Nice, clean room. Hands-down the best continental breakfast I've ever had. Egg wraps, bacon, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit. You get good food and a good night's sleep here. The pool and hot tub was also modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location close to shopping and dining. Rooms are good sized and full suites are available with kitchens. The onsite workout room is a little sparse but they have a sharing agreement with the Holiday Inn Express across the parking lot so you can use their facilities and pool. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

Was better on my last stay but still a decent place.

Not a bad place. Out of the way and not much for amenities, but there are a couple of restaurants withing walking distance.

Very clean hotel with amazing staff. The breakfast was awesome each morning and the free pizza dinner on Wednesday night was an added bonus! Will definitely stay again when in town.

My husband stays with the Pomeroy whenever he works out of town. The staff are friendly and always welcome tge entire family to join him whenever we can. Breakfast is good. The rooms are well set up for extended stays and the location is close to walmart and a large park.

Excellent service as usual. Rooms are spacious, and the full sized fridge certainly made my one week stay a breeze.

Don't let the rough driveway fool you, this is a very nice hotel with very professional and friendly staff. They will definitely have my business again. The rooms are large and clean.

Nice hotel. Had a jacuzzi in my room! Staff was friendly and upgraded me to a bigger suite free of charge!

Location was a little indistinct as name of hotel was difficult to see … not visible from road. Check in was fast as had completed online and front desk staff could have been friendlier. Room was simple — — bigger than usual but nothing fancy. Cleaning staff very friendly and so was morning staff. Missed breakfast as got up too late. Big elevator — worked great. Clean lobby. Would I stay again — — no probably not.

Decent rooms and suites. Really friendly and caring staff. Suites on the 4th floor used to have smoking allowed and the smell still lingers.

Was here for a business trip, only stayed the night. The inside and the rooms definitely far exceeded my expectations of how it looked from the outside. Very spacious with everything you need, clean and comfortable. Highlight was the staff, the girl who helped me was amazing, her name was Melanie. Would stay again 10/10,

It was a very clean and spacious room. Full kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave. Fitness room was very simple, but no hot tub for after. Only issue with room was no outlets at the bedside table. A bit pricey (maybe normal for Fort St John) but nice.

Room was OK but not cleaned properly. Still old food left in the fridge. Water pipes are loud enough to wake you up in the morning. The breakfast was pretty good.

2 rooms left… 200 bucks. Nothing overly fancy to justify the cost. Decent hot breakfast. Poor bathroom layout. Parking lot is confusing. HJ was 80 bucks cheaper and about a minute away.

Stayed at Pomeroy in Ft St John for 5 days. Enjoyed the size of the room; enough for 5 people to move around and not feel too crowded. Kitchen was tight but enough for a hotel (sink could be bigger; full size fridge was nice). Comfortable stay. Hotel staff were great! Room was quiet even though hotel was full and stayed over a weekend. TV could be updated. Continental breakfast was average. Seat on chair in the room was loose and caused my daughter to fall and bruise her ribs which was v. Upsetting.

Their solution to the wireless internet being down was to tell me to sit around in the business centre to do my surfing plugged into the wall. They waited 2 days to get it fixed because they did not want to pay 4hr travel time to the company that provided their tech support. When the internet got back running again it was so locked up you could only surf websites your grandmother would approve of.
