management to the complaints on here. From challenging peoples word to breaching confidential info about credit cards being denied. A course in customer service would go a very long way to improving your business.

It was ok. It was clean. Got a good night's sleep. Shower wasn't so great. Didn't spray very well and the bathtub was stained so it looked very dirty. Made me a bit unwilling to take a shower at first. Bathroom very small sink for bathroom also part of the "kitchenette". Nowhere to put clean clothes in bathroom while taking a shower.

Saw a bunch of giant dead insects stuck between the screen door. Other than that places is decent and affordable.

Female during the day is excellent. Rng the office door bell to get assistance in the evening. They are understanding about problems. Rooms are very nice. Safe yes, but a mobile patrol can do a foot patrol in the evening like walk by the rooms to make sure there are no disturbing noises and then come back in an hour until like 2am. Staff are nice especially the female at the front desk and the staff in the evening also. Nice area. There will be the odd problem who will check in. If you need assistance in the evening ring the office door bell to get assistance. Four stars for the good people who work there and the rooms.

The photos are wonderful, if only the motel looked like this. The floors in our room were dirty and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like part of it was going to fall down. No Kleenex or paper towels so bring your own. Also no coffee pot for that morning cup of wake up coffee. I would not recommend this place.

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN! The room smelled really bad. All our cloths are smelling bad more than a month after we left. Insects in the room. Insecticides sprayed outside makes you feel daisy. You have to wake up everyday at 9am when the vaccum cleaner starts in other rooms. That is because the room is equipped with a hole in the wall that gets you all the terrible sound from other rooms. Very old fashioned furniture. Towels are cut and we get the same everyday (unless all their towels are like that). We were really wishing every second to leave that place and return home but we decided to enjoy our vacation despite all the problems. Please don't do that to yourself!

Very good service and the clerk is very nice and pleasant … rooms r clean … we have stayed here a few times and never had a problem and we will be coming back again … stayed in room 38 …

A friend of mine suggested this place… When I first pulled in I was met by the owner? I'm guessing… A woman, she asked me if I had a reservation then invited us in and then told me she didn't accommodate children. My friend said there's been children there before including in the pool… I was confused as to why this woman all of a sudden wouldn't rent us a room, wondered if it had anything to do with my daughter having autism because why would she invite me and my children in instead of just saying oh sorry it's adults only? But I accepted her answer, she said we could visit so we did… For a very very short time… I went pee and immediately noticed bugs in the bath tub and bathroom floor… We left pretty quickly and rented a room at a much much nicer hotel only about 8 mins away, the area is sketchy, the hotel I wouldn't trust… And I think this woman is more interested in renting by the hour… If you get my meaning hard pass for this girl! Haha if you stay… It's prob best to stay the entire time in your car or … The pool… Or a dumpster!

Great little motel in east Toronto. Clean and comfortable and the management is very helpful. Price and location are good and lots of nearby restaurants made it a comfortable stay.

This is the nicest place in the area and the most accommodating in Toronto in terms of price/value. I love the pool area — so pretty and relaxing!

The motel staff, especially the young lady at the front desk lack manners and when we asked for a change of bed sheets she snapped at us and told us to get a refund even when the bed sheets clearly smelt used and also the TV in our room didn't work.

My girlfriend and I stayed a night here while we were in Toronto. The lady at the desk (very nice) only had one room left and she informed us that someone had smoked in there. That right there, is a big reason why I liked this place, I really appreciate the honesty because she could have easily not even mentioned it; plus the smell of smoke was even that bad. Room was cozy, pool is very nice and maintained, well priced for what you get, and the hotel isn't too far from downtown Toronto.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. I would surely visit again.

Tonight's clean private place and the customer service is great and everything is exactly how you would like it when you go there it is a great place to go for a hidden Little gem.

Everytime I visit Canada to see my fiance, I love to stay here. They are clean and the staff is friendly. They have Wi-Fi and television. As well as, a outdoor pool. They are reasonably priced.

Great price. Room was just okay. Needs some improvements. Killed a few bugs in the bathroom.

At first it seemed to be a cheap but decent place. Band on tour with four rooms. Upon checkout I left an expensive sweater in the room. Shortly after heading to Montreal I realized the sweater was left in the room. I called and was told it was thrown away. I asked why and was told not their problem. She then started screaming at me that they are not responsible so we have no lost and found. So… At night it turns into meth heads hanging around and hookers booking rooms by the hour.

Grand motel is the CLEANEST motel on the Kingston road strip. The ladies that run the motel are amazing always make me feel welcomed and are amazing at everything they do to keep the motel clean and customers happy. Greet and treat them with respect and that's what you receive back they are very understanding. They are always booked to the max that must say something (that this motel is very popular and well liked) they always have clean towels & sheets rooms are always kept up. Thank you ladies for always making my stay grest :)

For being a lower budget motel, we were happy with our stay, the room was clean & had a working microwave, fridge & AC (we were in room 24). Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Only negative I could give for the place is the bed, not the most comfortable but it did the job. Overall I would recommend staying here for a night or two, especially if you're planing to go to the Toronto Zoo as its very near by.

Do not stay here so nasty beds are stained with all kinds of things no pool either like avertised! and it smells gross when you walk in.

The east indian lady on the phone was so rude, so unprofessional.

Good Wi-Fi, lcd tv27-30p, many channels, clean, 70$ box room, shower powerfull!, smell good, fridge!. A++ （＾◇＾）
