The room was newly renovated and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Their free breakfast was awesome a lot of selection and their coffee is good.

200 deposit for damages then 25 for pet then 69 for hotel for a one night stay. I was very disappointed in price. I also was given a room when I first checked in that was pet friendly and walked in and it smelled like dog pee. I went back to front desk lady working July 8th 2018 at 7:30 PM and was told that the sheets were cleaned so she didnt understand why it would smell like pee. I explained that it must be in the ground, and so she just gave us another room. I felt like she was trying to charge my family and I for the smell simply because we had a pet, and she could once we left. Once we got into a new room then we tried to use showers and the bathtub floods after 10 minutes and my little girls were rushing to finish so Mommy and Daddy could hurry and bathe. Turning on lamps in room were scary because the wires wouldn't stay in the plugs. So we were in the dark pretty much the entire time. The breakfast room was sooo hot and tiny and had no juice or water just watered down coffee for everyone. I will stay away from Howard Johnnsons very disappointed.

It was pretty good but there wasn't a cookie hour.

The whole place smelled like smoke. It was disgusting! The table inside my room was full of sand, because they left the window open. In addition, the banana's from breakfast were completely brown if not black that they were splitting. The TV remote control in our room also didn't work. The only thing that was kinda nice was the bed, other than that, I felt pretty discusted when I walked out.

Amazing rooms and breakfast.

The staff was nice, check in was smooth and fast, and our room was warm and clean, a welcome break from nights of camping on the way to Alaska. I also joined their free points program and booked directly on their website for an additional discount.

Nice rooms. Decent breakfast although small room to eat. Hallway smells like smoke.

Not the nicest place. You could see the ring of dust on the edge of the wall where they don't vacuum the floor. We have hair in our shower when we arrived. The breakfast was okay button expect fruit, unless you want orange juice. Hot tubs were out of order as well. But it was a place to lay our heads for the the night.

Clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

In town for work. Decent hotel with good rates and a continental breakfast that's open early enough for us working folks.

Stayed there on business, rooms were great beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff. My only complaint is that the hot tub temperature was very high and I was not able to enjoy that amenity.

Okay room. Sparse. 134 bucks. Bathroom fan intermittent and noisy. Breaker panel is in the room. Dirty walls. Broken lamps. Different colored things/blobs on the office chair. If you need Internet — find somewhere else, yes it's included but it takes a few minutes to even load one email (Internet is handled by Ethostream at 36Mbps, which is probably the total bandwidth of the hotel. Not an individual speed). Don't even bother trying to watch stuff on Facebook. Not much money is spent on this building.

Clean rooms, pets allowed and cheap prices, plus 15-20 mins near the airport. Howard Johnson is my to-go hotel.
