Initially gave me a room that was not cleaned, bathroom had used towels, opened empty lotion bottles and a glass cup with foggy water, really disgusting. Bed was undone. I spoke with concierge who was very pleasant and provided me with a different room. Service is good.

We got the deluxe room but there is nothing “deluxe” about it lol
The shower head was old, the sink had a crack on it, the furniture looked a bit beat up and of course the pool was SUPER COLD. But there were also some good things as well, the sheets were soft and clean, the floors were carpets looking clean and no stains, staff were friendly and temperature was good in the room. Unfortunately I would not recommend this, I would only come back if they offer some good deals/discount.

In bus tour-group was a managed quickly and efficiently. Rooms were clean and spacious. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool area!

Room was spacious, but breakfast counter services was slow & forget fool.

I found the online check-in makes for an easy and fast check-in. When you get there a room is ready for you, just pick up the key cards from the check-in counter. Clean room, nicely furnished.

I recommend DO NOT STAY at this hotel or any of the marriott hotels. Staff and GENERAL manager are rude and ignorant and especially the general manager AROON GURUNG HE IS DISCRIMINATIVE AGAINST DISABLED PEOPLE AND RACISTS AGAINST PEOPLE WHO ARE WHITE… that is not right and that is not appropriate and I had the worst day ever I requested an air conditioner because I need cool air 24 7 it gets too hot I will gasp for air and I will not be able to breathe and that's what happened to me when I stay there I was gasping for air and I spit out blood. I could of died in that hotel room that morning. And he does not want to do anything at all to fix the situation the general manager does not care he literally said he did not care about what happened. So I'm going to be requesting to have that hotels shut down and I'll be suing them for what happened to me at their hotel so if anybody wants to stay at that hotel I highly suggest you don't cuz they're general manager is racist against white people and he's discriminative against disabled people.

The location was great for me as I had an event in the area. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable.

Good sized conference rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed five nights this past week, here were the issues. The staff was very friendly but my stay was a nightmare. Heater in my room went out multiple times and had to be repaired in the middle of the night a few times (three total, ended up spending the last night without heat. Elevator broke down a few times, even quit while I was in it. I had the room beside the elevator and was kept up well into the night by the sound of repairs. Even when working, elevator doors would o…pen before the elevator was at the right floor. Didn't have room service menu in the room and had the wrong item sent up twice when I asked for it. Treadmill in the gym broke my first night in (emergency stop activated without being pressed). Stayed broken until I left. Sauna and shower by the pool were filthy. Shower faucet had hot & cold improperly labeled. Shower head was very low and uncomfortable to use. Front door was broken. Signs said to use the side doors but they did not open from the outside (no exterior handles, handicap switch only).

Rooms were clean and spacious though bathroom shower could use updating. Way too far to get to elevators to high up floors from main lobby… seems as if perhaps old part of hotel wasn't done seamlessly with new part? Didn't love walking over top of pool area as it was humid and there were screaming kids everywhere. Breakfast ordered to room was fast and quite enjoyable though. Parking was also extremely reasonable.

Super classy joint. Not the greatest location if your trying to visit down town Toronto. Great spot for families. Huge pool with water slide, Jacuzzi and sauna. If downtown is your purpose the place is accessible by public trans. Check online for train schedule.

Very easy to get to off of 401. Had to park very far from room due to construction. Very nice pool area with large water slide. Lifeguards on duty. Wonderful for the kids. No store on site and only drinks for vending options. Limited room service options but speedy service and excellent food quality. Room was nice. Would stay again.

I had a great experience with Aurora, she was very professional and was quick, and efficient. She made me feel welcomed and even offered to print an important document for me without having to go to the business center. She also provided me with a free upgrade, which is a nice perk. All these little gestures really made for a pleasant stay. The hotel itself gets a little noisy on the bottom floors with kids, I would reccomend the higher floors if you want some peace and quiet.

We were there for only one night. The room was great, and the service was excellent. Our room has a small balcony on the pool side of the hotel, which was nice. We would go there again without hesitation.

We only stayed one night just as a small little staycation. It took them a long time to bring us up a crib even though I requested before hand. I also requested extra towel which we were never given. The kids had fun. The pool was pretty cold. Lots of people were complaining and a lot of kids shivering. I’m not sure if that’s the norm or maybe the heater was broken. We ate at the pub on site. The food was alright, menu was tiny, we had a hard time deciding what to eat. Don’t think we would ever go back unless we got a really good deal.

Nice but a little "tired". Beds were comfy. No fridge (lose one star for that one). Bathroom was clean but the wallpaper was starting to show its age, and the nice new tile was not installed level (kinda weird! ). Also 2 adult females sharing and only 2 large and 2 hand towels. I'm ladies with long hair need 2 each (even if it's just extra hand towels. (Lost 1/2 star for that one). Lastly we were woken up at some ongodly hour by the adjacent room. We did have a number of rooms booked for our group — maybe try to keep groups together with the adjacent rooms as sound does carry a little too much. (1/2 star). Last — we got ourselves locked in. Seriously. We could not get out of the room. We had to call security. Then we found out another person in the group had the same thing. That's a fire code violation. Full star lost for that one.

Family of 4, 2 kids with autism, 1 night, last minute stay. Good for a family exploring the city (close drive to zoo, science centre and major highway), has decent small pool with life vests, generally guests are respectful of one another, and staff go above and beyond. Tuck shop nearby but not on site, and beware ladies, parking garage and lower entrance does feel a but dodgy at night ("feel", nothing happened). Everyone was friendly and super respectful — and room service was surprisingly decent (as was breakfast buffet)! Would have rated 5 stars, but hotel is dated in some parts (tower 5th floor) and the paint and new linens couldn't hide the window that had a torn screen and frame that was not secured — it actually fell out at me. Had to swap rooms, new one had cracked sink. Pool slides and floor could use a hard scrub, we used water shoes with the little ones.

As a Silver Elite member I didn't get all my request, no early check in and I wouldn't say an upgrade I got a room with a noisy view on a hwy 401, nothing beautiful to see there. Didn't sleep well at all very noisy because of the highway, bed not comfortable, I didn't get my extra toiletries as requested yesterday, the floor at the toilet dirty, the gym outdated one of the machine broken, the room outdated too, I think this is one of the worst hotel not better than a comfort …inn, very upset and not happy, not worth $250 for a night, the only positive side is the good food at the restaurant. By the way I am not a tourist so I will not paying the tourist and service fee. Do something to make me happy before I leave here this morning at 9h am or I will not be coming back here again. Also one of the room card didn't work yesterday I had to come down to the front desk after the pool to get it fixed. I don't feel any special as a Silver Elite member last week I stayed at Le Germain Maple Leaf in downtown Toronto they made me happy and special as a client. Let's see what the hotel manager going to do before I am leaving this morning.

Not a big fan of this hotel. Location was ideal for my business meeting I was attending, but that was about the only thing that was ideal. The beds did not have any blankets on them, nor any in the closet. There was major construction that closed the parking lot, which caused a ridiculous walk (if you have luggage to haul) without any access to an elevator. Breakfast buffet was not impressive at all. Coffee tasted like it was made from water hose water. First floor was very noisy, which really prevented a good night's sleep. Pretty poor excuse for a Marriott brand hotel. I will definitely look for alternatives for my next visit.

This is not bad but there are other best options in the vicinity.

The location is close to shopping centres. Rooms are clean and well maintained except for the windows. The service is very good. Friendly and approachable staffs. Will surely come back if we need to.

Just starting my last night stay of three nights. Food was good, rooms are excellent. Hats off to the cleaning staff, my room was perfect everyday. Front desk staff quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room, comfy beds and ample parking. Unfortunately, housekeeping is sub-par… No coffee refills left in room and my used wine was not removed and towels not replaced. The highlight was an excellent bartender, Jennifer. Carpets around lobby area are worn and likely should have been replaced some time ago.

Close to the highway and easily accessible. Nice pool, rooms were clean and relatively simple. No mini fridge in room and no slippers or house coat to walk to pool in, that was kinda disappointing. Check in/out simple and efficient, parking reasonably priced.

I went to the spa there to get a pedicure done. Had an amazing experience and the ladies who took care of my mother and I were great. Spa is beautiful, would totally recommend.

Great atmosphere! The pool is an outstanding feature with water slides! Great for family fun. I went there just for some drinks at the bar they have, I must say it was a little disappointing. The service by the staff was satisfactory, but the beers we had were stale. Very loud environment since the bar is right by the main entrance, which didn’t really bother us. Overall, because of the pool and the service I can’t give less than 4 stars, but the product was not that great. Would not recommend for a drink hangout.

This is a great place for families. The pool has a waterslide that is super fun, and I enjoyed relaxing in the hottub. If I had kids this is definitely the type of hotel I would go for. Inside the hotel and around the lobby is really nice, and the staff were extremely friendly. I had the breakfast buffet and it was delicious, tons of options so there was something for everyone. My room wasn't great. The toilet didn't work when we got there and we called to get it fixed. It worked for a few hours after getting it fixed and then broke again, leaking water all over the bathroom. Paint was coming off the bathroom wall. The actual bed was nice and comfortable. The surrounding pool area looked really nice but it wasn't the cleanest, however I had arrived after a group of about 50 kids had used it so that may be why. I had food from the bar later at night, it was very standard if not too expensive. Overall I enjoyed my stay but would only come back with kids!

The room was very nice and reasonably priced. There was a fridge in the room but no bar fridge. There was coffee and a microwave. There is no safe in the room. There was a couple of restaurants with some decent food. There's also a pool with a slide and a hot tub. There was a lot of kids there.

We were very disappointed with the service. Garbage and dirty towels were left in our room, which isn’t a huge deal. Our room had no mini fridge which is always nice (but again, not a huge deal). But then we had no comforter/duvet on any of our beds (2 double beds). We called once. Someone came up and told my husband that that’s how they make the beds, just a sheet and a little thin fleece. I called again and asked someone to come up. She just told me to turn up my thermostat and said they don’t use comforters/duvets and just have me another sheet! We had a whole hockey team staying there and they all had comforters/duvets on every single bed. Really awful service and never once have I been to a hotel where all I had was a sheet and a thin fleece. I will never go back there again.

I liked the hotel. Room was comfortable and stuff was so nice. Little default to find the hotel entrance. Breakfast was also very good. One of my favorite in Toronto.

It's a nice hotel when you first walk in. The staff was very nice/professional and service was great. They also had a nice meeting area for reward members on the night I came. I got a balcony room on the main level overlooking the pool which was beautiful. The pool and gym area were clean and a lot of fun to use. The room could use more cleaning though, there were 2 used coffee mugs on the table when I got in and the toilet was off balance causing a loud noise when in use. The undersheet had some stains on it also which I didn't use. This seems like a busy hotel also, when I arrived 3 large company meetings were on going and it was very loud/busy all throughout the stay (maybe don't allow booking rooms near the main entrance doors/floor during these times). Also the front entrance door had some major construction going on so I had to navigate into the hotel through another entrance. If I'm in the area I would stay here again depending on what their volume is or book on a higher floor.

Great hotel, but starting to get a little old. The lobby is well with access to the Resto-bar and the large swimming pool. A hot tub and a gym are nearby. The staff are friendly. The rooms are OK, comfortable bed. They have a refrigerator, but no microwave oven. I did not manage to connect a game console on the TV of my room; Maybe the HDMI disabled…

Great hotel. Only downside (ditto for the other hotel I think) the only parking is paid and when you see the room prices too bad it is not included.

Great staff. Very nice pool. Rooms are nice and clean. But the hot tub has a lot of little people in it… and we know what happens when kids hit a hot tub… But overall, quite a nice stay. Buffet should be served all week.

I attended a professional development dinner in the main ballroom. The room was well lit and very formal. The dinner was very good. Some chicken with potatoes. Whatever they put on those potatoes was wonderful. I need to get the recipe!

Happy staff but some service was slow or just strange (4 people at a table but only 3 filled water glasses). Buffet is good, breakfast is good but the eggs were sticky and undercooked. The prices of the food on the menu is a bit steep for what you get too. They were accommodating with my slightly larger vehicle and letting me park in staff parking without hesitation, because the garage is too low. We got a small fridge for our babies foods and meds but over heard other guest having to pay 15$ a night.

Nice hotel. Reasonably quiet but a low constant drone from highway 401 on the lower floors. Not really loud enough to bother you when sleeping. This hotel is at least 30 years old but has been renovated within the last 4 to 6 years. Nice waterslide and pool and indoor atrium for the family to play. Restaurant onsite but nothing else within walking distance. My room was probably updated within the last 3 years or so. Nice bathroom retrofit. Some rooms have a balcony in the pool atrium area.

Strange location, although fairly accessible. You'd think the parking would be cheaper and/or easier to navigate in suburbia? The meeting room feels dated (only been in the basement) and so does the rental equipment for the presentations. Saving grace is the food! The chef is a genius, I swear. The tobacco-leaf beef and salmon was restaurant-level good, not dry, and properly seasoned. Honestly, I would host another meeting here just for the food and the service that comes with it.

The staff were pleasant and extremely friendly. I did notice that the pillows in my room smelt like a stale and dirty man. I had to spray them with perfume so I could even use them. The lamp shades looked like they had been through a flood. They had water stains all over them as well as being stained they were also discoloured and very out dated. I also sleep with a window open and when I opened the one in the room my hand became sticky because of the filth stuck to the window. While going up in the elevator I did notice that the windows did need to be cleaned desperately. The parking was another issue the hotel was having due to construction that has been at a stand still for sometime now. I thought I woukd have wow factor when I entered the lobby but I had no such feeling at all. There was nothing to make the hotel stand out and be memorable. It is a place your kids would have fun at because of the pool and large water slide that is for sure.

Honestly I wasn't very impressed with my stay. The rooms were not terrible comfort wise, but there were quite a few issues there. The room wasn't the most clean, there was no fridge or microwave in the room (which is pretty crazy for the price, and there was tonnes of room to place them), and there were basically sheets on the bed instead of blankets. There was also black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and around the tub. Some staff was excellent and friendly, others were totally rude towards me (especially if I called on the phone, and the pool attendants). Honestly I would never go back… I've never had trouble with Marriot in the past, but this specific hotel could use some work in the way they treat their guests. I felt like I was an annoyance the entire time instead of a guest. I was there for a wedding (it was the recommended hotel by the couple), I don't know if that had something to do with it because tonnes of wedding guests stayed there. Like maybe they treat those types of guests worse? I don't know. But I definitely wasn't impressed.

I have been using this hotel since 2007. Convenient location and easy access to 401. Good quality rooms and the food good but expect a slow service at times. Indoor pool area is good. Staff were overall helpful and friendly. If you ever feel bad about any of the staff or services, just complain and they usually take it seriously. There is a secure parking available for 12$ per night.

A decent hotel for a short stay. Already seen better but already seen much worse. There is a large swimming pool and water slide for children. The rooms are very poorly soundproof but at our request they changed us to room after a "Bone * $ & #" of Grapes spoke super loud at 2:00 a. M.

I was at Delta's for a wedding ceremony. I spent one night and the rooms were clean and the service wonderful.

Old rooms But the hotel is pretty clean overall. Nice service. The hotel is located in Scarborough, not in Toronto. 40 minutes outside the city centre by car (with traffic), maybe 15-20 minutes without traffic.

The room is fine. One of the bath towels is not clean. Pillow is a little bit high to me. Parking is not free and it is very confusing in the parking lot, no clear exit sign there.

Parking is on the other side of the building with no elevator and a large staircase. Not friendly for those with mobility issues. Landline Internet did not work and nobody knew how to fix it. Went to take a shower and the shower didn't work. Had to go leave for the day unclean. Hopefully upon returning tonight it's working. Update: Shower was repaired by the time we returned. Wired Internet still doesn't function. Was told I would get a call but never received one or they didn't leave a message. Pool was slightly cooler than I would have expected. Wireless Internet was working fine first day but now rarely works.

I visited Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto East for the Oasis Zoo Run race packet pick-up. Parking was easy to find. Getting from the parking lot to the packet pick-up area was fairly simple.

Good attention. Comfortable beds. The atmosphere feels peaceful to the surroundings. It is located between the airport and the city of Toronto. There's a super market in the area. The only thing missing in the room is a small refrigerator.

Very nice hotel conveniently located right off 401 in northeast Toronto. Beautiful pool and lobby area. Decent food options right in the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is helpful and courteous.

Last year (2016) we stayed there with the kids and had a great time. The kids ate for free at the restaurants, the pool was fantastic, and the room was great. This year we stayed and things didn't seem quite as great. The kids no longer are for free, the food at the restaurants did not seem quite at the same quality, and the room was lacking some simple amenities like an in-room dining guide and a pen. The pool was still a great hit with the kids, and might be the only thing this hotel still has going for it.

Super nice hotel however I was not a fan of how outrageous the prices of everything is… & that breakfast in the morning wasn't free with your stay! We did do room service and ordered a brownie and piece of cheese cake which were TINY and absolutely disgusting and it cost us $26, how outrageous. The staff was super friendly however the lifeguards in my opinion were terrible. They didn't care about the rules and I'd say 90% of the time weren't paying attention to the people in the pool. They looked absolutely miserable! I'd say the rooms were a little outdated though. Probably not somewhere I'd ever stay again! Not worth the $300 I paid for my room for one night. I got 1 bottle of water in my room and a bed to sleep on.

Very good and clean hotel. The staff there are friendly and willing to help. The cleaning staff is also very friendly. The hotel has a pool and hot tub which is a nice touch and is also very close to the highway which is a bonus. Recommended.

Difficulty having the exact number of towels and sheets by the maid. Very expensive breakfast $20 for eggs and bacon. Beautiful pools and Slides!

Great pool! My kids loved it. Just a downside, we recorded for 4 people and only 2 towels was put at our disposal. The recreational area of the hotel, half of the Arcade games was out of order and the room was small for what contained. If you wanted to play babyfoot you had the person who was dancing on the arcade of Dance Revolution. We were limping. But hey… it's just small details…

Had my daughters graduation in the ball room. Very clean and nice space all around. Beside the parking lot on the 3rd floor. Brolling, no need to go all over the place looking for it. My daughter said the food was good and good service. I'm happy.

It was a great night out. We were there for a retirement party. Event space was acceptable, good was mediocre, especially considering what we paid for dinner.

Excellent hospitality and comfortable, spacious room. Start was accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. Great location for Zoo visit.

Service is excellent and view of the lobby is great. Pool is nice too but I didn't get the chance to use it. My colleagues were extremely loud and we didn't get kicked out. All-in-all a great experience. Nice shirt, by the way.

Corporate event was good, service was great: but the food was terrible. Perhaps my company tried to save a few dollars, but I expected better than sandwiches and cold noodles. Had time permitted, I would have gone elsewhwre to eat.

The room is nice, but we'll used. I have an interior balcony facing into the indoor pool / grotto area. Dinner was great, and prices are only 2/3 they of Moxie's. TV aspect ratio is messed up. Wide-screen TV but locked in a compressed shape. Drawers and doors are askew and the finish is a little chipped.

Food was great, service was pretty good. The food took a while to refill (it was a buffet) bit understandable because it was mothers day and they were busy. Great coffee btw.

The service was very friendly and prompt. The room was very clean and the pool area was very nice even though the water slides is only open Fridays Saturdays and Sundays. The bed was extremely comfortable and I didn't want to leave. I didn't visit any of the restaurants but they looked very nice and inviting. Overall I would recommend this hotel to business travelers and families alike.

Rooms are cozy, the beds are as well. My room was always clean when coming back after work. Breakfast was included in my stay, but not needed due to work function providing our breakfast, when we asked to take out teas from the breakfast we were charged for them. Thought it was bad taste. Overall nice experience :)

Stayed for our wedding. Large suites. Decent room service food. Only issue was that we tried to have late checkout which originally front desk said was OK. So we then proceeded to order breakfast room service. After we had placed our order front desk then said we were unable to extend as the rooms had to be readied for the night. We were unable to cancel the food order and had to request takeout containers. No more than 10-15 or so min from the original call.

It was awesome! I went for a work event… super clean food was nice and the bartenders were very friendly! The venue we were in waas very spacious and the sound from the djs and presentations were great.

We went for brunch and thought we were going to have to pay 8 dollars for parking and than when we went to pay for parking they told us not to worry about it. The hotel was very nice. Some of the menu items weren't available. The omelette bar was very good.

Attended a work conference, everything was great till it came time to leave. The exit parking tag I was given at sign in did not work and I was stuck in a line up of cars. Managed to sneak out behind another car. Not a huge deal but a sour end to a good experience.

Amazing hotel, very clean tidy. Pool is amazing with the slide! However, room service is very pricey and cleaning service knocked at 8am while I was sleeping to ask if I was going to check out. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

Stayed for a wedding. Hotel was awesome and very accommodating to our group. Good discounts and free parking was provided, note that parking is usually paid. The pool, slide, and hottub looked great but I didn't have time to try. The rooms (1 king bed) were huge and luxiourious and the amenities were very current, as was the decor. TV in the room was also very large however there are no fridges in the rooms. Room service ends a bit too early, 11pm. Staff were friendly and accommodating, gave us 12pm checkout at no charge. Would definitely book events here again.

Booked a room in Edmonton, got additionally charged for a room here. They refused to refund the charge, despite my booking confirmation clearly stating Edmonton. I provided them with copies of my booking confirmation and the receipt for my Edmonton room. Despite all this, they refused to refund my money. Why would I get a room in two different cities for the same night? Basically they took my money for a room I didn't ask for. I received no notice, alert, or confirmation that a room in Toronto had been booked under my name, on my card. Got refused my refund from "Arlene", on the basis of me being a "No Show", and that they "Held the room for me". I have never been to Toronto in my life. But if I do go someday, I won't be staying here.

Had a wonderful stay with the family. Staff was so friendly and super accommodating especially considering there were multiple hockey teams also staying at the hotel for a tournament like! Our room was wonderful and extremely spacious. Beds were very comfortable.

Had my work holiday party there and got a room. Didn't have any issues with anything. It's a beautiful hotel. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Enjoyed my stay there. The food and service e provided for our conference were outstanding. Facilities through most of the hotel were top notch, though my room was dated and left a little to be desired.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting the Zoo and truly enjoyed our stay. Great food, Sagano Rooftop Japanese Restaurant and the bar & grill (room service) was great! We recommend booking with Groupon for the discounts they offer on your rooms, Free parking and $10.00/ Day food credits for the restaurants within the hotel. The pool is open to the front lobby with a small spa area which we visited and enjoyed. We had a beautiful dinner at Sagano Rooftop Japanese Restaurant on the Delta 14th Floor — I would love to go back, we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine and some beautiful starters — tempura, beef tataki, California rolls, sushi, Spicy spider rolls — SO good! We also ordered from room service once for fries and gelato were a yummy snack! Breakfast was double what I would normally pay for breakfast for two but so fresh, it would be very expensive for a family but it was very good with personal, custom omelettes and so much variety for an absolutely beautiful breakfast! I would defiantly stay here again if I were looking for a hotel in the area — about 20 minutes from zoo — traffic was very slow on the way home so it took almost 40 minutes. It would be a great place to stay with your kids, they have a water slide and large pool area. I had a great time, THANK YOU Delta Toronto East!

The Menu has changed, as I come here often I was very disappointed that the Chicken Quesadilla has NO CHICKEN there AMAZING Spaghetti Sunday Special is NOW not so SPECIAL, also charging a WHOPPING $20.00 for a average BURGER blew my mind… PLEASE NOTE THE BEER IS NOW a WHOPPING $7.85 for a bottle. I guess the NEW OWNERS/MANAGERS are just about the MONEY, NOT the SERVICE! I'm wandering how long before they realize they lost there MONDAY TO FRIDAY LUNCH WORK CROWND? FYI what are you all THINKING?

The lobby smells like swimming pool because you can see it from there, which is not nice at breakfast. Fine Wi-Fi, not the greatest and you have to pay for higher speeds. Breakfast fine, but very dry bread and bagels.

Nice Hotel, staff was courteous. I will stay there on my next trip to Toronto.

Booked room by phone but on arrival the hotel had the wrong date I was told I was lucky they had a room for me. They are not lucky to get my business I guess. I missed the part about the great waterslide only being open on the weekend, my fault but the hot tub also was closed. I like a previous person was informed about the bar being open very important I guess. Luggage carts are very valuable here as they are locked in a room and you must have your luggage all packed before you ask for the cart leave your room number with the cart person and make sure you return the cart to the person when done. The reason for this is because you might take your luggage to the car take the cart back to your vacant room and then the cart person may have to go to the room and get it.

My associate didn't this location was that bad. But for company travels this hotel needs more options for their customers. 1. Better bundles that include breakfast and free parking. 2. Make the rates cheaper. The only good thing Delta has going for them right now is the method of payments. Online authorization is the best tool I have seen by far. If Delta ever reads this please do something about the packages you offer.

Hotel room OK and adequate, we had 2 rooms and had to move once. Stayed here about 4 years ago and you can see the difference. Either room was not complete with all typical hotel room accessories. However ALL staff was very helpful quick to get solution to any problem. Unfortunately some guests did not respect non-smoking policy and it seams that management can not do much about that.

An older property that has aged well. The room was up-to-date, and is formal in it's design and furnishings, with older flourishes like dark stained wood trim and doors. Bay windows add some breathing room to an otherwise standard hotel room layout. Everything was in good condition except for the bathtub enclosure, which was far too small (difficult to avoid rubbing up against shower curtains), the tiles were clean yet clearly old, and an inexplicable dropped acoustic tile ceiling with t-bars that were starting to rust at the edges. Everything about the room was perfect, but this. Internet worked well, but wasn't complimentary with the room. Common areas are expansive and interesting, particularly the large atrium that houses the pool area and part of the restaurant, with a bridge going through it connecting the lobby to the elevators. Nice enough! 7/10.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, the cleaners were fast and efficient, food was great. Our only complaint was the paying to park and that there was no fridge in the room, maybe the better rooms have fridges. All in all we had a great time (p. S the pool and slide are tons of fun! ).

This is a great hotel. Nice big pool AMD water slide the food is excellent and the staff are very hosent and kind with you. The room is nice and big. Wi-Fi is faster then most hotels and the prices are great.

I had attend a funtion at the delta hotel located at 401 and kennedy rd. In scarborough. I don`t drink alcohol and don`t take drugs. Were just there because my girl friend job had a funtion there. So around 10;30pm I decide to go home since I has to work the next day, just as we exit the lobby area me my girlfriend and one of her girl friend. Two white guys jump me they held a gun to the two girls while the other one were beating me he slam my head to the concrete and kick me in my head several times. It went on for about half hour and all that time no one knows anything to call 911. So after all is done I was taken to the hospital and the police came. Would you believed the one camera that was suppose to show the parking lot were not working and the one in the lobby were pointing toward the floor all it shows are people feet and the only one that shows what going on it had a focas problem it were blury now is this a hotel with security to make to feel safe I don`t think so.
