Nice place, clean and quiet.

Very clean and friendly staff! Affordable! I know where I'm staying everytime I'm in fort st john.

Very clean rooms not new but a great place to stop for the night I'll be staying here again.

Man at the front desk was very very friendly and helpful, he even let us check in early when we were stranded early in the morning. Most rooms were booked so we had to take a smoking room, got used to the smell but would prefer a non smoking one. Beds were comfortable.

Service oriented Management, we have stayed twice this year on our way to Anchorage, AK. first time we got great service and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean down to the sheets. On our first tip we had a pleasent stay and the place is not so busy so we decided to stay over at the same place. this time we have equally satisfied as the first, may be even more. would like to explain this in detail. we came checked in by evening of our stay, there were this crew staying that time and were partying out loud, the guy at the office warned them to be quiet. The noise reduced a bit but again it was back to loud talks. Later the the guy talk to them personally. This time they are gone for good! we were on road for so long so my husband thought we should get some laundry done. the washer and the dryer were covered in mud, coffee cups and gravel, red colour stains in the washing machine. Presumably the group staying were washing their coveralls in them, red shading stains in the clothes washer. And very untidy we notified the manager, he immediately apologized and offered to wash and fold our laundry for free. we were so upbeat for the administration and wished the youthful Manager good fortunes! great job youthful individual!

Definitely should be avoided. The manager has absolutely no customer service skills. Someone at the hotel washed a tim Hortons cup in their laundry and he saw a piece in the lint trap so he locked to door and forbid anyone to use the facility. Another customer locked his key inside his room. When he requested to be let in to retrieve it he was yelled at and belittled by the manager and then told to leave the motel or he would call the cops. My neighbor had his remote control go missing while he was at work. He was told he would need to buy a replacement for $40. Sometimes towels were forgotten and the bathroom smelled like a public facility from rest stop or public park. If you enjoy bad smells, abusive management and ridiculous and changing rules. Then this is the place for you. All others should avoid.

Traveling through Canada wasn't the best road trip experience I've had and staying here didn't help either. I've stayed in many locations in my life time and I would have to at least give this place some praise for the updated rooms and electronics. The exterior of the building can use some updating. One thing I can't stand or put up with is the staff not being on the same page. After being told that we can leave as early as 7am without checking out, we slept in a little and I took off to the store only to be rushed back to the motel by my girl who had been walked in on by a staff member, not cool. They had assumed we left since I had driven off. So bad reviews all around for me.

It's a decent hotel. The carpeted floors need regular cleaning. I think people in AB and BC think they're Americans, never taking shoes off. It surprisingly is a good hotel to stay in. I'd stay there again.

Stayed at this Hotel during a work contract in Northern BC. Comfy rooms, affordable, and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Not impressive from the outside, but rooms are well maintained.

Five star for sure, 57 inch TVs in the room, open bar. Definitely one of the best hotels in foreskin john.
